Se dañaron. Siempre pido lo mismo. Un Iced latte de caramelo, las ultimas 2 veces que lo he comprado me lo entregan ya mezclado, y no sabe igual. Creo que lo están preparando diferente porque solo sabe a café con hielo.

Cafe le hechan mucha leche aunque le pidas un latte con poca leche.

They do not know the definition of “fast food”. Every time we stop here for coffee it takes us 35-45 minutes to exit the drive thru. Very very slow. The workers seem to be untrained and unbothered by their slowness. Hoping they open an American franchise like Dunkin or Starbucks soon and teach them how a coffee business is run. My recommendation: train your employees and establish customer driven metrics. Simple.
