En definitiva es una de las pocas cafeterías que cuenta con experiencia agradable en todos los sentidos , antes de llegar se percibe el aroma a café molido , llegas y el lugar tiene una temática clásica agradable, el café que pidas es delicioso, intenso caliente , es una de las mejores cafeterias del estado que llena en todos los sentidos , sus frappes son exquisitos . Siempre será una de mis cafeterías favoritas , la recomiendo mucho , no se van a arrepentir. Precio , calidad sin igual .

I can spend a pleasant time with my partner, family, or friends over coffee and board games. I loved the staff's attentiveness. I find it interesting that they invite people into the cafe and make them feel important with the invitation. I think it's a good strategy, and it will make some people interested in coming in.

Small café inside Europlaza, next to the ice rink. Good service and comfortable chairs. The coffee and food are very good. Spend an afternoon in the plaza shopping, catching a movie, and enjoying a coffee at this spot. Recommended...
Rico café mala atención
The staff lacks knowledge about their products. The carrot cake has an overpowering aroma that suggests a lack of spices and carrots; and the flavor is lost when you taste the frosting because it's too rich in butter.
I love the smell of coffee, especially when it's warm. This time, early in the day, that wasn't what was offered. The taste was more like milk than coffee, but it still has a pleasant flavor. I ordered a cortado.
It wasn't what I expected in terms of the taste of their products.
Good coffee
They didn't have lattes and gave us the wrong drinks. We ordered a hot mocha and a cold one, and they brought us two cold ones. Needless to say, they were overwhelmed, and they didn't offer any solution for the mistake. They also didn't have change; they wanted us to pay for one with the exact change.
Europlaza branch doesn't have ice to prepare frappe drinks, so why do they have them on their menu?
Today we ordered coffee and bread. When we started eating, we noticed a tiny cockroach in the bread, and there were many German cockroaches on the counter. We told the manager, but she just said she was an employee and couldn't do anything, that she had already reported it to the owners but they weren't doing anything. She refused to give me my money back.
