The food and service are disgraceful. Everything is made to order, poorly prepared, the fries are from the chicken shop, and their milkshakes are horrible when half-cooked, they taste like pure milk with coloring. I wish I'd never decided to buy here. But when you only have 200 pesos, it's what you get.

I went to eat at this place because it looked nice, but what a surprise! I had a soda in my hand that I had previously bought, and they refused to let me use it. No problem. The problem is that there are more important factors than looking at my soda. The place is infested with cockroaches, and my table overlooked the grill and was a mess. Honestly, don't eat at this unsanitary place because you'll regret it.

The hamburger didn't have anything, they served it to me without any vegetables, the cheese was stiff, the fries were so bad, I couldn't even bite them, the milkshake was with ice and flavoring, without whipped cream like in their picture, even when I asked them if they made it with ice cream they answered yes, everything was terrible

Terrible service. They treat you like you're asking for free. You say hello and they ignore you, just like the other customers coming and going. They make faces at you that make you never want to return. The guy at the register is very rude; he makes faces that will make you never forget to come back. I don't recommend it at all. 😕

I've always eaten at Aliburguer since its inception and everything was fine, but today I've seen how the quality has dropped drastically. They put half of what they usually put on the burger: half the cheese, half the lettuce, one measly slice of tomato instead of two. They also changed the fries; they already serve horrible ones. I always order two burgers to fill me up, but they put the same pittance on both. For that price, I'd rather get a Kentucky Derby MegaBox. They never let me down with the vegetables or the fries. I will never buy from Aliburguer again.

The food is pretty basic, nothing special, but the prices are really high. A liter of bottled water cost me $35, ridiculously expensive! And the place isn't clean at all.

Honestly, I didn't like it at all. The burger was $80 for such a small portion. They put a tiny "meat patty" (super thin), a tiny bit of cheese, a tiny bit of lettuce, a tiny bit of everything, and they didn't even warm the bun! The hibiscus water was just water with food coloring!! It looked nothing like the pictures 🙄 And the fries were supposed to be crispy, but they were just scraps. I didn't like it at all. Terrible service! -5⭐

The meat tastes strange and has an unpleasant smell, they don't use mayonnaise, the dressing they put on it is the cheapest there is, and the price is the same as anywhere else, except that here they sell a pig in a poke, THE BURGER IS HORRIBLE

When will they understand that food is a basic necessity? Well, I was really hungry and wanted a burger. The meat was a total disappointment. It was super chilled, had that weird taste, was thin, and they claim it's marinated and has Oaxaca cheese—it's not like that at all—no toppings, nothing satisfying. I ordered a "milkshake," which was just flavored water. What's up with that? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. THEY GET A NUMBER 0.
