Went to pick up my takeout and two of the nicest employees helped me. Super nice and accommodating, wish I had gotten their names. A male and female, late teens, early 20s... very sweet 🌺 Thanks for your help, much appreciated 🙂👍
In my mind the Schlotzsky;s classic sandwich is the best sandwich in town. Their bread is unlike any other, and the variety of flavors in the sandwich are just really, really good. Normally I do not eat at fast food restaurants, but if I am going to eat at one, it will be this one. Really delicious food and great service.
Been to a bunch of Schlotzsky's and the food is always great. The staff here was totally friendly and nice to deal with. Sandwiches were fresh, salad was good, location is ok but watch out when you pull out of the parking lot. Super nice people here, go pay them a visit.
The absolute best sandwiches. Great location and overall service but Justin is the real VIP! 💜
Amazing! This place is really really good! Although it can be pricy , it's defintely worth a visit every once in a while. I'm my opinion, you wont go wrong if you order the chicken cranberry salad for the main course with an order of oatmeal raisin cookies to top it off for dessert.
Food is always made to order. Love the service. It does take a little while for a drive through but it's because its well made and fresh. Will always be coming back!
Love the food. I usually get the double cheese and pepperoni pizza. Service is great. I like the atmosphere too. When offered to eat at Schlotsky's I always say yes.
One of the better Schlotzskys restaurants in Texas. The staff is always friendly. Food is hot and fresh. Usually very clean.
Delicious food. Serving sizes were larger than we could finish. Very friendly service. Great place overall
This native Texan, transplanted New Yorker, was craving a Schlotzsky's original sandwich and I wasn't disappointed! It was worth my 18 month wait, already looking forward to my next sandwich. Hopefully, I won't have to wait another 18 months 🤪.
The employees here shocked me with how nice and friendly they were. The food came out within 3 minutes of us ordering. Amazing!!
Great to work with, highly recommend
The place was packed. No open parking spaces. We were in line less than 3 minutes. Food came out about 5 mins after we eat down. Everything was hot and fresh, the veggies were cold and crisp. I was impressed at both the friendliness and speed of service.
My order has never been wrong. Great service even to the homeless.
Super friendly staff, kids turkey and cheese sandwich was soooo delicious (and big too ) ! The large cookie that was included was yummy!!The restaurant seemed very clean , went through the drive thru but I had to run inside briefly
One of the best Schlotzsky's on the planet! I grew up around here, and always come here the day I get back to visit, same service, food quality and atmosphere every time! Keep up the great work!
Very clean very friendly are cashier was super sweet and very helpful. The food was fabulous the bread was off the chain! Will definitely go back if we're ever through that town again. Little pricey for a sandwich shop.
I love this place! We've eaten there about six or seven times, and of course my wife always brings home Cinnabons too. They have an incredible chipotle sandwich that I could eat for any meal any time at all. I was very impressed with the service, and the pizza they make was very surprisingly good. (Not usually impressed with places that offer only personal sized pizza's quality, but this was good.) The wifi only works for me about every other time, but other than that nothing but positive things to say.
Ordered on uber eats and recieved my order wrong.. I called the manager and brought my order back to them. The manager there was very sweet, very kind and understanding. She remade my order with the upmost care and spot on customer service. During such difficult times its important we are kind to eachother. Thank you so much for correcting my order.
Food isn't always 100% but it's rare to be off... This is still my favorite fast food. A bit pricey but delicious!
Excellent service. Lots of people came in at once. We were using a “safe to save” coupon w a new employee. Everyone was so patient & kind & helped one another. I was also quickly given ice & lemonade from the back as someone came to refill everything. I really appreciated seeing how this staff treated one another & our family as customers. Highly recommend this location. Food was good & fresh. Thank you!
Love eating at this location! Staff are always friendly and meal is always delicious.
Super fast service & it was during lunch-rush-hour!! I am writing this review solely for the front register cashier. I didn't catch her name tag, but my receipt says Dianna. She is the sweetest thing. From the second we stepped foot in the door, she was so warm & welcoming. She made me feel like I was a family member, & kept complimenting how pretty my 2 daughter's are. The truth is, Dianna, you're the true beauty here. Thank you for you lovely, spunky, selfless personality! You deserve to be recognized! Because of you, we will most definitely be coming back! Thanks to the rest of the staff as well for being so precise & for the great hustle!
Food tastes great, but prices are a little high for what you get.
We had the Deluxe Original sandwich and it was great. Went through the drive thru during a very busy time and placed our order and received it in 5 minutes. Other restaurants drive thru ( Whataburger ) should take notice. Thanks for the fantastic experience.
I was impressed! I had NO clue they had such a variety. And the staff was so helpful! Counter serve, casual style with a nice variety of deli sandwiches ,flat breads, pizzas and salads but WOW.... SO many soups too...AND Cinnabon products. Clean, well stocked and conveniently located near downtown San Angelo. Service was fast and friendly. Plenty of parking.
Recently remodeled. Food and service are wonderful. We have been going there for years and it's always good. They take great care of guests with wheat/gluten allergy, just be sure to let them know that you need it when ordering.
Great food! Nice cozy place. Seems to center towards college students but family friendly as well. A bit pricy but we'll worth it! Delicious food! I love their potato soup on Wednesdays with the cracked pepper potato chips. Delicious! Great staff!
Are usually order the roast beef cut in half. It is always good. I have tried many of the other sandwiches there and they were all delicious. The cookies are pretty good too I really like the desert and drink selection you were not limited to just by soda pop. I love the turkey Cobb salad and the original turkey sandwich, the 2 item deal is always a good choice!
The sandwich is "AWESOME" as always. The best place in the neighborhood is this one. I will definitely return the next time I'm in San Angelo.
Great food. Was expecting fast food 5ype quality and man were we wrong. Great food. Holy. Highly recommend. As a chain they definitely do it right.
Consistently good food. They have gluten-free options that are fantastic. I love their Albuquerque Turkey. I went on a busy day - my order was taken quickly and the staff were hustling to get orders out. No complaints.
The sandwiches are consistently fresh and well-balanced, but the real standout is the portion size. Unlike other spots, they are very generous with the proteins. Highly recommend if you're looking for a hearty, quality meal. The sweet tea is always delicious too.
So delicious as always! Haven't had it in a while, but after 2 years it still hits. Always recommend this place!
The food was great this was my first time here. But out of the whole experience the best part was the lovely guy at the calling window. Made me feel extremely welcomed and he had an infectious smile forcing me to smile. Thank you very much!
My daughter and I visited this store today. We we're instantly greeted with a warm welcome. The gentleman that was working the front was very helpful and polite. Got a Turkey Cobb Salad, very filling. My daughter and i both ate and got soft drinks for $15. Good portion size and definitely reasonably priced. Will definitely try again soon.
Schlotsky's was very good, the barbecue chicken pizza was delicious. My husband and I loved what they did to the interior of the restaurant, it looks great! But the best part of our experience was the service we received. Our servant was very attentive, kind and funny. He seemed excited to work there and made us excited to eat there.
Good quick lunch stop. The staff and cashier we're very friendly and polite and the food was solid. I'd definitely make it another pit stop along a long drive whenever it comes up again.
Ordered online and picked up through the drive-through. They did not have the soup I ordered when I got there and I had to change my order to a salad. I got the beef and cheese sandwich. It was pretty good, but did not look like the picture on the online menu. I got a cobb salad in place of the soup. It was decent, but the croutons and breadstick had some weird chemical taste. Salted carmel cookie was good. I will go again, but will order something else.
Their cash register was out one day and they were attempting to fix the problem. Due to the fact they could not get it working we were able to eat for free that day. Great customer service and quality food.
This was my first visit to this location. I ordered the Albuquerque Turkey on gluten free bread. It was excellent. I would have given 5 stars, but the drive thru took forever.
Ordered on line for pick up. Discovered it’s $1 more per sandwich if you order online. Why? Online saves them time and foot traffic. Mentioned it to checkout. They said most people order online now. Less traffic if you go in. Sandwich was good but kinda cold. Took me about 5 mins to drive to pick up for a sandwich that was to be ready in 10 mins.
The food and tea are both very good here. The service does take quite a while during lunch rush. I have found the employees to be friendly and knowledgable. I would give five stars if they could manage to get the food out a bit quicker
The sandwiches/meals have gotten so overpriced (like everything else in the world) that a family can't really afford to go here much anymore. They are still some of the best tasting sandwiches anywhere. They dont get substitutions right most of the time but its clean and the staff is very friendly. They offer military discount.
We were traveling … wanted to stop in and grab a couple of sandwiches to go! It was 1 or 2 ish and there was a crowd. We ordered and I went to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather as my hubby waited inside… I sat out there for over 20/25 mins!! Waiting and watching several ppl come in after us and get food & leave!?! I finally went up to the counter to inquire about our order and they had no knowledge of it!!!??!!?!! I was fuming by then - running late to get home to pick up our dog in San Antonio!! They apologized and just seemed so flustered!!! Was very upsetting to wait 35 mins for 2 sandwiches!!! Will NOT stop at that location ever again!!
Most of the tables were closed even though they did not close for an hour and a half. It was my first time ever eating here. The food was not bad but a little over priced for the quality. I got a side salad and 1/3 of my greens were slimy rotten. I not entirely sure if I would ever return.
The original is still an excellent sandwich but the last one I ordered just didn't seem fresh or warm. Also, every time I order a soup I ask for a side of croutons. In the last 6 visits or so they are batting 0% on remembering the croutons in my order. On a positive note though their employees are usually very friendly which I certainly appreciate.
Our sandwiches were good but maybe over cooked, the bread was really hard and crunchy. Our daughters enjoyed their pizzas. The drink options leave something to be desired. Other locations have that soda machine that has 100s of options, maybe it's time for an upgrade.
Ordered the French dip for the third time and the au jus has been forgotten for the third time. At this point I’m impressed by the consistency. Still coming back though because I love this sandwich… but like… help me out. 🤣
Original fast food with healthy choices. I say fast food because there is a drive through, fortunately I was not in a hurry at 10:35 on a Saturday. We waited 20 minutes. I must admit, it was worth the wait. I had the Tuscan signature sandwich and was very pleased, the turkey was not the typical deli slices you would normally find on a sandwich, it was oven roasted to perfection and tender. The sandwich was easy to eat, with house-made rolls and many fresh ingredients. I am looking forward to going back even if I have to wait another 20 minutes.
Food is always good, tons of choices...from sandwiches, soups, salads, pizza, etc. It’s a good place for groups or family. They have ample parking and clean bathroom. They do have a few desserts but I particularly like the different types of Cinnabon. Try the pecan! I come back for those all the time. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because since the food is made when ordered, it takes awhile for the food to come out, specially if the place is packed. So if I see that there’s a ton of cars in the parking lot... I just go thru the drive thru and enjoy our meal at home.
Sweeping while we were eating several dirty tables. Cashier not very personable what seemed to be his favourite word. Food was good ready in a timely manner.iin the back 2 girls food handlers long hair not covered at all . one kept playing with her hair. Had me checking my food. No gloves.
Forgot some ingredients on a pizza. The sandwich was good though. It's expensive for what it is. A pizza, a sandwich, and 4 cinnamon rolls was $50. Fast food shouldn't be that expensive. There are sandwiches elsewhere that are just as good that are much more reasonably priced. The girl at the window was kinda rude too, stuck up. For $50 you could be polite I would think, but what do I know. It wasn't a terrible experience, but given what it was and the cost I probably won't be a regular customer if I go back at all.
Why can’t I order a salad with NO ONIONS and get a salad with NO ONIONS!! I’ve gone through the drive thru several times and I’ve ordered through door dash and every single time I get onions in my Orchard salad after requesting NO Onions!!! It’s frustrating! I pay over $10 for a salad and can’t eat it bc the entire thing tastes like onion! Wendy’s has an apple pecan salad and McCallisters has a cranberry pecan salad and chick fil a has a strawberry pecan salad and they all have NO Onions.. so I will be going elsewhere from now on!
I visited recently and ordered just a Turkey Guacamole Sandwich. The sandwich was ready 16 minutes after I paid. The sandwich tasted okay, but it was not worth that long a wait. The restaurant was not very busy. The employee who called my order apologized to me for the wait but didn't say why it took so long. I would probably only return if I placed a mobile order 20-30 minutes in advance.
Probably the worst schlotzskys I've ever been to. Long story short, the place was filthy, the workers were slow, and they got my order completely wrong. I walked in around 7pm and had at least 4-5 people walk by the front register, would look at me, and wouldnt acknowledging me, or ask if I had been helped. I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally decided to ask if I needed help. I ordered to-go and trusted that my order was correct. When I got home the pizza and Mac was correct but the sandwich was wrong and everything was cold. Definitely not my first time at a schlotzkys, but is definitely my last time at this one.
Filthy restaurant even after things settled down for the dinner rush. Napkins and food scraps on the floor, sticky counters under the areas you're supposed to sit your glass on to fill your tea. Good was hot, delicious and took over 20 minutes to get from the time we ordered until they called out our number. Then at 830, with a restaurant full of patrons, someone started putting chairs on the tables to prevent people from sitting in the restaurant... Weird and poor customer service when you are trying to eat and they are flipping chairs over and putting them on the tables around yours..
Love this place, food is A1, however, this location could use some help. Got both of our orders wrong, tookten minutes to get our food through the drive through, and didn't see a soul til our food pushed out the window at us. With the price of the food, I at least expect a "have a good day/night".
Not sure how we can order pizza online and they can screw it up EVERY time. It's not like I call it in and there is miscommunication! Veggie pizza, cut the green peppers and add chicken.. we get it and it has chicken and olives...that's it! Last time, no chicken! They need smarter people to read orders!
Nice place, very nice manager. Horrible options for vegetarians. They offer a veggie sandwich that is no less than $7.. which sounds fine until you get it and realize its merely 2 small tomato slices, iceberg lettuce (0 nutrients, just water) and then 2 slices of cucumber along with 1 slice of cheese. Really... so it's like a piece of artisan bread with barely anything of nutritional value in it. Yup.
We know the inflation is bad and I understand prices go up but darn they don't need to cut down on the meat and put more vegetables instead. The quality has gone way down, we need them more competition. Oh yes Jason's Deli !!! Where's the beef?
I had heard a lot about Schlotzsky's, but I wasn't very impressed. The bread was "eh," at best. They forgot the bacon on my sandwich, but wasn't like that was going to save the mediocrity that I held in my hands. The best thing about my meal was the BBQ chips, they were decent.
I love the food. It's always hot and delicious, but I have to 'get over' how dirty the place is in the food prep areas/drink station. From the register we could see purses, personal belongings, other restaurant's drink cups sitting on prep areas - and it just didn't make us feel great about what goes on in the kitchen.
Employees are okay for the most part. Drive through employee is very punctual and pleasant but always seems in a hurry. As far as the food… it’s a different story… it goes between awful to decent very frequently and the quality of the food is never consistent. I ordered my wife a pizza and it was awful. The way it was served shows that they just wanted to get rid of it rather than make sure that it was up to standard. Overall, everything seems rushed just to get it out of the door with no effort for quality. As someone who has worked in food for years it is very disappointing.
Didn't enjoy. They have a gnat problem. I managed to wave them off from my sammich, but then one crawled down my drink straw. I made this apparent to their staff... but they seemed uninterested in correcting it. That gnat problem... its next to their in-store pickup window. I challenge anyone to prove me wrong. This is just bad service...
Terrible customer service. If you go anytime close to 8 or later the staff is incredibly rude and every single time I get off from a 12 hour shift at 7:45pm and try and get food their card machine is "down" if you go through the drive through. Ever single time after 8. So how's that possible. And they don't want to a thing if it's after 8. Nothing.
I never write reviews but I am so unhappy with this place right now. I ordered lunch for my employees and I at 12:31 pm. My ubereats driver arrived at Schlotzskys about 1pm and received a second order. She received the second order and still nothing for me. I called Schlotzskys and the manager told me it had been fixed and sent out.???? I called the ubereats driver and she is still waiting on my order! I called the manager back and was very unhappy with her, somehow they lost my order and had to redo it. I finally got it 11/2 hrs later. ugh
Waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally got to the window I asked if they could do anything to compensate for the long wait.... Cashier got upset and said everyone had to wait and the wait wasn't their fault, there was only one working cash register. I suggest having someone standing by the order sign letting folks know before they order how long the wait will be when this happens. That way I can decide to wait in line or leave. Even more sad, it was my first time going to Scholtzsky's.
Tonight We ordered our food through thier website however apparently this is done through Delivery.Com, even though we went to pick up the food. The text message sent says ready by 915, so I get there right at nine and they tell me that they only have one of our sandwiches because they had given the large original to another person on accident. So I got my fiancé’s sandwich chips and drink but not my Sandwich. The Manager said the only thing that scouts do was make me the Sandwich tomorrow or ask delivery.com for a refund. So I tell her I will speak to the Store owner in the morning. Then I get home and the Cinnabon my fiancé ordered isn’t in the bag either. Now I’m livid so I call delivery.com and I’m told it can take up to five days for the refund. My Fiancé is from California and I’ve been bragging about how good Schlotzsky’s is. Now she is totally unimpressed and I’m hungry. After driving half way across town from Southland. I will be eating a can of soup. 😡
I have gone back occasionally to this restaurant in hopes of getting the sandwich I remember was available and consistent at other locations but have finally given up all hope of that occurring here. The help here moves like molasses. Not only are they slow but they don't ever get the order correct. Out of the last 4 attempts over a 2 year period to get something as simple as a cheese original I have received 4 different sandwiches. Tonight I got one with 6 slivers of lettuce and it was smeared with sour cream for some reason. I never ordered sour cream or uttered that word in relation to a sandwich. I am done giving these people my time and money for an overpriced bad tasting sandwich. In addition, the drive up window is almost impossible to navigate in anything but a small car because the turn is too sharp for a regular vehicle. They also have no problem letting the phone ring constantly while they talk and laugh in the back.
This paticular store is horrible used to be awesome but has seriously went downhill. Took 30+ minutes to order and get food and my party of 2 were the only people on store at the time. I literally watched while all but 2 employees stood around and talked while 1 employee was left to make all the food alone and the other a cashier who had just started work the day before struggled to try and figure out how to run the register by himself. Until they get some better help here I wouldn't recommend coming here and I won't be returning for awhile.
Terrible experience well over a 30 minute wait when only 2 cars in front of us. The sandwich wasn’t even edible, tasted like they poured a whole salt shaker on it. Extremely disappointed for the price you’d think it would be better than this. Went plenty of times while in Austin and NEVER had this wait nor this terrible of a sandwich. Will not be giving this schlotskys my money again.
I have never been so disappointed in a fast food place as I am tonight. I spent almost 70 dollars on dinner for the family and everything was completely wrong. The tea is soured to the point when you take a drink you gag. The cinnamon rolls are too hard to eat after being warmed up and when I called to speak to the manager I was told she was in a meeting!!! Really at 845pm. Needless to say my husband will be calling tomorrow and then calling their boss. If this is the best they can do they just need to shut the doors. It’s almost like eating at church’s chicken!
All the employees seem depressed with absolutely zero personality. As I walked up I was just stared at with a blank face, super weird. The place was disgusting inside with food all over the floor and the tables. Saw an employee clean off some table tops and leave all the pizza slices and random food on the floor. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Whoever runs this place just doesn't care anymore.
I have always loved it here, friendly staff and good food. As I was in the drive through yesterday I saw that their food was uncovered, no lids on the containers and flies around. I lost my appetite 😕 and wasted 15$ for something that fell apart when I picked it up 😭 my container was placed in there at an angle and it was torn. I just gave it to my dogs.
I've never once been to this place and had my order on time or correct. I'm pretty understanding as I also work in customer service, but seriously? 30 minutes sitting at the window after being told when I called in 40 minutes before that that my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes! The employees were nice, but obviously aren't worried about getting orders correct or getting them out in a timely manner.
Service was ok, the cashier never looked up at us and spoke quietly. The apple slices from the kids meal were bad, they had a lot of water in the container and were too soft and salty. My sandwich was all lettuce, barely any deli meat. I just feel like what we paid for wasn t what I expected over all.
My wife ordered at 8:30 PM tonight... from the get go? Got attitude from the young lady that took our order... she was VERY dismissive and seemed to be VERY put out that we were ordering 1/2 hour before they closed... when I got there to pick it up... more of the same attitude. I ordered a Cinnabon and it was though I asked her to walk on hot coals.... NEVER going back there... to bad cause I love this place. Funny how one person can wreck it attitude...
Customer service was poor. My meal cheaply done. I spent 10.00 for small sandwich and small drink. The sandwich had little meat, barely any veggies, and just sloppy work. It would have been better if I had gone home and eat a regular sandwich. I won't go back.
I haven’t eaten here in years and today we got lunch. We ordered a smoked turkey avocado sandwich and a sandwich with only turkey and cheese. The avocado turkey did not have avocado and the turkey and cheese sandwich came with olives melted into the cheese. I was disappointed in the food quality, worst sandwich I have ever had.
Ordered 30 dollars for two pizza that were delivered so raw and disgusting I can't believe they let the order leave like this. I wouldn't give this to my dog. I'm from dallas and there pizza comes out crunchy great oven cooked this was so horrible DONT ORDER THE PIZZA. CALLED IN AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD LEAVE A NOTE FOR THE MGR TO TURN the oven temp up.
My grandson ordered two pizzas from here and they came raw like white on the bottom the vegetables looked as if they had just been thrown on there so gross.
I just went to slotkeys. When through the drive through the lady was a little rude.Ask for Some cinnamon rolls. My fork doesn't go into them probably a couple of days old
The sandwiches that I ordered were not toasted and had a ton of condiments on them. Unfortunately, this was a to-go order and I did not discover this until I was 20 minutes away. The staff were not focused on their work. I am never going back to this place.
The bread for the sandwich is sponge like has no flavor the female manager at this location is rude, they ripped me off my money I will not go to this location again
I went through the drive-thru to get cinnamon roll bites as a snack. When I received them, they were cold to begin with. But when I started eating, I grabbed a bite with my fork, and underneath was a dead fly. I called the location and the manager just asked if I wanted more made, why would I want more from the batch that had a dead fly. I asked for a refund and compensation considering I had taken a few bites and feel disgusted with the whole experience
I will never eat there again. I ordered a. Avacado and turkey sandwich the avacado was black. When I called and told the manager all I got was ok. He didn't even
We have been coming to this location 1-2 times a week to eat. We were so excited to eat lunch from here and decided to pick up an order through the drive thru. First problem was the online ordering system. It froze on me several times, refused to take my credit card information and then told me the order couldn't go through without updating a scheduled time. The only option was to hit "ASAP" which I did. And... nothing happened. Still showed an error, booted me off and erased the order that I had left in my cart. So, still craving our usual sandwiches we drove there to place an order in person. One car in front of us and it took more than 5 minutes before we were up. I ordered a small original with no onions, sour cream and onion chips and an unsweetened tea. My husband ordered a small Albuquerque turkey with regular chips and an unsweetened tea. The boy at the window asked several questions about our two unsweetened teas and which size, after we'd already paid him the cash total. After about 10 minutes we were handed our bag, and we drove home. As I'm walking into our house I received an email notification about our online order. An order that said it couldn't be placed. So I called the restaurant and sat through 2 minutes of ringing before someone picked up the phone. They could see my order, but couldn't help. So they put me on hold for a "manager" who then proceeded to tell me they could verify the order. I told him it wouldn't go through on my end online, so we'd already gone thru the drive thru and paid cash for the same two sandwiches in the order. Then he tells me his gm can probably take care of it tomorrow, but do I want to be refunded for one order or two? Because apparently it went through TWICE. At this point, I've paid close to $75 for two SMALL sandwiches from here. Yes, I need to be refunded for BOTH charges, as we already paid cash at the drive through. So, the "manager" could do nothing but say his gm will be there tomorrow. So, I guess there's no manager or anyone with power there to take care of issues when you come to get food from their establishment... So, still hungry, we sit down to eat. My "original" sandwich was a ham and cheese COVERED entirely with mustard and full of raw onions. It was mushy, barely any meat and bread was falling apart soggy. My chips were not what I ordered, they put salt and vinegar in the bag instead. My husband's Albuquerque turkey was a plain roast beef sandwich with black broth in a cup. His regular chips were replaced with cracked black pepper flavored chips. So disappointing and gross. Too bad there wasn't a manager or anything there that could have fixed this problem, even if we'd have gone back.......... And to make matters worse, they probably had our correct order sitting there somewhere, only there was no way of knowing because the online ordering system wouldn't let me know until 20 minutes later that the order had even gone through. I will never use their system again, and we definitely won't be back. Also, better be receiving a refund. Should actually be refunded the cash from the two trash sandwiches (that weren't even what we ordered) as well.
