Stopped by last Saturday for a quick bite to eat and decided to grab a drink, was helped by Angelica. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made some really good recommendations on what to get. Fantastic service from Angelica and very tasty drinks, I will be recommending to friends and family and returning again 11/10

This bar is perfectly placed in the food hall at the Pearl. Lots of variety in the restaurants and quick bites close by. It’s nice because you can grab a slice of pizza and eat it outside to people watch or sit at the Park bar. Daniel was my bartender and despite it being a little busy he didn’t make me feel rushed and even had suggestions for drinks I’ve never tried! Thank you for your patience, Daniel! Looking forward to my next Frosé!

Stopped by this place while on a business trip and it’s absolutely wonderful. I was served by Daniel who made me a wonderful cocktail and answered my questions I had about the pearl and told me about the many establishments around. It’s nice to sit outside with my cocktail and just taking in the atmosphere of the Pearl. Would love to come back next time I’m in town

Came here over the weekend and and let me tell you, if you are looking for a place that treats you well and offers great service...this is the place!. We had Jose B. & Jose A. as our servers and they did an excellent job. The mixed drinks were super delicious and the beer was ice cold.

One of the best meals we have ever had. The Happy Hour options are all delicious and the service both times we were there were exceptional. Our 1st server was Rebecca and she introduced us to new wines and was very delightful and friendly. Our second server was Mark, he was very knowledgeable about the menu and very professional and helpful. He made the experience that much better. The food was spectacular! Made our stay in San Antonio very memorable!

Cured has a great happy hour!! We love the quail legs (please bring them back!!), blue ribbon burger, and trying their creative new menu items. They also have the crème de la crème of charcuterie boards. A must try in the pearl - especially for the daily happy hour!

Incredible food, wonderful staff, and great atmosphere. We were in town for our anniversary and met the curator Steve during the farmers market. We had a great chat and got a signed copy of his book Cured. We made reservations for dinner and it did not disappoint. Hunter was our waiter and did an outstanding job. We pretty much let him curate our meal for us and we just sat back and enjoyed ourselves. I have nothing but great things to say. To top it off, Steve stopped by to wish us a happy anniversary and check in on us. 10 out of 10

Very interesting place to have brunch. I would love to go again! The menu changes, and offers new meats, cheeses, sauces, and veggies. I tried everything you see in the picture and mixed some stuff together. I enjoyed everything on the charcuterie board. If you like trying new foods this is your place. Everything is in small portions but it’s plenty for two to share maybe more. The empanadas were soooo good, and that’s coming from someone who has never really liked them. The sauce that comes with it tastes amazing, and the combo of both is just right. It located in the middle of the pearl. Not much interaction from the staff, but was attended to well.

This is our favorite restaurant/bar in our first visit in San Antonio. We came here for happy hour and were only going to have a couple of drinks before our Valentine’s dinner elsewhere. We enjoyed the charcuterie board (smoked dock ham, Tejano pork, beef, pork rillettes and cheeses) so much that we keep ordering drinks and almost missed our dinner reservation. At the end of the day, our food and drinks at Cured were better than our actual Valentine’s dinner reservation.

Fun morning date after walking around the Pearl farmer’s market. The building is really cool, being a converted brewery. The service was exceptional, polite, and attentive. The owners stopped by the table with recommendations and to ensure we were enjoying our meal. Loved every moment. Charcuterie board was a lot of fun to be adventurous. Menu offerings you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Definitely a unique spot that’s worth a visit.

We were there on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pretty quiet in the restaurant so our service was great! The staff were friendly and the food was wonderful. I'm working on my gf trying seafood, and the tuna on the charcuterie board was mildly flavored, which she liked. She had the NY strip, and I had the fried oyster sandwich, both of which didn't disappoint. The chef made us a couple of little tarts since it was my birthday, which was a nice touch.

My friend and I went for the first time today. It was lovely all around. Nice ambiance, great friendly service, and very delicious food, cocktails, & wine! My friend and I ordered all 11 items on the charcuterie menu lol plus the White Truffle Gnocchi, the Wagyu dip (Medina County Parisa) with toasted crackers, & the Cotechino (sausage patties). Plus hummingbird cake for dessert. Very fun sampling dinner!

Charcuterie here never disappoints! The meat selection is always delicious no matter what you choose. I will say if you are looking for hard or semi-hard cheeses, make sure to review the menu ahead of time. The cheeses we got today were all "spreadable" while a year ago we had some hard cheeses. The service is excellent, if you ever have Tyler he is great and attentive, explains the menu easily and always has the table set and the glasses topped. Highly recommend him!

It's a bar in a food court (at Pearl). Service was great and offered recommendations on local beers and signature cocktails. Order inside or outside... sit outside and people watch. Good times!

We arrived at about 4 pm on a Friday. We ordered from the appetizer and drink happy hour menu. There were decent options. We had the quail legs, hamburger, and fries. The fries were the best. My drink was too sweet, but I'm glad I tried it. Our waiter kept picking up our dishes before we finished eating. I would go again but only during happy hour.

We stopped in for Sunday brunch. Really nice because we could bring our pup and sit outside. Admittedly, this is a cured meat place and we got the brunch, so take the review for that. It was ok. Good, not great. We got the steak and eggs and the steak was over seared and under seasoned. The grits were good. We also got the butcher Benedict and the meat was like under seasoned ground beef, not that good. The beer menu is limited, no IPAs and the cocktails are $20. I did enjoy the only $16 cocktail which was the Bloody Mary drink made with mezcal which was pretty damn good. I’d go again to try the cured meats but prob not for brunch.

The first time I came here, the cocktails were amazing – the female bartender really knew how to make a great drink, and that’s what made me want to come back. Unfortunately, the second time was very disappointing. The male bartender’s cocktails tasted like plain water and completely ruined the experience for me. The photo I’m attaching shows the first, really good cocktails.

This margarita experience was incredibly disappointing, especially given the price. I was surprised to see the bartender using a pre-made mix, and even worse, they didn't even bother to shake the drink. To top it off, I watched them pour a pre-made margarita that had been sitting out into a fresh cup. This is not at all what I'd expect for the cost.
