Glad to see freedbirds didn’t cave to inflation by raising prices. I got a regular size freedbirds chicken burrito for just $10!! Tasted great. Their spanish rice and refried beans can’t be beat.

If you are looking for a big ole fat juicy and guilt free burrito... then FreeBirds is the place for fat and juicy burritos... can't promise the guilt free 🤪😋 The absolute size of the Monster burrito is ridiculous and delicious. I ate about a quarter of the burrito and still had some left for three days 😳 The staff was amazing and helpful 👏 ❤️ especially seeing as how it was my first time and had no idea how to order. They offered me vegetarian options...although I love my meats the options did look tempting!!! They guided me through my whole order, and we're completely amazing 👏 🤩 The atmosphere is awesome and very clean as well. I would totally suggest you stop by for an Amazing experience 💯🤩🔥

I rarely leave reviews but i had to this time. First timer to freebirds. The workers are amazingly friendly and very knowledgeable. The portion options are great and the portion amount is amazing. Very flavorful and many options on meats and add ons. I highly recommend.

Love this burrito. It's customized to whatever I want, which is really cool. One burrito is two meals for me personally.

So delicious! I love these places, they never fail to impress me. I have the freebird, on the red wrap with carnitas, queso and their roasted peppers. It’s really good.

It was an empty place very cold - no vibe, staff had that ughhhh let’s get this over attitude, the tortillas weren’t even cook all the way, very slim options to add on your burrito, rice is dry & seemed to be crunchy like popcorn & also made it hard to swallow - I use to really enjoy the food here….. blah and no flavor much $$$$$$ for only beans and rice

Super choice burritos hand made to order and excellent service. Decor is rad with cool murals and Statue of Liberty on a motorcycle with burrito in hand hanging from ceiling. The price was just a bit more than what I expected. Overall good food found here.

A friend told us that we should try this place out if we enjoyed Chipotle and Moe’s. This place was a lot like them and we enjoyed our food. Everything was very fresh. The chips were super fluffy/puffy in a crispy way—very yummy. I had a freebird size burrito. I could not imagine a MONSTER sized one as this was plenty! My hubby had the bowl. Great spot for a lunch date.

Similar setup to a Chipotle. I gave the food 3 stars because my rice tasted like it was sitting under heat lamps all day. Very dry. Other than that the steak tacos were decent. Chips and queso were good. Overall I dont think it was worth the price. Spent 50 for 3 people, but for the quality, id be happier paying 30.

Good, but not the old Freebirds from 5 to 8 years ago. Gone are the days of the 4 to 5 different size burritos, the meats they add now is way smaller than it used to be. Tomatoes are gone, sizes are smaller. Still have toasted garlic and queso, but it's beginning to feel like they are talking a hint from Chipotle and following suit. Maybe it's just this location, but I don't know. Still better than the other chain.

We were flying out of San Antonio and needed a quick but healthier option to stop for dinner. We were trying to find comparable to Chipotle. It was just ok. The service is friendly but very slow. My friends got a steak & chicken bowl and they thought it was just ok. My hubby got the birria tacos and again thought it was just ok. I got a steak burrito. The steak was just so so, not much flavor. The cilantro lime rice had no flavor & didn't look very fresh. When they add your beans on, for each of us the guy didn't take time to drain them so we got some added bean juice, which nobody prefers. I would not go here again if I lived locally. I thought a Texas local chain would be better but it wasn't.

This place used to be part of our daily routine for lunch. Unfortunately, that ends today. Yesterday, we witnessed the manager verbally abuse a food delivery worker. He yelled at her, insulted her, and forced her to leave. Watching an employee in a position of power treat another person with such disrespect, discrimination, and cruelty was absolutely unacceptable. We have zero tolerance for abuse of any kind. Because of this incident, none of us will ever return. A business that allows this behavior does not deserve the support of the community.

It has been a few years since I have been here. I went a few days ago and immediately noticed the difference in atmosphere. It felt like a cheap taqueria trying to survive. The employees were nice but the food... No. I've had better food at Taco Bell. It was sub-par, bland just miserable. It was pretty obvious to me it got bought out so I looked it up and yeah... Sun Holdings. When business people buy out places they have no passion for, they ruin it. It's just profit to their portfolio. There is absolutely no pride in this food. The atmosphere is dirty feeling also. I could probably find better burritos in Japan.

I hadent been in a while bc we moved to another side of town. Decided to visit and it was truly disgusting. Cold food, dry food ,smaller tortillas and scoops. I always remember being greeted by freindly ppl. We walked in and there was silence it felt like a ghost town. I notice now the signs that were on top showing the size is gone. When asking worker about the sizes he made it apparent as to how many scoops were in each one which had never happen before. No queso for the burrito. Our phone number wouldnt come up for points. We were told bc an app change. We got home I ate half, felt sick and was just disappointed in the quality now, customer service. I use to rave over fb over Chipotle. Ill be going back to Chipotle now 😢. Not the same at all.

I have been to this Freebirds restaurant several times. This is the first time I have been really disappointed! I ordered a Freebird sized burrito. But my burrito was about 1/2 the usual size. The young man who made my meal seemed to purposefully make my burrito really small. This is the first time I have been so upset. If I pay for a full sized burrito I should get one. Really upset!
