Food was great and came out quickly. Staff was friendly, I sat at the bar and the bartender was cool, she was on her phone a little too much to work the whole bat area by herself.

Great staff, they went out of their way to sing so many birthday's the evening we visited. Including two birthday boy at our table. The waitress was attentive..food was delicious.

Jazmine is by far the BEST. She is what keeps me coming back to the restaurant. She has a wonderful personality, and as many customers as she deals with, she actually remembers what you drink and what you eat. In my book, that is what food service is all about. Great customer service!!!

I did a to go order and when I got home I noticed I was missing my drink. I called the store and the manager (Jesse ) was very courteous and polite. He even gave me a piece of cake because of the mishap! I will definitely come back again!

This Hooters is a lot closer to my house and very convenient for us. When the place first opened up we didn't like it due to the service which was slow and just horrible. But now I've taken my family there again and this Hooters has turned it around. The food is great as usual and the service is on point now. There's a few girls that do great job but there's is a tall girl that works there right now, I can't remember her name but she is the best above and beyond the rest of the waitresses.The management now comes by and checks up on all the tables and asks if everything was alright. I've even seen them help out when they are in the busy part of the day. We love that they leave the music playing during the games. It keeps a good vibe going.

This specific Hooters on Ingram 410/151 is our favorite. My husband and I regularly come here because of the consistent food and service is always great no matter who you get. Also, we have celebrated several birthdays here as well, they really make the atmosphere a lot of fun. Note: Only issue we run into often is the soda or my husband preferred being out 😳

What the heck happened to the great food? Maybe it's the demographic? We're gonna stick to taking the 25 minute drive to Fredericksburg or 281n locations. Lot of hype... no follow through. Sorry guys. And we live down the street from this location. UPDATE: we have returned after our four year hiatus and we were pleased with the food the service and the turnaround time on delivery to our table . And because of this we now change from a one star to a five star thank you!

It was yummy! Had not gone to Hooters in a while because of bad experiences but this location was great! Went with husband and our kiddo and we all enjoyed ourselves! It was a clean and fun atmosphere, food was super fresh and hot and delicious, staff was helpful and polite, and it was a convenient location just off the highway.

Great experience. 2PM, 17 Jan 25. Ingram location was spotless. Waitstaff was friendly, professional, and drop dead gorgeous. Food was hot, salad was fresh and icy cold. Tea tasted like tea and not colored water.

Good atmosphere for the Sunday after the Super Bowl. The service at the bar was good. She apparently didn't hear my order correctly, but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt since the televisions were so loud. Both bartenders were attentive and respectful. Another visit is in the future, I think.

Place wasn’t crowded at all and the shrimp was good. Summer shanty on tap. Always a win.

Once we arrived we waited for a hostess so we could be seated. It took about 9 minutes till anyone seated us. Once seated we ordered our drinks and they came very quickly! Then our order was taken, and the food was also brought out at a decent matter. The only unfortunate part was that we couldn't find a waitress when we needed refills, or anything extra, they were nowhere to be found. But the food was hot, drinks cold, bellys fed!

Great food. But your women's bathrooms is filthy. Looks like they have not been attended to all day. We got here in the evening.

My son and I went in and we got sat within 2 minutes, our server was great, very attentive, frequent check ups and refills perfectly timed, she was great. Wings were good, waffle fries were fresh, I only gave 4 stars because my son wanted curly fries with his kids sliders and the curly fries were cold/stale. So I ended up splitting my waffle fries with him. Not a big deal but other than that everything was great!

Food was good took my son for the first time. I ordered the chicken strip sandwich 🥪 and it was good. My son got a build your own burger 🍔. My husband ordered the sliders combo. Cheesecake shooters were good. All in all not bad for the price.

Went here because we stayed at the Hilton next door and ordered online, went to pick up our food Togo and got back to the hotel to notice both orders of fries and 3 ranch were missing however, we did go back and they did make it right. Wings were okay but due to having to go back for the fries they were kinda soggy. We probably should have just ate there but we were all tired. Oh and if you’re going to sit at the bar ask for Jasmine, she’s AMAZING and so sweet!

Dinner with family. The fried pickles were delicious. I had the Daytona Beach boneless wings; with the waffle fries and cheese sauce. Fried do not reheat well. The Chocolate Mousse Cake was like a piece of heaven. The service was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. The only thing was: The menu offers milk or coffee. I don't eat dessert with alcohol or soda. A nice hot cup of coffee with that cake, so rich, so decadent.... would have been absolutely perfect!!!

10/12/23 Update: I will say the establishment has improved. If the waitresses could check on their tables a bit more this would be a 4 star. The only concern I have is when we asked to have the Astro game put on a screen the on duty manger made it seem like it was a hassle. The service was okay but the atmosphere needs serious attention. The food has not been like it was and with the opening of the new Bombshells the management team should revamp quickly.

So I visited and posted a review last Sunday. The experience was almost perfect. I came here again today, expecting the same, and was so disappointed. Not greeted, took a while to be noticed, same waitress as Sunday (Jadah). Not sure if she was having an "off" day. Asked for a Titos strawberry lemonade, she brought me a non alcoholic lemonade. She still had good customer service skills. They just weren't as great as last week. I felt like the employees and managers were more involved in their own business to care about the customers dining experience. Not sure if I'll come back. My inner self believes in second chances, but I don't do third chances AT ALL. Hope they up their game.

Normally, we love this location. However. Tonight it appeared that no one was running the place. Our server was Natalie and she was ok at best. She spent the entire time we were there at a table talking to a friend, not working the floor. Our appetizer was given to someone else because she wasn't watching to get it. The first round of drinks took 10ish minutes. Food came out the same time as the appetizer and every time Natalie brought something out she went right back to the table her friend was at to sit down and talk. This was not an employee or a customer. On another note, the other server in our section, Jason was excellent. She didn't serve us but was very engaged and interacting with her section. We saw one gentleman in a black Hooters polo that appeared to be a manager but he wasn't watching his team, he was walking around fist bumping regulars. All in all a bad experience. We will be back but not for a while.

Waitress was ok but I'm hoping they do something about the cooks. Took us about 45 min to receive our food and it wasn't hot. It wasn't busy either. I understand some businesses are understaffed but maybe they could advise customers before they order that it's gonna take a while even tho it's not busy. Also the sink in the bathroom could be used as an indication of how things are run there.

Straight to the point: 1) Any wings besides bone in are dry and without flavor besides the sauce 2) Cleanliness in general is very poor from the silverware, the plates, the tables, and down to the menus even being incredibly sticky with pages stuck together and missing 3) Servers are actually decent and do what they can (very big thank you to Casey for making the experience as enjoyable as it could've been) but the kitchen tends to go slow and simply get orders wrong 4) There are many stipulations that go unknown until ordering when it comes to alcoholic drinks and the wing specials. Such as you can get all you eat boneless wings but you can't get those in the smoked flavor. It almost seems as though they make it confusing so they can justify the extra charges you will receive on your receipts 5) Draft beer selection is simply poor yet they'll tax you as though it's an exotic selection Sidenote: Military discount is only on Tuesday's

Had to go to another table to scan the QR code or whatever to find out the drinks myself. Moonshine long island iced tea was ok. $7.99. I can get it for $5 at Chili's and they have specials. But my nephew wanted to go. Oh well... 3yrs ago 2 stars... Ordered online and was not ready when it said... waited an extra 15 mins longer... onion rings were not worth $6 and something... cheaper and better at Whataburger... Caribbean jerk flavor is a dry rub or whatever that is instead of a sauce... tater tots burnt... curly fries ehhh... used to be better 10 years ago over at Fredericksburg rd... glad i had $10 off coupon cuz it was not worth it... second time I've been here and I'll just keep going to buffalo wild wings and TGIF cuz their wings have more flavor...

Absolutely pay attention to your check because they are 2 for 2 on charging me the absolute wrong price/s. And only go if you want bottom level service and an absolute lack of attention. Plus at 8pm they seem to start the process of 'closing up' so understand that this place is very much not somewhere you want to be after 7:30 or so. Just a terrible experience...tried them again for a 2nd time and it was the same.

As I'm greeted by our hostess we promptly get seated at the request to merge tables. We appreciate the request being met. But we get a mediocre(at best) waitress who seems uninterested in being here. She practically lacked personality and only showed up to "waitress" to ask us what we wanted to order and to bring out food, other than that she was MIA. In addition she also forgot one person's drink and food order. Then when she did bring it out it had chicken instead of the requested beef. When corrected, chicken was still left on the plate, which one could assume they just picked the chicken off and added chili. She could act a little happier and provide some positive service. And it wasn't until we got our receipts I also noticed she just couldn't remember who got what...which isn't a big deal but we were her only table. In an establishment like this a server makes or breaks your experience. They only get 2 stars because the establishment is clean and the hostess was cool. They should train they're girls to serve as effective as Perfect Score.

Came here with my girlfriend , older single friend, and my younger friend and his girlfriend. My friend’s girlfriend was drinking prior to coming here and because she was tipsy and acting silly we got cut off before we even got to our table. This was very disappointing to me. My older friend who only had one beer before coming here wanted to order a beer and they wouldn’t serve the whole table because of my younger friend’s girlfriend. Don’t come here to eat or drink if one of your friends has been drinking. It’s extremely unfair that the rest of us couldn’t drink because of one person in our group. We also got sat at a dirty table and had to find a waitress to ask her to wipe down our table. We ordered the medium sauce 24 piece shrimp and they brought it out without any sauce. It was explained to me that hooters doesn’t have many wet sauces anymore. Medium isn’t a wet sauce and hot isn’t a wet sauce. Seriously? Here is what mild sauce looks like now. Some kind of weird paste. Picture attached. The sauce thing I can understand, but cutting off my senior citizen friend from having a drink because my younger friend had too much? That wasn’t cool👎

My friends and I come to hooters every so often and we usually have a good time. This time we came in at 11:12pm, knowing that they don’t stop serving till food till around 12:30 and doesn’t close till 1 am. Our server, no to sure of her name, started off very sweet and nice and got our drinks and appetizers and that’s it. I asked another server for the receipt for our drinks and that is when our server got an attitude with us. She said that it was our fault for not getting her attention to order food. I don’t mean to be rude but it’s that a servers job to check on dine in customers and take the order. I didn’t expect her to wait on us hand and foot but she was able to refill our drinks multiple times hearing us talking about how hungry we were and couldn’t wait to order because we all hadn’t eaten all most the whole day.

The restaurant is dirty and has flies. We ate off of napkins cause plates were never provided. It is unfortunate because this location is in a nice area, there is an airforce base around the corner and is frequently visited by tourists that visit sea world. Please do better.

This was their last chance for us. First, we placed a to go order at 7pm for a pick-up at 8pm. Our food was not ready until 8:30. Then when we got home we realized we were 10 wings short. Finally, searching for our dessert after dinner it was no where to be found. This was us giving this location a third and final try to get our order right.

The girl mgr was accommodating to our expanding group size. The guy mgr was very rude and was telling us we needed to sit down at our table. (I ignored him) and he acted angry even though our group of 15 spent hundreds of dollars on food and drinks. This location has never had good service but our server was good this time. The big Hispanic mgr costs them a customer. I will avoid this location now.

The wife and I just wanted to have a simple date night like we do every Saturday night but apparently we picked the wrong restaurant. Upon entering the establishment we noticed it wasn’t busy but yet we still waited about 5 minutes to be sat down. Once seated we waited another 15 minutes at our table without a server or an employee acknowledging us. That’s when we decided to get up and leave the establishment. Who knows how long we would have waited to ever get our drinks let alone our food.

My husband and his cousin went to watch the Olympic basketball game today and were cut off by a manager in normal clothing who lied to the waitress serving them that they cancelled their order and asked for the check. The waitress apologized but damage was done. 1. Manager was in normal clothes. 2. Lied to the waitress. 3. Cut them off when they were not being loud and their was other people who had more drinks then them. Do not recommend. I used to love going here but I’m very disappointed. 😔

So I don't post really bad reviews often so, take that into account. 1) we were sat at a dirty table with lose fries and soda on the table. 2) sat with a kids menu with no crayons or writing utensils of any kind. 3) waited a long time for any kind of service and and 4 waitress passed us up and never even said hi. We weren't offered a menu or a drink or even really welcomed. 4) the parking made us drive through a dirt road which didn't even open back up to the restaurant. 5) no one even noticed when we left. Not one hostess or manager gave a hoot. (Pardon the pun). This was a horrible Father's day experience and we LOVE Hooters. Never going to this location again. ✌️

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered over the phone was told it would be ready at a certain time. I get there on time only to be told the flavor I ordered was unavailable. I then gave them a different flavor, and had to sit for another 40 minutes just to recieve cold food, with the wrong flavor. From the employees to the so called manager, it was a disaster. Save yourself a headache, and never order anything from this disgrace of a restaurant.

Had to wait an over an hour for my to go food. Was ignored by a server named Nayeli at the to-go register TWICE, then had to ask another server to find my order, who then told me that they just "missed" my order due to technical difficulties. For the money I spent on a to-go order, I'd happily go anywhere else. But the food is pretty good.

This location has had issues with wait time for years. Today I’m fed up and leaving a review. Please figure out how to serve customers in a timely manner. I understand being short staffed but that doesn’t seem to be the case here. There are clearly issues that need to be addressed. I’m tired of having to wait over an hour (party of 2) to be served every single time. Ordering online is an even worse issue, with an even longer wait time.

Ordered fish and chips not knowing "Hooties bait and tackle" is hooters seafood brand. Impossible to find on a map because its not on google maps. No wonder they try to hide this fact because the food was awful. No tartar sauce was provided so I guess I'm just expected to eat overly breaded fish completely dry. I ate one piece and couldnt eat any more. The fries were not only cold but also stale like they've been sitting out all day. $25 for a meal I couldn't even stomach. This is my first google review at age 30 because of how much of a waste this was both to me, my wallet, and the food I had to throw away.

The worst hooters experience I’ve ever had. Food was cold, service was lousy and they advertised 1/2 price appetizers that the waitress (Damaris)says you have to ask for. Will never return to this establishment again. I will stick to the Wurzbach location. The manager didn’t even apologize for the lousy service. There is nothing that could have been done except for the manager to admit the fault. I was made to feel that we did something wrong in making sure we ordered during the correct time instead of getting an apology. No apology no comp(not that I wanted one) I’m perfectly fine with paying for my dinner but I felt we were having to defend ourselves. Horrible service from the server as well as the manager.

Most disgusting place I've been too! Don't ever go there! I should have known from just opening the door the floor was so dirty. Salad was gross. Tomatoes were rotten. Maggots in the margarita! Ice was dirty! I'm not sure how this place is even open!

I ordered over $100 worth of food to be delivered to my house, which is 10mins away. The sorriest, droopiest onion rings I've ever seen. They were cold and the quantity really sucked, 5 rings for $8.00, seriously. The fact that they did not seal the bag being delivered by Uber, really disgusted me. I will never order food from here again.

Food was not all that great for a to go order. Not worth the $30 I sent. The grilled boneless chicken wings are just cut up pieces of chicken, over all we were not satisfied. This place is awful. Joe is awful. Not a single genuine smile was found that night, mine nor the staff. The only pleasant experience i had there was from their beautiful hostess, bless her heart. Wish i knew her name, she would have been a great waitress instead. Don't support this particular location, the managers here did not help me out or answer any of my questions regarding the food and allergies. (Very strict with cross contamination.) Jaddah was nice and patient with me. The celery sticks were somewhat wilted, but oh well. Got what I paid for.

Poor front customer service. Long wait time to be seated or to even right our name down or to even be acknowledged by staff. The people in front of us left from them taking to long. Mind you the restaurant was not busy at all. Plenty of empty tables. No hostess was present yet girls were going to leave to go orders and yet still don’t acknowledge you. Not even a “we’ll be right with you” etc. I assume it was the “manager” eventually came to the front and just pointed to a table to sit there. Our Server was great. Food was good.

For an 17.00 salad, they dumped a 2.00 bag of lettuce in a bowl and topped it with one small grilled chicken breast. The service was slow, it was so loud you couldnt hear the person right next to you.

When I arrived there was no one to seat me so I waited and waited and waited, I had to go ask to manager if I could sit somewhere so we finally got a seat but then it took about an hour to get 10 wings even though the place only had about 6 quest total. The waitress was ok but didn’t come around that often so no drink refills either. I definitely would not recommend this location it’s better options in the area that has great service and food

My waitress messed up on my drinks twice. On the first one, she gave me a Tequila Sunrise when I clearly asked for a Long Island Tea. On the second one, she gave me a supposed to be Long Island Tea, that had Red Bull. And she explained that the previous drink she was making caused the mishap. Oh, and I was charged for both mistakes. She was cordial, but I felt that at least, i should have been taken care of much better. Spurs beat the Clippers, so I guess it was ok. Masks required and Social Distancing practiced.

So um.. I'm honestly not sure how or why people eat here. Boneless wings were chewy, bone-in wings were not seasoned well and smelled like old oil. Beer watered down. Fries- might as well just brought me a raw potato, would have tasted the same. Won't be back. Only reason for my 1 star on food is because I want y'all to know the food is trash. Also hostess was sitting with her friend when we arrived and still sat there for a while once we were inside waiting. Very lovely. 🫤

This location sucks they took more than 30 min for my food just to give me the wrong order had to wait another 10 min for them so now I have cold fries and hot wings the server did not give a good service she was all over the place the place wasn’t even packed she literally had 3 tables, took long with even our drinks the ppl next to us got their food before we did its a party of two just like my table and to top it off she’s checking me out extra items on my receipt so make sure yall check your receipts…bummer no chipotle hunny due to new owners there’s a bunch of items missing If I could give it zero stars I would poor service food was okay burger buns were hard and meat was dry like if it was done with no effort

Went for a birthday party last night the waitress asked my order twice. When passing out plates she handed my order to another person some wings were eaten and ranch was dipped. She brought me plate w two missing wings and a ranch opened that had been dipped into. I asked for a new plate she proceeded to say I don’t know what I can do. Asked for a manager she said she could give me 20% off and enter an new order in. 30+ mins later I had to ask for my food again a while later it was brought over warm. Then they tried to charge me twice and give me a 20% discount I asked manager why I was being charged twice as I did not touch the initial eaten up plate by someone else. She removed the one meal and the discount. Basically replaced my plate I asked initially but with warm food after everyone was done eating. Horrible service and management was not helpful or once apologized!

I used to love Hooters… came here alllll the time for my buffalo shrimp and wings. Today, I’ve made a choice that the changes made—- is the reason we will NOT be returning. The menu was blacked out and like 70% of the food was removed from the menu. The food was buns. My shrimp were cold and pink. They, and wings were not really sauced. It’s like they drizzled the sauce with water. I asked for a side of hot to put over my buffalo shrimp and it was cold and chunky. My daughters’s wings were bloody and pink. The Hooters punch tasted like water. As of today…. I’ve divorced Hooters!

I remember when this place was popping. Not anymore. Waitress seemed like she didn't wanna be there. We orderd wings, salad, burgers and some appetizers. All the food was cold, plain, bland, and stale. Kitchen staff capabilities are garbage. Never going back there again.
