Super fast and friendly staff. Love the layout of their menu (perfect for a novice boba tea drinker). I like that they make it easy to understand how to order less sweet drinks. Will definitely return when we are on the area again.

This place is amazing! I've never met a bubble tea place that's as customizable as this place is! Most bubble tea restaurants don't allow you to add less or more sugar, this place does! You also have the option of having your bubble tea hot or cold! So far my favorite is the ginger bubble tea hot with half the amount of sugar. It's delicious! If you have the chance go try this place! In my opinion you will not be disappointed!

Friendly staff, friendly owners/managers and good tea. Go in, pick your drink, pick your boba or jellies, choose your size and don’t forget to choose the level of sweetness you want! I prefer 50%. The first time I went, it slipped my mind and I had no sweetness in my milk tea. The last time I forgot to ask but they kindly opened the top and added the 50% sweetness I requested. It’s worth tipping these folks. It’s a franchise so there aren’t any specialty items like “Lychee Bears,” like Mom-n-Pop places provide, but there aren’t many Boba Tea places in town so I fully understand. If you have suggestions, Kung Fu corporate does take requests, though! Download their app for free Boba Teas on a point system.

Stopped by this place after school to try it out. There wasn’t a line so I got served right away, my order was ready in minutes. The boba is fresh and chewy and the sesame matcha milk tea I ordered was very good.

Love this place! The staff are friendly, quick, and they always get your order right. The seating is fun and the atmosphere allows for all types of activities, from playing games to studying. Open later than most boba places too. College students: try it out!

The Kingfu Tea has friendly manager and staff! Their tea are so good too. We had a event that we ordered the Kungfu bubble tea as drinks. The event started earlier , so I had to ask them a favor to deliver the tea an hour earlier at the last minute. They responded quickly and got here very quickly. What’s even better, the manager tried his best to maintain the softness of the bubble by doing an additional step (they did not have to do it since I did not request). I highly recommend them, no matter you are just stopping by for a tea or ordering a large quantity for events.

Pretty Good bobba, they have a very nice variety! I got the Red Bean Wow which was tasty and fun. It tasted like chocolate with red beans, I would most definitely come back for. My Companions enjoyed their drinks as well! We appreciate that they offer lactose free milk so we can all enjoy our drinks without worrying about our tummies.

Among the Kung Fu Tea branches this place is the better one. From the staff to service to the product. I'll focus more on the product, compared to other branches their milk tea here is not only sugar and milk you can taste the real deal of tea. While for the add ons, I do advised that offer half cup of milk instead of full cup for a medium size drink. This way you could balance the taste and not overpower by milk. This is our to go to Kung Fu Tea place. You may check more to go to places in SA on @roadtwoadventure.

Boba shakes are fenomenal! Unfortunately, the service is not. It was my family’s first time at this establishment. We were standing for 10 minutes until somebody finally came up to us and said we have to put the order ourselves. We were enjoying our time at this establishment and right at 9 PM. We were asked to leave because I they were closing. Mind you all the chairs and tables were still outside, and they were still cleaning all their equipment. I have never been at a business where they ask me to leave because they are closing. They usually wait for us to finish what we purchased then they clean and we we go on our way. This was a very different experience, and one I would hate to repeat with my family.

We came for the milk tea and left with disappointment. The boba was hard and uncooked in the center. I ordered the rose hip (extra sweet), it tasted “fake”. The S.O. got the lychee punch and it tasted like syrup with lychee particles in it. I’m hoping it was a 1 off experience, but we won’t try again anytime soon to confirm. P.S. service was slow and unfamiliar with beverages. The space was in the middle of construction/renovation and no one bothered to wipe the tables down (sticky).
