Best service ever!!! I asked for extra extra extra not burned wings and I'm telling you this guy went beyond and above to give me my wings just the way I like them. He really did the customer service job in the best and absolute of service from the moment I walked in the restraunt to taking my order even showing me if the wings that I wanted were cooked right. I usually get told ma'am we are too busy but I left a happy camper it's not to hard to give a customer just extra cooked food.Thank you so much Edell!!!!

I ordered pizza through the little Caesars app but the pizza is 20 dollars at least for one thin crust pizza, if you have the pizza delivered to you. so you have to pay at least double the cost of the pizza just to have it delivered. When you order pizza from little Caesars you pay for the pizza and a service fee but if you order delivery you not only have to pay for the pizza and a service fee, you also have to pay a delivery fee and a delivery driver's tip. Those extra fees double the cost of a thin crust pizza. And in the little Caesars app, a thin crust pizza costs $9.99 and that is in American dollars but that $9.99 pizza actually costs 20+ American dollars. Also the thin crust pizza is little ceasar's cheapest pizza. So the prices in the little Caesars app are very deceptive. So I would recommend that if you want to save money, you rarely buy pizza from little ceasars. and if you ever buy from little ceasars, only buy a pizza if you really, really, want to but only if you have the ability to drive to little ceasars to pick up little Caesars pizza. It is way, way, cheaper to pick up your little Caesars pizza from little Caesars than to have your little Caesars pizza delivered to you. A little Caesars thin crust pizza is ten to 14 dollars when you choose to pick it up instead of having it delivered to you.

The drive thru is the worst and even at times when going in you can’t even be greeted. Today I got my pizza (this has happened before) and these slices are so uneven! This is just careless and inconvenient.

Food is what it is at every other little Caesars. I came during busy hours, so I expected a bit of a wait. But not even so much as an estimate on how long it was going to be, and when several orders as large as mine went out the door me with me still waiting, I am not satisfied with the service at all. It's cheap pizza, so my only real expectation was some level of communication if it was going to take forever. Over 40 minutes and I'm still waiting...

If I could give them zero I would. I went and waited more than 15 minutes and no one attended to me. I called someone to help me and only one person looked at me, turned around and left. What great service and desire to serve their customers. I do not recommend coming here if you do not want to be served by none other than Gaspar. 👎

I just walked in to this once favourit pizza place. 🤔 think neighborhood gone bad.Two young ladies, employees working in back, NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME. THEY LOOKED STRAIGHT AT ME. I decided that it was time to go. Perhaps if they had work blouse or shirts, they might feel good about their overall ability to HAVE a job. The comment from someone loving service,must be an employee, or possibly owner.

The worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. What a shameful excuse for a staff. I usually go to the Stone Oak location near my house, but that day they were out of stuffed crust pizza, so I drove 18 minutes to this one. I arrived at 10:32 PM and placed my order with the guy at the counter—who, by the way, already had his backpack on and his uniform unbuttoned, clearly ready to leave, even though the store closes at 11. A girl in front of me was waiting for her pizza while the guy stood there laughing and chatting with his coworker, holding the pizza in his hand. After several minutes of joking around, he finally gave it to her. She looked annoyed and just left. Then it was my turn. I politely asked for the pizza I had driven all the way for, and he told me they don’t do “special requests” that late, that only Hot-N-Ready pizzas were available. The pizza I asked for is literally on the menu—there was nothing “special” about it. I told him there were still 30 minutes until closing and I didn’t mind waiting. He just stared at me and repeated, “We don’t do special requests,” then shrugged like he couldn’t care less. Terrible service. I drove another 15 minutes to a different location where they kindly helped me, and the manager there told me that was completely unacceptable and that they absolutely should’ve made the pizza. It’s sad that stores like this are stuck with employees who don’t care and give such poor service. Thirty minutes before closing, everything was already shut down, and they were just waiting for no one else to show up. If they don’t like the schedule, maybe they shouldn’t be in this job at all.

The drive through situation is awkward. The microphone and screen are cornered so when you turn in you’re still too far. The wings are trash. I ordered the buffalo flavor it had a strong taste of black pepper, sauce was too watery and the wings were smaller than average. On top of that the chicken was old. Only positive thing is they were ready right away.

I mistakingly went thru the drive thru and ordered extra most bestest pepperoni and a side of crazy bread. Well instead of the normal fluffy crazy bread I got what looked like something that someone sat on because it was flat crazy bread 🤦‍♀️ not very good. Will not be going back here.

This place is always hit or miss . You walk in and no one ever greets you .Placed an order , 25 minutes past when it should be ready and am still waiting . Whoever is in the back are goofing off and cursing at each other while people are waiting on food . Clearly no one is in charge and it shows in service and timelines of orders getting out .

Overall just go to another LC location. This location never cuts the pizza through (I cut it at home EVERY TIME), I have to call the store if I’m in drive thru to let them know I’m in line. Today I was behind a car in the drive thru that never got service and left and came back behind me after I got an answer after calling the store twice. Just go somewhere else. This place is slacking badly.

I should've listened to the reviews 😭 I came to the drive thru and waited a while before finally someone picked up. They took my order and then said something, like they were yelling at someone on the other side. And then he never came back. I tried responding back, but nothing so I just left.

The owner of this Little Caesars should be embarrassed by how this place is run, and shut it down or fire the employees. the employees have zero regard for how they treat their customers. The manager who gave me his name as Ramon Rivera but then gave my wife a different name Luis, was extremely unprofessional along with the rest of the staff. After waiting for 45 min in store for a pizza that was ordered I questioned when it would be finished, a woman hiding behind the door off to the side asked what i was complaining about, I spoke louder "I said i was wondering where my pizza was since I have been waiting for almost an hour" then the manager got upset with ME for being upset about it taking forever, he then told me to leave. I asked for his name and said its ridiculous that someone who placed their order online to have to wait an additional 40 min. I left then my wife called them to ask about her refund, and the employees hung up on her and she had to call back over and over to get someone to tell her who the manager was. The owner should just shut down this location or hire other workers because according to the rest of the reviews its not just us. For shame, just awful.

I made an order through the app and pickup in the drive thru, my order was supposed to be ready by 8:35pm. I pull up and the drive through is obviously not working. Not a problem. So I walk inside and let them know that I had an order ready for pickup. The guy at the counter tells me 5 more minutes. Okay I’ll wait. I finally get my order a little after 9pm. Why is an order that’s supposed to be already ready, taking another 25 minutes? After all that waiting, the food wasn’t even hot, closer to warm.

Whenever you go to little Cesar’s and order a hot & ready you expect it to be ready and to be in and out under 5 minutes… not here lol every time I come here it’s always a 15-20 minute wait for one hot & ready. The females that work there are always snobby, disrespectful and rude and if you go in the drive through they will tell you it’s a 10 minute wait for 1 hot & ready 100% of the time. I got tired of waiting so I tried to call a few times to order a hot and ready and they never answer the phone. I absolutely hate this little Cesar’s and will not be returning.

Worst customer service ever some little Edgar was cashier and some mgr on a power trip working that night. I sat in the drive thru for more than 10 min after seeing them take a drive thru order right before me. I got tired of waiting went inside which was open and had customers and asked if drive thru was closed and they said yes and I replied well I'd had appreciated if you told me that instead of keeping me parked there for 10min Edgar cashier told me "well if we don't answer you it's obviously closed" mind you this is literally at 9:30 pm. So I did raise my voice a bit and said why would t you lmk to come in how was I supposed to know n Edgar just said you should've known. Than the "mgr" came out and yelling, THE DRIVE THRU IS CLOSED!! n I said well you could've told me so I could come in n she said why did you wait mind you the lobby had about 3 customers. They had no sign no nothing saying drive thru was closed literally just seemed as they didn't want to take the orders. Went to the one down the street to 4431Blanco got serviced in less than 2 min. Crazy.

very rude and unprofessional workers. i ordered doordash off this location, been calling them 5 times in a row no answer. i am allergic to mushrooms so i wanted them to remove it before they made it but no answer. the doordasher told them for me and they were rude as he said. so the next day i went in to get bites to see if they really was rude about remaking my pizza from doordash.. yup veryyy rude and have attitudes lol. this is the worse little cesar’s location ever. not sure why they act this way, just find a new job?? who’s fault is it? nobodies. if you read this please go to a different pizza restaurant. HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES.

On August 14th at exactly 9:59 I purchased wings and a 5 meat feast pizza about halfway through my first slice I found a cooked roach on top of a pepperoni, words cannot explain how disgusting this is. You need to close this kitchen! “Sit tight we are making you something delicious”

I had called in an order for 2 hot and ready but wanted them lightly cooked, and it even says it on the box that it was labeled as lightly cook, does this look like lightly cooked?-_- no it was a waste of $18 I had spend on pizza that wasn’t to mine and my daughters liking.

Went to this little caesars and was surprised that no one was in the store or drive thru. Got my pizza and went home. The pizza was cold and seem to have been sitting there for a long time. Worse pizza and service I have every had. Don't waste your time or money here. Now I understand why it was empty

The pizza looks like it was run over by a car and looks like it was Frankensteined together from leftovers. The crust is doughy and not even covering the cheese that is supposed to be stuffed in it. They barely went over the pizza with the cutter as when you tried to separate a piece the entire thing is still attached. Overall horrible waste of money, threw away after inspecting it. These people need to be trained all over and the manager definitely needs to be reprimanded for this low quality. Is it hard to take pride in your work? Guess so if you’re so incompetent to not know how to cut a pizza.

Service and quality has been down for the past few years. More often than not, long wait times (even ordering ahead using the mobile app). Biggest gripe is the fact the my pizzas are usually wrong, undercooked, or not even cut properly or straight. 2/11/26 Update Service is soooo bad. No one is up front. No one greeting customers as they come in. A couple of guys in the back, talking away, using profanities within earshot of customers in front, including the n-word, multiple times. (The workers were Hispanic. Smdh) 2/22/26 Coming back to look at newer reviews...and, I wonder why the owner or management hardly ever responds to any of the negative reviews to address any issues or see how they can improve. It's a shame.

They never put the garlic parmesan seasoning on the cheese bread (the best part), and twice have given me a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza without the pepperoni in the crust. Both items were uncooked and soft.

A Shockingly Unprofessional Experience I placed an online order with Little Caesars at 4:00 PM for a 5:00 PM pickup through the drive‑thru. Simple enough, right? Unfortunately, what followed was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. When my husband arrived at 5:05 PM, he was told to pull into a parking spot outside the drive‑thru. After waiting 10 minutes with no communication, he honked to get someone’s attention. Instead of assistance, he was accosted by the manager, who immediately insisted that he had never placed an order. He showed her the 4:03 PM confirmation screen—complete with Order #141—and she still shouted at him to leave. Meanwhile, we had already received a charge notification on our phone. So yes, the order existed, and yes, we were charged. To make matters worse, the manager made zero effort to troubleshoot the issue. No checking the system, no asking questions, no attempt to understand what went wrong. She simply blamed my husband for “not having an order” and dismissed him. When I called the store after he came home empty‑handed, the manager immediately launched into, “Your husband was so rude…” instead of addressing the actual problem. Again—no problem‑solving, no professionalism, no willingness to look into the order. Just deflection and hostility. We received multiple automated emails from Little Caesars confirming that the order did, in fact, exist (and screen shots to prove it): 4:03 PM – Order confirmation 5:07 PM – Email stating the order was ready for pickup 5:20 PM – Email stating the pizza was waiting 5:49 PM – Email stating the order was cancelled It seems clear there was a system or protocol error, possibly the order being purged or mishandled, but instead of investigating, the manager chose to blame the customer and escalate the situation. This was not just a mistake; it was a complete failure of customer service, communication, and basic professionalism. This manager should be fired. After this experience, we will never return to Little Caesars. ANY Little Caesars because if this is acceptable to one location, it is acceptable at any location. FYI when I called to dispute the charge but could not because it was pending, the credit card representative said "this is why you order Dominos!"

The worst thing you can do is place an order here. I ordered online at 6:28 pm. I received an email at 6:55 pm saying the order was ready, but they kept me waiting and finally gave it to me at 7:20 pm. The person at the counter got angry because I asked for napkins. The pizza was poorly cut and fell apart.

Worst little ceasers ever. Should have all staff fired manger included. Never answers the phone wait is 30 min and staff is disrespectful and unprofessional.

All of the negative reviews are correct. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza for my 30 minute lunch break. They told me 15 minute wait. I got there right at 15 minutes. Ended up waiting 10 more minutes. Finally just left out of frustration. This location is terrible. Thank for ruining my lunch break.

The crew is nice but they gotta get their stuff together they have 10 + people waiting for their food and taking orders and some people have been there for 2 hours waiting on their pizza, it’s really sad

A Shockingly Unprofessional Experience I placed an online order with Little Caesars at 4:00 PM for a 5:00 PM pickup through the drive‑thru. Simple enough, right? Unfortunately, what followed was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. When my husband arrived at 5:05 PM, he was told to pull into a parking spot outside the drive‑thru. After waiting 10 minutes with no communication, he honked to get someone’s attention. Instead of assistance, he was accosted by the manager, who immediately insisted that he had never placed an order. He showed her the 4:03 PM confirmation screen—complete with Order #141—and she still shouted at him to leave. Meanwhile, we had already received a charge notification on our phone. So yes, the order existed, and yes, we were charged. To make matters worse, the manager made zero effort to troubleshoot the issue. No checking the system, no asking questions, no attempt to understand what went wrong. She simply blamed my husband for “not having an order” and dismissed him. When I called the store after he came home empty‑handed, the manager immediately launched into, “Your husband was so rude…” instead of addressing the actual problem. Again—no problem‑solving, no professionalism, no willingness to look into the order. Just deflection and hostility. We received multiple automated emails from Little Caesars confirming that the order did, in fact, exist (and screen shots to prove it): 4:03 PM – Order confirmation 5:07 PM – Email stating the order was ready for pickup 5:20 PM – Email stating the pizza was waiting 5:49 PM – Email stating the order was cancelled It seems clear there was a system or protocol error, possibly the order being purged or mishandled, but instead of investigating, the manager chose to blame the customer and escalate the situation. This was not just a mistake; it was a complete failure of customer service, communication, and basic professionalism. This manager should be fired. After this experience, we will never return to Little Caesars. ANY Little Caesars because if this is acceptable to one location, it is acceptable at any location. FYI when I called to dispute the charge but could not because it was pending, the credit card representative said "this is why you order Dominos!"

The drive through situation is awkward. The microphone and screen are cornered so when you turn in you’re still too far. The wings are trash. I ordered the buffalo flavor it had a strong taste of black pepper, sauce was too watery and the wings were smaller than average. On top of that the chicken was old. Only positive thing is they were ready right away.

Overall just go to another LC location. This location never cuts the pizza through (I cut it at home EVERY TIME), I have to call the store if I’m in drive thru to let them know I’m in line. Today I was behind a car in the drive thru that never got service and left and came back behind me after I got an answer after calling the store twice. Just go somewhere else. This place is slacking badly.

The worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. What a shameful excuse for a staff. I usually go to the Stone Oak location near my house, but that day they were out of stuffed crust pizza, so I drove 18 minutes to this one. I arrived at 10:32 PM and placed my order with the guy at the counter—who, by the way, already had his backpack on and his uniform unbuttoned, clearly ready to leave, even though the store closes at 11. A girl in front of me was waiting for her pizza while the guy stood there laughing and chatting with his coworker, holding the pizza in his hand. After several minutes of joking around, he finally gave it to her. She looked annoyed and just left. Then it was my turn. I politely asked for the pizza I had driven all the way for, and he told me they don’t do “special requests” that late, that only Hot-N-Ready pizzas were available. The pizza I asked for is literally on the menu—there was nothing “special” about it. I told him there were still 30 minutes until closing and I didn’t mind waiting. He just stared at me and repeated, “We don’t do special requests,” then shrugged like he couldn’t care less. Terrible service. I drove another 15 minutes to a different location where they kindly helped me, and the manager there told me that was completely unacceptable and that they absolutely should’ve made the pizza. It’s sad that stores like this are stuck with employees who don’t care and give such poor service. Thirty minutes before closing, everything was already shut down, and they were just waiting for no one else to show up. If they don’t like the schedule, maybe they shouldn’t be in this job at all.
