It was clean, and they had what I wanted. I frequent this place for lunch, because it's a great alternative to the cafeteria. I got my sub and my cookies exactly as I wanted them with no mistakes, and no issues.
Yesterday, even though they were super, super busy, the cashier was super nice and made my experience more easier than any other subway. Super slay!

It is always a joy to get my lunch from Subway at Medical City Dallas! All of the employees have great attitudes and work very quickly intelligently. They understand that lots of us are on a time crunch and have to get back to work. The food is excellent, and the service is even better! Thank you for taking such great care of me!
I visit this location at least 3 times a week, and every single time, Saul and Sophia go above and beyond. They’re a dynamic duo—always friendly, fast, and consistent. The sandwiches are fresh, the space is clean, and the service is top notch. It’s rare to find employees who take such pride in their work and make you feel genuinely welcome. Shoutout to Saul and Sophia for making my lunch breaks something I look forward to!

A young lady tried to make a slick comment while another lady was taking my order saying that I’m pretending not to speak Spanish. The lady that was taking my order was speaking to me in English, so I spoke English back to her. When I heard the comment from the young lady, I responded in Spanish, saying, I do speak Spanish. My sister intervened with that young lady saying that the comment she made was unnecessary and rude and the young lady replied “YOU NEED TO SPEAK SPANISH THEN”. Terrible customer service from that young lady. If she keeps making slick comments, she will get in serious trouble if she messes with the wrong person.
Very rude over phone. Tried to cancel order since I'm at a different location and was then was dared to complain.. stay away from this location
These ladies that work here are very rude to the patients and to the family of the patients. I don't feel they should be a part of medical city of dallas which is such a good hospital.
This Subway does not Honor Coupons. They need to put up a sign saying they do not take coupons. The floors were very filthy too. Looks like they dont sweep or mop.

Closed the door in my face, it was 840. Told me she closed when she wants too and had her girlfriend inside. Completely disrespectful
His owner is rudely behaving to customers, If he is there not buy anything, he don’t know how to behave. Subway never charge extra for vegetables if we put more as I ordered only veg not any meat or anything. And he say doesn’t matter subway not charge but he will. Subway franchise if you see this please take action as it’s your responsibility to take action
This store in Medical City is a joke. I did a mobile order. Went down as soon as the app shows my order is ready. Initially they said they didn’t have my order and that maybe I didn’t order from them. Then, went ahead and told me that I already send someone to pick up my order. And that I have to look for someone named Eva in the hospital that picked up my order. How?! This facility have 2,500 employees and 5 different buildings. Aside from the fact that I didn’t send anyone for my food and I didn’t know any Eva. They even went and talk to other customer in Spanish that they are making my order the 2nd time after I send someone to pick up my food. I might not speak Spanish but I can understand some.
I see why this location has 3 stars. After attempting to patronize them today, 0 stars should be an option. There were 5 people, including my mom and myself, waiting in line to order. All of the personnel was busy fulfilling what appeared to be 2 long lists of orders. Instead of putting that aside to help those of us waiting, they just ignored us like we were not there. One walked out, one came to see why there was a line and he too walked away, but before my mom and I left we expressed our displeasure with their service, rudeness, and overall attitude. At least one individual should have been designated to helping the in store patrons. Ridiculous!
I was just here 1/29 0300 I paid for my meal through the app, showed the receipt to the employee and she refused to give me my food claiming she never got a receipt on her end. I even showed her my bank account showing the charge…. She still didn’t even try to help me. Terrible customer experience. Will never go again.
