Usually fast like any other fast food place when there is line you get a little delay but overall great. All employees look clean come here often. Never had any issue.

My app to get my purchase was not working. It took awhile for the crew to help me. I had to get out of the car and get help inside the store. The agent told me after taking awhile that she will just the other sandwich free and just do it manually. She said " before your food gets cold" and Thanked me for my patience. I love Wendy's Pretzel Pub sandwiches 🥪😋

The $5 or $6 meal deal is fresh and hot here . I always go with the double stack with chicken nuggets and fries plus soft drink . Everything is made fresh and worth the wait . Budget eating at its best 👌

My daughter told me it was closing, I couldn't believe it. So after I dropped off my relative. I passed by and there for sure it was "Wendy's" so nicely remodeled. Wendy's always ready with nice hot hamburgers, shakes, great salads, & Nuggets..made my Sunday

My daughter likes the chicken nuggets with chocolate frosty, she dips her nuggets in da frosty... I like the double Dave burger & i like the chili... Nice staff. Easy drive thru. Parking is good. Location is easy off / on freeway access.

haven't been to wendy's in ages, but it's a popular spot with some of my coworkers. I love their $4 for 4, so I get a nice variety of everything within one meal. I definitely would drop by more often if it was within walking distance.

Dude. By far one of the best locations I've been to. I'm still trying to figure out why only some locations offer foil wrapping for their burgers while some still offer paper. The foil wrapped burgers are the best locations and this is one.

They put the fast in fast service. They got my order in one minute . It is a good place to eat, and I wonder highly recommended it.

Wendy's feels like it is such higher quality than most fat food except in n out and chicken fil a. 4 dollars for crunchy tender nuggets, a bacon cheese burger slider, fries and a drink. 4 dollars can't even get you a gallon of milk today. Loving this.

A try to stay away from fast food restaurants but this visit was shocking to me service was very nice and polite, place was super clean Wendy's hamburger can ask for better I have a really great hamburger of course no cheese nice lead as great sauce and a excellent temperature so unreal in other restaurant Specially in used to be my favorite Burger King where I could get a hamburger sizzling from a flame, I am very pleased and I'm coming back to this place

Honestly my personal experience is what I make of it it's not all that here unfortunately they don't have much experience with guest but if you make your self clear to the people working here then your food will come out great just request that your fries come out fresh it's what we pay for right?I've come here plenty of times to know to ask for fries fresh.

The one time I visited their drive thru the service was fast and professional, and the food was fresh and delicious! I've had mostly bad experiences at other Wendy's before so this was a very pleasant surprise!

Wendy's is always the best of fast food restaurants. The only reason I visit other's, like MacDonald's or Jack in the Box, is because there are fewer Wendy's around. So I have to either starve or eat at my second or third favorite places.

I went to this Wendy's tonight. I was having a hard time with my thoughts and emotions and was really in a bad place. Even though I messed up the order because of my poor communication. The man who was working the drive thru didn't get upset, he was very nice, kind and generous. I really couldn't take one more person yelling at me or making me feel completely small. Even though it was something extremely small. This guy changed my night and now I am eating and going to get help for my mental health issue. Sometimes little things like being nice or having someone not get mad at another person for a small mistake goes along way because we may not know what that person is going through. I called the Wendy phone and left them a message about this worker. On the receipt it states Corina. But, it was a male black hair with glass. Kind man. I ordered at 9:30 pm on Feb 7,2023. If you ever see this review. Amount was 10.10 but than 6.04 Thank you. God put me in your direction for a reason!

Perfect fries! Good staff too. If I may add for the cashier, to please ask customers if they will be using the app because I'm one of those people that forgets to use my apps!

Always fresh! Hardly disappointed... always check your bag even though they are extremely fast and usually accurate with getting the orders right there are mistakes and when they forgot an item it has never been an issue. They get it to you pretty quick. Oh also don’t be discouraged if you see a long line, then move it thru quickly

Probably the most efficiently operating food delivery system I've ever experienced at a Wendy's EVER. The food has been consistently fresh and hot. Sodas are crisp and fresh. Normally most Wendy's are super slow and thats why Ive always hesitated to take the drive thru. Not this one. It's a hidden gem.

The crew is awesome, the manager is great. They listen when customers want slightly change menu items. We are regulars to this particular restaurant. Set up with their rewards app. Its awesome we got 2 whole meals plus 2 desserts. Don't forget the key change.

My food was fresh, the tomato slice on the burger was thick and flavorful, the red onion slices were yummy. The new bacon/cheese baked potato was hot and tasty. The restaurant was clean. The service was friendly and efficient. Five stars.

Great food, and fast service! There was a homeless person who came in and tried hitting a customer, but the customer ducked in time. The person then flung some empty trays on the floor, and left. The manager came out and asked if we were ok and apologized. I told him that he didn't need to apologize.

This Wendy’s is run by Pro’s. They are always organized , professional and friendly. You can tell the staff has taken ownership in the work they doing. That is not something often seen these days. Whenever I go to different fast food restaurant I realize how good this Wendy’s is.

I'm so grateful they are so close. I love the food too bad the prices went up with inflation but it is still worth it. I love the apple pecan salad

Im not big on rating fast food restaurants, so this review is for dining in. Every time I go the employees are real friendly and very fast. My food is always hot and my fries are always crispy. Not much else more you could want. They always have the straws, napkins, ketchup, etc full. The tables were all pretty clean. Overall this place is run pretty well.

Wendy's is definitely the best fast food hamburger there is, better than In-N-Out, burger king, mcdonald's, and Carl's Jr. The meat is fresh, the bond is fresh, the condiments are the best quality. You can customize your hamburger, even change the cheese from American to asiago which is the biggest Plus. I'm not bad mouthing the competitors I'm just merely saying that Wendy's is better

Wendy's has seriously upped their low-carb game! It used to me you got the burger in a sort of fail-salad that was a greasy mess to try to eat. Now they offer their burgers properly lettuce-wrapped, which vastly improves the eating experience! It's still a greasy mess but now it's okay because you're eating a burger with your hands so it's kind of expected. Fries are also better than they were last time I was there. Specific to this location: Service was friendly, dining room was clean, nothing really to complain about.

No inside dinning and no outside sitting...unless you handle your own finding where sit. Drive thru very effective, fast and real ladies working the window. All the ladies are kind, fast and very nice, very very nice, especially one in particular...que linda..doordash

I usually visit for the drive-through only, but there is a good sized parking lot if you want to park and eat in. I think Wendy's food is a notch above McD's, except for the fries.

Cheeseburger arrived to order (no ketchup and mayonnaise), and baconator combo. Very good environment and we watched televised Warriors highlights. Service is very good at this location.

I love Wendy's. Always have . I particularly like the one in Belmont CA. The San Bruno one is not bad , however I don't feel they put as much love and or effort into their food .

Hot when served, tasted good, gave regular nuggets instead of spicy. Also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and added a baked potato with bacon & cheese.

Pretty quick service, order was correct. My dining mate said the chricken strawberry salad was very good. I had basic chili, potato and frosty. Can't go wrong. frosty's getting expensive for what they are.....but love wendy's

Good speed of service even when fairly busy at 4 pm. This location also had all the usual promotions like the $5 meals or $3 breakfast specials. Women's bathroom was very dirty though.

I didn’t like to eat inside because it’s kind of all and looks not too clean but if you order to go it’s fine. Food is delicious and the Coca Cola is wonderful. The service depends of whom is taking your order. I have 2 good experiences but the other one was not so good, the lady who was placing my order was rude. What I liked is that the restaurant is open until 11 and starts the service at 6:30 am

Wendy's is a fast food restaurant offering Cheeseburgers, French Fries, and Drinks. Everyone has their own tastes and preferences and mine is Wendy's over McDonald's. They offer a pretty big menu Chili, Salads, Frosty and combo meals. Way too many factors to consider but to keep it simple my food was warm, tasty, and affordable.

This Wendy's is better than other locations. They have beef as other stores are pushing chicken. I would try it if I were you. Only drive thru now and wear a mask. The prices are good a the food is delicious.

It's a Wendy's. Standard menu. Decent staff. Kept clean to a bit above company standard. Enough seating, and ik parking lot. Down side is the entrance and exit is only from El Camino, so it can be a little frustrating to get in or out. Decent lunch stop though - if you like Wendy's.

My sour & chives potato was great! but the customer service is cold& robotic...they think they're efficient NOT SO! If the personnel tries to smile, the botox will crack! 🤕

The Dave sandwiches were good but the service was slow. Took a while to place an order n also getting our food. There were not many patrons. We do love their chili which I would rate it as 4.5 stars.

This used to be one of my favorite fast food places. Always consistently good food. Until I saw the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger go up to $5 that kind of blew my mind. I know times are changing and things are getting expensive but that’s crazy.

2025 update: still one of the few fast food restaurants with healthy options like salad. Only issue I have with the remodeled modernized dining area is that the floors were sticky and dirty. You could see shoe prints all over and the place and it doesn’t smell nice anymore. Dining area just feels like a cold sterile empty space. Salads and lemonades are the best. Southwest avocado my favorite, but no more peach! Also, what used to be their half size container is now charged full price. Wifi login page at this location didn’t work for my laptop.

This place is so disorganized. Tried to use a coupon for a chicken sandwich meal (2 for $10). The guy tried to give me a burger meal for $19. I corrected him and it took 5 minutes to correct. Never going back there.

Fries were inconsistently cooked and underdone in some parts and overdone in others. Chicken in the asiago chicken club was tougher than usual to chew as well. The bacon seemed stale as well. Drink tasted awful after a while.

The queso fries are good, but we were there on National Cheeseburger day. And we were not even offered a free cheese burger. Happened when Wendy's had a BOGO, we went there got two things and were charged for both.

Love their chili and sugar free beverages. They need to work on providing fresh fries, not soggy. AND telling me I had to order above $10.00 in order to use my credit card ?

Can't say too much about the burgers but the salad is another issue. On September 12, 2019 I had their Southwest Avocado Salad and it made me throw up and get a rash on my arm. The rash extended from the left side of my chest to just above my elbow. I called to warn them about what happened and was offered a voucher for another salad. Wow!! So I explained again this time in Spanish. I was asked if I wanted my money back. So not the point!! I asked if they could check their salads for something abnormal because it would not be a good thing for someone else to experience what I had gone through. Being that they didn't sound too convincing, I am writing this review to warn others so you don't have the same experience. :(

Drive thru employees never ask u what you need.or even put in napkins without u having to ask them. They don't give u salt pepper.or ketchup just your meal and rush you or give u a look like your taking to long to drive off!

Had to repeat my drive thru order 3 times. Asked for lots of ketchup with kids meal and got none, and asked for Apples, got fries. Asked for BBQ sauce, got 'Ghost Pepper".

I rarely eat fast food but when i do i have 2 main requirements: prepare my food the way I requested and that my food be hot. The french fries were great. The cheeseburger was not. The actual burger was barely lukewarm and the un was actually cold....COLD. Enough said.

Because she was not listening I paid for food I did not order all she said was sorry I didn't hear. Refused to correct order and charge me for what I actually ordered.

The lady named Grisel working there yelled at me because I asked here where the other part of my order was. She should treat the customers with respect.wendys should hire people who will treat their customers with respect.

The fries requested fresh that I received makes their t.v commercials big a** lies. Limp, tepid fries. Younger cashier has big attitude, politely reminded her that any change over $50.00 needs to be counted back to avoid descrepancies to which she rolled her eyes and walked away. Thank goodness thing slappings aren't allowed as tips.😝 Anyway had to even ask for my receipt from. While I waited I noticed that men are referenced as sir while ladies are not referenced at all. WENDY WOULD BE SO DISAPPOINTED BUT BEING THEY ARE PROBABLY A FRANCHISE SHE WILL NEVER KNOW THIS.

did a substitution in an order and the computer did it just fine without any up-charges (as could be seen on the screen), but then cashier decides to add "$1 local charge" without telling me. Who knows what they add to people's bills they don't know about...

Wendy’s went from good burgers and fries in the 80s to plastic food with questionable freshness & quality. Braz burgers is next door and their gourmet burgers are levels above

Horrible 3 cars ahead of me and took 20 minutes. Got to the speaker to order and asked if anyone was working 4 times. Then I was rudely told they were busy? As I came closer he came through the window and yelled at me! Then when I got to the window he continued arguing then would not give me my food. Then challenged me to a fight. Came out the side door and when I got out the car he ran back inside and threatened to call police. I left.....

They make you wait an hour and then say you’re order was picked up my another person.

I order protein style burger, but got it with a bun.. I have a gluten allergy which they probably wouldn't know unless they have allergies themselves. I also order large chili with onions and cheese on the side, but they decided to put it in with my chili. I also got a small peppermint frosty. One of the staff that gave me my order was confused with his co-worker saying that I didn't get charged for my frosty. But I showed them my receipt which I never got back cause he threw it away. I had a feeling they messed up somewhere but didn't follow my gut feeling. I'm disappointed today, usually they are on point. 12/10/22

Luz the cashier host#1009 she interrupted me several,was impatient not allowing me to complete my order or ask any questions regarding menu options. Parking spaces okay.
