I personally will take a Peet’s latte or coffee any day over Starbucks. The freshness of their beans is clear when you drink their coffee black and they always have a nice range of roasts. The service is wonderful and the space is clean and rarely crowded. Now that indoor dining is restricted, they leave their doors open and have set up tables so that orders and item purchases can happen from outside. Hand sanitizer is next to the cashier and you can pay with the app if your prefer a touch-free transaction. If you don’t have the app, I highly recommend getting it for the rewards; it always has a number of bonus or cost-saving incentives. The teas and baked goods are also delicious. For the best selection of baked items, it is best to go earlier in the day as the most popular items do sell out.

Just got a noticed today that this location is permanently closing. I’m crushed as this was an amazing spot to grab a great coffee. The staff was wonderful as well. Really hope they reconsider closing this location

JP, Rocco, Teagan, and Andrew are simply wonderful. We usually see them on Sunday mornings. Hands down, they are the best team we’ve seen at Peet’s. From the perfectly crafted lattes, to the warm and welcoming environment they create. My husband and I always love grabbing a hot latte here, and every time this team is on point. They take pride in their craft and always deliver the best customer service. You can tell that they enjoy working with each other, which makes for such an enjoyable experience. It shows in every cup of coffee they make!

As always the staff at this Peet's is friendly and helpful. Today my 4 year old son was being somewhat grumpy and difficult and he didn't like the choice of milk in the small cartons. The milk was chocolate and he didn't like the picture of the cow on the carton either. The girl helping me noticing the situation politely offered regular milk in a plain cup and the problem was solved. Thanks for helping a dad out with a somewhat sticky situation. On top of that the coffee was great as always. Thanks again Peet's coffee.

It's nice to find out that we have a Peet's coffee close to Ladera Ranch, considering the extension of Antonio down to San Clemente. The staff was friendly, but the inside looked like it could use some updating.

Young gal Cashier very rude because I was ordering a Lb of coffee ground with a line behind me. She didn’t label my bag and barely secured closed it. When I got home coffee spilled out AND did not offer me my free cup of coffee for purchasing a Lb of coffee.
