Great Philly Cheesesteak. Second time eating here and two years later it still tastes great. Everyone enjoyed it. They cook em’ with the cheese melted in a Amoroso Roll which makes the bread nice and soft. If I’m ever in Dana Point, this is a must.

Best CheeseSteak I've had. The bread is what makes a truly great sub makes it so amazing and They have theirs shipped all the way for the East Coast. The staff at the San Clemnte location are super helpful, welcoming and accommodate anything. **CheeseSteak Hoagie w/ lite mayo and hots on the side.**

Good friendly service, clean establishment. I ordered the Philly's Best chicken and it was ok. I've had better. I'll try the steak next time.

One of the best cheesesteaks ever... So damn good.. And even more underrated You gott try the burger!!!! Oh it is so good! I was helped by the most lovely Hispanic lady, Susie. She was so kind and patient despite my hanger... (Very sorry again susie!) I gave her a huge personal tip of 20$ for being so kind. I can't wait to see her again, gota big order

They messed up my order and the manager reached out after my review as you can see in the comment. I texted and they made it right. This is very uncommon that a restaurant actually comes through and rectifies their error. Much appreciated!

Pepperoni Cheese steak WITH onions. Today was the 6th time they failed to put onions on it. I even repeated myself because it sounded like the guy said no onions when repeating it back to me and he said ya with onions. They had my name as Ryan. Yet still no onions when I opened it up at home. Not sure if all these mistakes are from new employees or what. There was one gentleman and 1 woman working at around 2:15pm Aug 16, 2017.

Well, I use to really enjoy going there, but with covid it made it not so easy. Living and eating in this area is a treasure, but today I called to see if they still had there 550, Not happening " so I was schooled by a very not so nice person. Maybe they didn't need the business 🤔

I can't believe I paid this much money for this! The cheese steak tasted like it was reheated in the microwave and the french fries tasted days old. I ordered french fries with cheese sauce. The cheese sauce came in a small container. The french fries are not even edible because they are so hard and cold.

Been going to this location for years and always enjoyed. But, it appears there was an ownership change and prices were raised significantly along with portions being reduced. Food quality also seemed to have deteriorated well below prior visits. With elevated prices PB is not a great value at >$70 for family of four. Unfortunately we won’t be returning (Jersey Mikes has higher quality and is a better value IMO).
