This Taco Bell is located by Lowe's in San Clemente it is immaculately clean the times I've been there haven't been busy but steady the service has been great and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

I rent equipment for the construction industry and had to but 30 breakfast burritos for a customer. The service was excellent and only took about 15 minutes to finish order. Thank you!!

While no other food joint in walking distance offered to help, the team at this location exceeded expectations by providing me a meal with the few clams I had on me while at work up the way. It may just be a Taco Bell but the way I’m treated there makes a difference. They have great customer service. Everyone there is very fast and super nice. Even the cooks who bring the food to the front are always very happy and nice and deliver the food with a smile. Thank you!

MY husband and I eat here ALL the time. He loves taco bell. The staff here is always so nice to us too. And they're pretty fast. Only complaint is they do mess the order up a lot. It's not really a big deal to us cause we just come back around and they fix it. Sometimes since they mess it up they give us extra stuff so that's nice (and totally worth it to me). They even allowed us to come back the next day when they forgot something (a lot of restaurants wouldn't allow that) which is nice cause I'd hate to drive all the way back out for one taco. (We normally order too much food anyway). Also I love how they aren't stingy on the hot sauce. Sometimes they give too much but now I have a collection at home for taco nights. I'll never have to buy taco sauce again!

Not the best Taco Bell and I would expect more from a nice San Clemente location. The sauces, sporks, and napkins are not available. You have to ask the busy staff if you want any of these things. Takeout orders usually do not contain the number of sauces you ask for. Not that big a deal but if the app asks you and it says what you want on the receipt it would be nice if they do it. Also since you can't get your own sauces at this location it is extra inconvenient.

Don't know what is going on lately. Food use to be bomb and the usual girl drive-thru attendant was very sweet. Even if there was a mistake they were real courteous about it. Our last visit not so much. Hopefully it was just a bad day. If it's better next time I will definitely up the review.

So my wife and kid love this place, not a fan personally but I go here all the time. We order a mini quesadilla with no sauce for my 4 year old and about 25% of the time they put sauce in anyway. Anybody who has had a toddler or young child scream because there food is too spicy can relate. How hard is it to just leave the sauce out? You can't check the thing before you leave. You're not going to drive back for a 99 cent quesadilla! Just updating, my kid 8 is years old now and gets crunchy chicken tacos with no veggies. Again about 20 percent of the time they put the lettuce in there anyway. At least he doesn't throw tantrums anymore. There is just this sad disappointment. I laboriously pick all the lettuce out as usual but this time it was almost all lettuce. There was not enough chicken and cheese to even make one reasonable taco. I'm hoping these experiences will make him not want to go here anymore.
