Scoperto per caso, durante una gita fuori porta. Locale ampio, con un bell'ingresso ed un comodo parcheggio per le automobili dei clienti. I menù degustazione a 35 euro sono interessanti ed economici. Le porzioni non sono esagerate, ma la quantità è adeguata, saziano senza eccessi. Molto particolare il servizio ai tavoli dei primi piatti :il cameriere porta la padella direttamente dalla cucina e, giunto al tavolo, porziona il contenuto tra i commensali. Carne morbidissima, di qualità. Buona la scelta dei vini.

Da Mariuccia è un ristorante dove si può gustare la cucina piemontese come a casa di un vero piemontese. Tutto molto buono, ben preparato e servito con cordialità e simpatia dal personale. Nessuna nota stonata insomma, neanche il prezzo che è decisamente buono! Il menu degustazione è una buona alternativa alla carta e permette di assaggiare tutti i sapori tipici della cucina locale. Uno dei piatti che ho preferito è stata la carne cruda. Ottima anche la selezione dei vini. Meglio prenotare specialmente per le festività e/i per compagnie numerose. Ampio parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze.

Now, after the COVID period, I'm skeptical of every place. The reason is the revaluation of places I used to like, which, in my opinion, have deteriorated. I went to Mariuccia for the first time months ago, but out of superstition, I decided to wait until the second time. Today's lunch was excellent, and I can only say it was excellent. An ideal location for ceremonies, it doesn't compromise lunch/dinner with friends, couples, or a few close friends. The simple dishes offer excellent Piedmontese dishes at fair prices. The wine list is excellent. Now it's one of those few places I like. Few but good. Worth a try.

We went to this restaurant for lunch during the Alpine troops festival in Alessandria. It was a lovely surprise, a lovely restaurant in a small village in the hills. We were on two buses and were assigned the underground room. We ate well, the waiters were very professional and there was no need to even ask for bread, wine, or water. When they ran out, they immediately replenished the food. If you're in the area, I recommend trying it. I didn't give it 5 stars only because of the Alpine troops... it was very noisy and you couldn't talk much, but that's normal. Upstairs in the other room it was even worse. There were two other Alpine troops buses, but with at least 130/140 people.

Large restaurant, informal service, fair prices, and modest portions. The agnolotti are good, the braised meat is decent but sliced ​​like roast beef, the potatoes are good, and the rabbit is decent, though a bit too dry. But €52 for two for four dishes, wine, and water is truly a fair price.

Midweek motorcycle trip. Spacious restaurant; the lunch menu (during the week) includes a choice of three first courses and three second courses with sides, a quarter of a glass of wine (I got a very decent Barbera), half a liter of water, and coffee. I'm not sure if dessert is included, because I didn't order it. Total: €12. Excellent for a business lunch or a stop on a trip. When I'm back in the area, I'll definitely stop by.

Today I went to this famous restaurant for the 45-euro Ferragosto fixed menu, including drinks. Unfortunately, although the dishes were decent in terms of presentation and presentation, none of them impressed me, except the roast. The noise in the dining room was deafening, which could be avoided with sound-absorbing panels. The bathrooms were clean, but the sink faucets needed to be descaled. These are minor details, but overall, they're barely adequate.
