Food is tasty. Grande breakfast burrito is now a rip off. It used to be a lot of food but now it's half the size it used to be. It's all tortilla no filling.

Ayoo I eat Mexican food religiously and their carne asada is smoked and quality! Don’t pass up on this place definitely the best around! P.S. They have great horchata as well! 😏

One of the toughest places to find the front door in San Diego, this place is a GO TO for my weekly Mexican food habit. They have a wide variety of food (burritos, plates, beef, fish) and the service is very fast and no nonsense. It’s tucked away in a mini-mall with primary access via a fast food style drive through. Pro-tip: call ahead and walk-in. The turn around time is FAST and you can walk in and out while other people are still waiting in the drive through.
Food is good, folks are great, just a heads up that it gets pretty busy during lunch so wait times will be affected. Their salsa roja is distinct and flavorful. Pricing is bit high but can we do, everything is going up.
Dios mio! Did you see my carne asada picture. Check this out. I have braces. I love salt. My braces were unaffected and I didn't add salt. The meat was well- seasoned, tender and small bite sizes. Better yet, the chips were crisp. Not crunchy, not hard-crisp. Needless to say this preserved the roof of my mouth. There's only one size-big. The meal comes with a healthy serving of each-moist refried beans, guacamole, sour cream meat, & cheese. And it is piled on. So I'm like a crave eater. If I'm craving something I go out and buy it. So I ate one forth. and was completely satisfied. Warmed it up the next day in the oven and the chips maintained their crispiness. This is actually a perfect dish to take to a potluck. To the drive-in movies. Or just because. Way too many calories for one eater but it's addicting so you would want to. I've only had them once. I will go again to see if they maintain the deliciousness. I've had other meals like enchiladas, tacos and burritos. This location Is consistently good but not always consistently excellent with the other meals. The best jamaica though. No dine-in at this time. No dining tables on the outside. Meal delivery is available. Contactless and cash accepted. Employees practice Covid measures. Drive-thru only. Located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking less than a 1/4 mile off the 56. Black Mountain Road. The photos were not doctored up and taken with Google pixel 5.
Best fish taco for us in the area! Everything we get here are delicious. I also like the Menudo here, it's ALL meat/stomach. Yum!

My son and I come here at least once every week. Their food is quite decent with quick service. Place is clean and pleasant for dining in, as well.

Good food at a decent price, although prices have been rising. The burritos are sometimes inconsistent with the size but overall good stuff. The staff are very sweet.
So I've been here multiple times and I have always had good experiences but tonight was just really lack luster. I ordered the cheese enchilada plate and when I got home, the box was apparently broken and had been leaking the enchilada sauce all over the bag and the container getting on some of the other food as well (which I typically would never blame on the workers as accidents happen but another one of my food containers was missing one of the tabs to close it) then when I opened it, I realized that the sauce had actually separated and there seemed to be a puddle of water/oil from the sauce in one corner of my tray which has never happened before and by the time I finally started eating the enchiladas, I saw that the cheese was entirely unmelted inside its just cold shredded cheese inside the tortilla. I am incredibly disappointed in this service tonight and I hope that it was a one off, that maybe they just had a bad night.
Had the hash brown breakfast burrito. For the price it isn't a large burrito. Most of the burrito is just tortilla. Pic is of the tortilla I had peel off that doesn't serve to hold the burrito together. Tastes like a breakfast burrito, bacon and hash browns is crispy and good. There are better places within a short drive.

I work right down the street always love coming to pick up some lunch but whoever the guy that has been taking the orders recently is needs to be trained. he is rude and has absolutely no understanding of customer service and it makes the high prices not worth it
The food is really good but I only give it a three stars because the foods are small I miss Cotijas it was really good and the food with also big!! And now we might not come back here anymore because of the potions..

CHECK YOUR ORDER before you drive away, especially if you have allergies or food restrictions. Asked for 1 carnitas taco 1 adobado and they gave me 1 adobado 1 shrimp which was a sad taco. When she asked for salsa I responded "green and red" and only got red. Wasn't even busy when I was in drive thru. Food isn't bad, but service is often neglectful and poor. Same person who handed off is not the first time she's been distracted or isn't paying attention. Almost forgot my horchata too.
Portion of food is smaller than it used to be before change of name/ownership. We’ve been back multiple times just to verify, shrinkflation is real i guess.
Haven't tried Cazadores recently, at least not since the business name changed from Cotijas to Cazadores. I'm loyal to the Cotijas by Westview High School, personally. I was shocked by the size/value of the cheese quesadilla that I ordered. It weighed only 10 oz. In perspective, that is the weight of an XBox Series X controller, or a roll of paper towels! Save yourself some frustration, and go to Cotijas for that Quesadilla - it will be much, much larger, at a comparable price, and includes sour cream and guacamole.
Ordered a carnitas taco tonight. The price for how big the taco was I great but I was 3 bites in and had trouble chewing a piece of meat so I spit it out and it looks pieces of wood. When I tried to break the pieces in half or pull them apart it was not easy to do. When I was able to bend the piece and break it, it definitely looked like wood.
I ordered a steak quesadilla and a surf and turf burrito. The surf and turf burrito cost 54 more cents than the quesadill?. But the surf and turf burrito weighed like 2 1/2 half pounds my quesadilla wasn’t even a quesadilla. It was a burrito? Why would you roll a quesadilla like a burrito? That’s a burrito not a quesadilla. So they put guac sour cream and pico inside of my quesadilla that’s actually a burrito. A poorly wrapped burrito at that because both ends are open so as I ate, it stuff just fell out. I like putting stuff on my quesadilla and eating it, and I asked him for it well done and it was not well done. When I asked the cashier if they normally roll their quesadillas up like a burrito, she kind of shrugged her head to the side. I didn’t even eat the whole thing. The food is way too salty and not what I ordered I was unsatisfied but seeing how it’s lunchtime and I was only in the middle of my 11 hour day I didn’t have time. I don’t recommend going there. The food is not worth it way too salty and they probably won’t get you what you ordered. Look at the picture below Is that a quesadilla? Quesadillas don’t have sour cream guac on the inside normally it’s on the outside. Long Ranti review because I’m just so baffled…….
This is not a Mexican restaurant 🥴 never in my life have a had a Chile relleno this bad. The quesadilla wasn’t even a quesadilla! It looked like a burrito 😩 my family and I decided for take out that night and this was the worst $65 I’ve spent at a drive thru. If anyone thinks this is Mexican I feel bad for their taste buds 🤣
Bought a California burrito to curve the cravings. BAD idea to come here and spend $16 for a burrito that has the hardest…stalest tortilla around it EVER. A tortilla can really make or break a burrito, the fries are bland, meat tastes rushed, and I asked for extra pico and had to get halfway into the burrito to find any. Take the extra mile to Los Primos. You’ll be way less disappointed
Not open when advertised. Took this photo at 8:50 pm
So I ordered a burrito and it comea out so tinny the tortilla wrapped around 3 times with almost no meat. So I take it back and even paid an extra $3.50 ontop of the original cost of $7.20 for extra meat. Well they weren't happy but the burrito was larger. I take a bite into it only to find that even tho they added more meat its still tinny but the tortilla is wrapped on the inside so it feels bigger. Pics below UPDATE: chicken is over cooked second time around. Feels intentional And chewy UPDATE: 2 hours later and I haven't been able to leave the bathroom for 40 min

Prices are much too high for the quality of food here. Carne asada is flavorless and cold. And who puts ground beef in roll tacos? Nasty. Tried this place again and my taco had hair and a bunch if burnt meat. It's disgusting.
There was a long hair in my fries. Food is good but that was gross and a healthy code violation. Definitely should fire a cook back there
Food is ok but I've never paid so much for such a tiny burrito. The guy at the window is rude as hell.
