cious drinks, so Mosa Tea, any chance can be better or any different? But this drink told me they can make really nice drinks! The service is very sweet, I’m lactose intolerant and I don’t want to have the non dairy creamer since it is usually not healthy. The staff told me the Matcha Genmai Green doesn’t have milk in it and the strawberry matcha can add oat milk instead. I chose Genmai green with 25% sugar and pistachio milk foam. Milk foam usually doesn’t bother me since it’s really little amount and processed, the staff double confirmed with me about the milk foam which was really considerate. The drink was really really strong, really tea tastes straight forward! Probably it is the most tea flavor forwards drink I’ve ever had, it is delicious, intense and refreshing! If you love tea, you have to try this! Also the sugar level I chose 25% is right good, you almost didn’t taste the sugar, there’s a little sweetness in the green tea jelly. I think I’ll definitely recommend this place!

I’ve known the host for years, and they have impeccable taste in tea (especially Taiwanese tea). We have very high standards for tea quality, and it’s rare to find truly good Tieguanyin. Mosa Tea is undoubtedly a must-go. It’s the best boba I’ve ever had in San Diego. ㄏㄠˇㄏㄜ！ Recommend: their hun-kue is a must-try. The Patachio Mist (if you want something less strong), Grapefruit Bloom, and Tieguanyin

Great tea and great service! I’ve gone here a couple of times since they’ve opened and i’ve loved everything i’ve had. I feel like they have something for every occasion. My favorite i’ve had so far is the brown sugar mist! it’s such a great treat. Customer service was great too!!

First time here. Very good tea. Had the chestnut special matcha and it was bomb. Service is good and the place is chill and a good vibe. If in areas I would definitely come back.

really enjoy high-quality tea, and this café delivers exactly that. I ordered the Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea with Osmanthus honey--the tea was smooth with a lovely floral honey note. It is on the sweeter side, so I'd recommend getting 0% sugar if you want the tea flavor to shine through. My husband got the Genmai Green Tea, and wow--the roasted rice and green tea were perfectly balanced. So good!

Very cozy and cute little shop! Their genmaicha is really good. Also ordered Tie Guan Yin with osmanthus honey and Tie Guan Yin Milk tea. Also really really good. A must try in town.

This place is newly opened and getting a lot of good reviews. Service was great on our visit. It was on a weekday around lunch time and it was pretty empty. I got their Grapefruit Bloom and it was delicious. I looked it that I could adjust the sweetness level as I didn't like my boba drinks too sweet. I really like the osmanthus tea jelly. They were soft and came in big chunks so I could really taste the tea.

We ordered Taiwan Retro and Osmanthus Honey Oolong Tea. There tea are the best! And for the Osmanthus Honey one I ask with 0% of sugar and is just perfect! So happy they have option with fresh milk and not only non-dairy creamer.

The staffs are very patient and friendly. The drinks are awesome! You can taste the real “tea” aroma without those unnatural chemical flavors that you may experience in some boba tea store. Highly recommend!!! Opened by friendly Taiwanese!!

Great unique tea with a lot of flavor! TGY with Osmanthus is everything you could ask for. Not a lot of tea places exist in the US like this. I had something very similar in Taiwan that was my favorite. Great find and hope they expand to Orange county.

Came here after work. Parking was a little tight. Upon walking in, the place was packed but no line to put my order in. Was greeted nicely when taking my order. I like that you can tell them how much sugar you want on your drink. I opted for 25% sugar and 100% sugar for my mom. Both drinks ordered were the pistachio mist. You can also tell them how much ice you want. The drink was very refreshing. The boba was not mushy. Will definitely come back here again.

This was my second time visiting this store, and I was disappointed. The tea wasn’t properly strained, and I ended up with a lot of tea leaves in my first sip, and even after a few more sips, the problem persisted. 第二次再度來訪，結果茶葉沒有過濾乾淨，每一口都可以喝到茶葉，很失望😢 Reply to business response: Thank you for your reply. My first visit was great. I came less than two weeks ago and enjoyed the drink, so I decided to come back. This time, I ordered the exact same drink with the same toppings, but it tasted different. I didn’t taste any osmanthus flower the first time, but this time there was a lot. I expected the quality to be consistent with my previous visit.

Cleaned up my review: I’ve visited a few times and the drinks are generally pleasant, though on the lighter side. Personally, I prefer a much stronger tea profile, especially for Taiwanese-style tea, which is traditionally known for a robust, deep steep. Maybe the shop just prefers to be known for making lighter, less intense tea? I’m not sure, but this could just be their signature. However, there is a growing 'Corporate' energy here that is becoming hard to ignore. I’ve heard management is enforcing formal 'performance reviews' on the staff. This is fundamentally misplaced for a small-scale boba shop. Implementing high-pressure corporate metrics on service workers? Especially while the cushions were recently cited by a health inspection for being unsanitary? It suggests that management is more focused on 'performing' authority than maintaining the basics of their shop. The result is a weird shift in atmosphere where it’s meant to feel zen. The workers deserve a supportive environment, not a micromanaged one. When a business tries to act like a Fortune 500 company but fails to keep the seating areas clean, it creates a disconnect that customers can feel. Also, it appears they are now using AI to handle customer feedback. While polite, it feels deeply insincere. Management subjects their human staff to performance reviews while using automated processes to avoid doing the work of actually listening to their customers. It suggests that feedback isn't actually being considered besides a read. I’d love to see Mosa return to being an artisanal tea shop and stop trying to be a tech-startup. The staff really deserve better.
