Asked for a scoop of ice cream on my raspado and they granted my wish. This spot always comes through. Best raspado spot in San Diego for sure.

Love the palates, especially the coco. very good verity of ice creams and other Mexican sweets. The aguas are to sweet especially the hortatory which I had on a few occasions. Also the prices could be better.

This was very delicious, the place was not very busy when I had stopped by, and the service was quick, people behind the counter made no real impression but that's ok. The area around is beautiful and the shop is as beautiful and lovely to visit. The cost was a pretty penny, not wallet breaking though.

The Veggie Sandwich is so good. We always ask for their hot sauce on the side. It's so hot and is a perfect companion for the sandwich. We often come here when we go to San Diego for a few days.

A third person would really help. Ice cream is delicious Specially on a hot day. Customer service is not bad.

Amazing ice cream but awful customer service. I made 2 separate orders and they rudely accused me of not paying for the first order, not only was I embarrassed in front of the other people, and my family, but they had the nerve to point at us and discuss amongst the other employees that we didn’t pay. I will never come back to this location again.

My girl got a turkey torta because the allergy to pork, but ended getting 2 ham tortas, but the service needs a major upgrade, how to talk to a customer is very important, because we will definitely not comeback because of the service. That young girl needs some training, rushing us to pay as we are looking at the menu too. And we did find a hair. No worries I'm not asking for free stuff keep your food. Definitely not want to buy it anymore, because, again, Your service needs upgrading.

Worst customer service ever in the evening ! I called in to order some agua frescas and they told me as long as I get there before 8 I’ll be able to order. So I got there before 8 and they had the doors closed. I told them all I was going to order was aguas frescas. They had other customers in there and instead they laughed in my face and Said no we’re closed .. The lady’s were the worst workers here in tocumbo. Honestly it doesn’t take much to serve aguas frescas but here they are laughing in my face when clearly they said they close at 8. But instead they close earlier ! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! What business does that ! You suppose to make your clients have the best experience

This place is horrible . The strawberry raspdo tasted gross and the chamango had 2 pieces of mango. They put jalapeños on my nachos without asking. The Nutella ice cream was good. Service is horrible .

I got there 15 minutes before closing and they did not want to serve me because they had already cleaned.... when It was just me and wanted some chips that wouldn't even take 5min to make and check me out, especially when everything is already pre cut. Lazy workers

It's so disgusting it was walking through the condiments near the chopping area , I can't even imagine how the back looks where they cook. This is so disgusting I will never go back.

The put so much mayo in my corn cup. The ratio between corn in mayo was CRAZY I had barely any corn do not recommend
