I like Jack in the box becaise it has a drive thru if you are in a hurry. Also the employees are all nice to you. Lastly the food is amazing they have burgers and breakfast all day long.

Most consistent fast food location I've been to. Always friendly, prompt, and the food is consistently prepared each time. All wins for a large fast food chain. Taste wise - it's Jack in the Box.

Fast service, food met the usual standard for Jack in the box so it was good, I didn't go inside the store but the general atmosphere seemed fine.

One of the best drive through JOB to grab a quick eat to bite, or bite to eat! The staff is always fast, clean and courteous at the drive through window and there never seems to ever be a line of cars at this location. I have never been inside this location.

Went here on 1-26-24 12:01am on a Thursday, no cars in like, I got a bacon big burger and some churros, was greeted with a smile and got my food within 2 minutes, great service and satisfied

A little more expensive than the Jack in the Box down the road in covina, but better service and fresher food usually. Pandemic has slowed service to a crawl, but thats literally every restaurant right now, so not faulting them.

I was hungry The person taking the order was great, he spoke English I could understand him. Which is a very huge plus. He was quick . And at 2:30 am his Shakes were still Available. First time ever

I haven't been to jack in the box in years.But yesterday I ended up going back ,the drive thru was a little slow the customer service was excellent.Loved the way they bagged each order in separate bags.Not cramping all my food in one bag like all other places do.

This Jack's is on point. Everything about it. I've been coming here consistently almost every day consecutively during every shift morning, swing, and overnight, and their team is A1, food is hot and tasty, and the place is clean. I felt the need to give a shout out to a specific employee, Johan. I've seen Johan move like he's playing a sport. When he works, the kid works fast, efficient, and calm. Drive thru, dine in register, kiosk, pick ups, etc. The kid is good at problem/solution. Tonight, he was doing his thing as usual, moving from kitchen, to drive thru windows, to take out, and then I came walking in with an issue with my mobile app. Bam, gets into solution real fast! But calmly and polite. He helped me get my churros for being a new member of Jack's Pack, the mobile app. I tell ya, I was tryna figure that part of redeeming my churros for an hour! He figures it out in less than 2 minutes. The kids crushing it. Keep up the good work Johan.. strong work ethics are developed early, my boy! And you my friend, are making the Jack Pack proud. I just like del taco's a little better then the other guys, this is a brand new store it's nice not that the old store was bad ,out with the old and in with the new ,I've been going to this location for a while staff is friendly and fast although this new technology is slowing it down

This location is next to the Arco. It faces Arrow Highway. Have you ever tasted a fresh shell taco? Well, you just might at this location. I did ...and what a difference in taste it made. The service is prompt. There are specials look at signs and view the entire menu. The prices are standard.

This is definitely my go to Jack in The box . Very clean and the staff is on it. Catering and ready to please. Food is prepared exactly as ordered and very timely. Plenty of parking and the grounds are tidy and inviting.

The food was hot and fresh very good, i went thru the drive thru since it was raining, the woman serving was very nice she made sure i had everything before i left very helpful.

Yea the service wasn't anything extraordinary but hey I come here again for the iced coffee & egg roll! And the yummy taco sauce! I wish they'd sell it at supermarkets.

Went in for a quick snack of tacos and fries. Fries were fresh but I do not get the pricing. Large curly fries are $3.39 and loaded curly fries are $3.00. Shakes are made fresh with real icecream. Way to go Jack.

Still decent fast food. But I really miss the grilled sandwiches that they used to have. Those were my favorite. Since they stop selling those there is not much else I come to buy. Except when my son want something. #bringbackthegrilledsandwiches

As far as fast food goes it's hard to go wrong with this place. This one in San Dimas does a very good job of being efficient and professional. I recommend the egg rolls

The staff are all pretty nice and efficient at their jobs. The only problems I have with this location are the odd hours they keep. I heard they do it to clean in-between shifts, but I SWEAR it's always at a different hour

It seems every time I come here which is not often they never have what I order. One month ago I order the churros and they were out of them today I order the spicy chicken strips and they said they were out of them as well, maybe is my luck who knows. Food was good and staff was friendly. I do love they had Dr. Pepper cherry 🍒 ❤️

I love their bacon burgers in sourdough. They have the absolute best shakes ever. I love the strawberry shakes. The same with their egg rolls they're absolutely delicious and as good as or actually better than some of the Chinese restaurants in the high desert. I just wish they'd give us some coupons

Distracted drive thru operator. Screwed up the order. It's really annoying when they don't listen, cause they are listening to something going on inside. You can hear it happening. Special dietary changes are ignored.

It's been years since I've done to eat here. I tried a breakfast meal for my son. They burnt the French toast sticks and I can not have sugar. I got a diet coke but they gave me regular coke. Not a huge deal I took a big drink of the sugar coke before I found out

Slow drive thru all the time. Employees act like they dont want to be there. Never smile. Never seem happy. Only reason I go cause there is no other one in the area. Otherwise, I would go elsewhere.

The Chili Cheese Fries were ok. The Jalapeño Popper’s were over cooked... but I will diffidently go back because they are normally awesome!! And lastly we got the Deli Trio Pannido which was huge!

Tried the sourdough jack. I paid 45 cents extra for jalapenos on my sandwich but did not get any....I asked for extra pickles in both and for none....so I guess they were having a rough night....

Getting a snack for on the freeway. I think they gave me the Spicy chicken strips, instead of the Original chicken strips. Glad I had that Chocolate shake to cool off my mouth.

If your a fan of Jack in the Box tacos you know the taste that keeps you coming back time an again well you may notice the filling inside your tacos at this Location seems a little under stuffed then usual, is it the resturant is trying to save money? Maybe it's the cook on at the time I ordered just not preparing properly? Who knows, but the taste didn't disappoint and that's what I came for. So enjoy the price and the taste of these addictive tacos, as for the filling amount ... Seems hit or miss. Enjoy

My husband loves this place. I am not the biggest fan so I always get the curly fries 🤣 He ordered me a double jack with extra lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. I have it a try and my mind was blown! Adding double toppings makes all the difference!

Usually the service is pretty good and the food is pretty good. be careful with mobile orders and sometimes they take 5, 10 or even longer minutes for them to get to their computers. Especially late night. Basically a waste of time then and you've already paid.

The place wasn't busy took a while to get us our food. Cashier forgot to give me my receipt I had to ask for it. Sitting area was a bit dirty. Dirty tables not wiped down. Floor needed to be swept.

This location had been good but lately the orders are wrong or the food is terrible. Point in case, spicy chicken sandwich served with what had to be a reheated piece of chicken because it was practically petrified. I had to toss it out, the dog didn't even eat it.

Burgers were dry and tasted old. Chicken sandwich tasted old too. Soda was a coke freestyle machine so lots of options. Service was fine.

I ordered a Jumbo Jack Combo and two tacos. I got the food very quickly and all of it was cold. I will never visit this particular store again.

Went thru the drive thru to get my son fries. Fries and staff were great. Just wish I felt safer visiting this l Iocation. There is a growing homeless situation that is now turning to be pretty frightening. Was approached in the drive thru, in the dark by a man asking for money. It was starling to say the least. And I am sure that no driver wants to run someone over that they can't see. Out right dangerous.

Your ads for the ribeye burger if misleading. It shows Mayo and cheese but when we ordered it at the San Dimas store it was dry and had no cheese. . Either it was the store that doesn't know how to fix it or the burger doesn't come with that stuff. Very dry and we weren't impressed. J. CORSON

Every time you go to the Jack in the Box be prepared to be in line for 20 minutes. I think this is bad management. If you go to McDonald's and you're in and out of there and everything is perfect I don't understand why Jack in the Box can't be the same way

I come here often as it’s close to my work. I get the same exact order every time I come. The consistency with that order is wildly different every time I receive it. Half the time it’s lukewarm, half the time it’s drenched in sauce, half the time you can’t see the sauce, half the time they forget the side sauces THEY ASK me about, and more than half the time they make you pull out of the drive thru, wait in a spot, and give you your order outside of the drive thru. Why do they do this? Because they are trying to inflate the analytic data that corporate likes to see. They want their drive thru times to be as low as possible at the expense of an annoying inconvenience to the customer. It’s a bad way to do business and corporate sees FAKE numbers. Showing they are performing better than they actually are. It’s truly insane how inconsistent this place is. It’s time for me to find a new drive thru. I suggest the same to you all.

Just drove up today craving egg rolls and the worker was blocking the driveway after getting out of my car he says we’re closed come back in 30 min omg I just left what no workers showed up

This is the worst jack in the box I've been to. They got my order wrong twice and over charged me. When I went to confront them about my change they just argued with me for 5 min and at the end they still took my money. Don't ever come here people who are reading.

Worst experience that we have had at any fastfood restaurant. We went through the drive through they got our order completely wrong even though it was right on the screen. We get to the window they hand us the drinks and the lady squeezed the cup of soda and it spilled all over my mother in-law the lady didn't apologize or anything we will never go back.

This is a place that I have seen that as a person of minority that it does not feel comfortable to be in this establishment due to one person. She had gotten the sandwich wrong that we were ordering and we tried to correct her. She gave us major attitude and talking back to us. Then had us wait another 5 min before finishing our order. Then when we got to the window she gave us our food and drinks took our card for payment and threw away our receipt without asking us if we wanted it. She didn’t have a name tag so I don’t know her name and she closed the window before I could ask for my receipt. Was not too happy with what I experienced.

Workers need better training and should know their product before trying to sell it. We ordered "20 ORDERS" OF TACOS.... after correcting the cashier when he only tang up ONE order, he ended up only charging for 10 orders... Had to wait in line AGAIN to correct HIS mistake. The rest of our meal was cold by the time we had our complete order at the table. Not cool at all!

Found a moving worm on my taco. I'll never eat here again. When my wife called the store, their response was to call back because nobody there could help her. She then emailed the main corporate office, they emailed her back and said call us even though she left her number. My wife did call back and they asked if we wanted another taco. We politely declined and just wanted them to know. Hopefully they check their food so nobody gets sick!

We just left the San Dimas store. The service was poor. The person taking the order kept interupting when we were trying to order, rushing us. When we were given our food we asked is this everything? We were told yes. When we got home we were missing an order of tiny tacos and loaded fries. When I tried to call, noone answers. This was.9$ worth of food we disnt receive. And noone available to try to resolve.

Ordered two burgers and a meal. They handed me a bag and told me to have a good night. Drinking away I realized they didn't give me a burger and fries. Tried to walk in, but they locked the doors for Covid. Had to wait through the long drive thru line again. Guy tells me he told me to hold on before I left, but it was clearly a goodbye. Like how he tries to pass off his mistake as mine.

I order spicy chicken sandwich from drive thru and when i took my first bite at home it was awful, something obviously wrong with the chicken. I called them and explain about the sandwich, and they told me to come back or stop by anytime for a replacement, they took my number and name.. after two weeks, I go back for my sandwich and they didnt have my name on the list and they looked at me as I was trying to get a free meal. I walked away, embarrassed and told them to forget about it. Lesson learned, you need to keep your receipts, plus the person who I talked to on the phone didnt do her job correctly..

By far the worst service possible I ordered breakfast for my family total was $48 got home noticed items were missing called told them what happened said sorry we will refire it for you just stop by when you have a chance I sent my brother down as I was unavailable he called me back said the staff was rude and arrogant when I called to speak to a manager I got the same treatment I contact the corporate office and have the district manager contact me and offer me a free combo meal for $48 dollar order and treatment I received by your staff and your going to offer a combo meal that's worth no more then 15 bucks I'm sorry that is a slap in the face and rude I will definitely not be going back and advise anyone else to do the same to treat customers like this is wrong but to treat a vet like this is worst thanks for the 20% off but never again will I go here

I got the spicy tenders combo about 2 days ago, and the food was fine, but the size of the tenders were the size of chicken nuggets. So tonight I wanted to get 6 spicy tenders because the first three were to small. The lady at the window charged me for 2 combos but only gave me one fry. They also didn’t get me my drink. So for $19 dollars I got 6 chicken nugget sized tenders and one medium fry.

1/04/2025 around 11:12pm Jack in the Box San Dimas off Arrow Ave. Food was fine. Attendant named Juan was very rude. I had ordered a 7pc stuffed jalapeño, two regular tacos, and a chicken sandwich. I received one ranch and some ketchup. When I got to the window I paid for my order, then noticed one ranch and the ketchup in the bag. I asked for one more ranch and the attendant Juan was very disappointed and got angry and disgusted that I had asked for one more ranch to go with the 7pc jalapeño poppers which I only had received one. He replied in an upset manner….that will be an extra .25 cents! I said that’s fine, and Juan actually charged me the measly .25 cents and gave me the ranch. I’m stunned I’ve never experienced this at a fast food restaurant. Is management forcing their workers to nickel and dime their customers? If so shame on management and if not shame on Juan.

Made an Uber Eats order and called the store, to ask for Ranch and Taco Sauce as it isnt available on Uber Eats. I was then told it makes it confusing to call in as they may have many Joes ordering.... it was quite obvious the young lady was unhappy with her job and was using the phone. How about putting the sauce in the bag and calling it a day, rather than making the customer sound like a nusense

I walked in the other day first thing in the morning and the place was filthy. I walked in today with my family and the place smelled really bad and again was filthy. If this is how nasty the restaurant is I can only imagine how gross the kitchen is. We walked out and left. We will no longer be eating at this Jack in the Box.

Horrible service. Extremely slow. The chubby Hispanic girl with glasses who claimed to be the manager working the night shift actually flipped me off. Incredibly rude. This has been escalated to corporate.
