Avis sur Popeyes San Dimas
visiting California drove by to grab sowm lunch and was delicious
Always great service and good food! :3
This specific establishment has not caused me any problems. The food is cleaned and cooked to perfection. The customer service is superior to the majority of my encounters. It's also quite tidy.
what last night after dealing with a dishwasher that I didn't fully get installed. my brain wasn't functioning completely but the employees were definitely helpful on helping me make a decision on what I wanted for dinner. they let me know it was closing time but that they would take my order and I would have to take it home they were very courteous and polite and definitely know how to run a good fast food restaurant. it is the second time I've eaten there and both times have just been simply amazing
The restaurant was clean and not dirty as well as the restroom and didn’t smell like any other restrooms but it smelt clean
The improvements made here are remarkable; the standards have significantly risen, and the food is exceptional. Having visited several times, I can confidently say that each experience has been consistently satisfying. Regardless of when I come, the quality remains impressively high, with dishes that are both delicious and well-seasoned. Kudos to the new management for enhancing this restaurant, which is also maintained in a clean and inviting manner. I look forward to returning.
3/31 2025. 0125pm. Good Popeyes Location. Crews are super friendly n professional. Especially who takes my order Mrs. Sarah. Food Tastes like Real Popeyes. Warm FOODS, Right way to cook Rice n Beans. One con is BathRoom. Water pressure is weak, hard to wash hands. I highly recommend here if you love Popeyes.
It actually felt a bit strange to be in a Popeye's that's clean, has no homeless people in sight, has friendly and professional employees, and a clean, and more importantly, open restrooms. The food was good, as expected. But again, it's really strange to feel safe, welcomed ,and seeing no "h00d-activities" in a Popeye's.

Best Popeyes! that I've been to! Idk why people are putting 1 star y'all are crazy. It's super clean. They get everything rite and the workers are super nice.
The young lady at the register was very patient and courteous. My food was delicious and warm Great service as Always!

Great to get Popeyes in San Dimas. Food is good. Only downside is that the drive thru is REALLY SLOW. 7 cars before me; took 37 minutes to get to the order speaker.
This is standard Popeyes. Just remember the exact verbiage on the promotions. You may have to speak to an actual person to get the promotiion if you don't.
The tenders were a bit skimpy and not much meat. My go to is the spicy chicken sandwich and my only complaint was they smothered it in the spicy mayo. Had to use many napkins to remove. Other than that, tasty and still preferred over kfc.
Drive thru was very slow. Person at window was pleasant and polite. Portion for shrimp tackle box was adequate for the price. Taste was good, however, they ran out of cocktail sauce ... very disappointing.
First time customer; classic chicken plate, the breading was excellent - crispy, fresh tasting & non-greasy - but I thought the breast meat a little dry. Good side dishes.
This is a new location and as such is pretty clean, but could be nicer. I think they don't have much help to clean the bathrooms or set up the area where you get your drinks. This is by no means not acceptable, but it's just not "great" . The food was really good and I like the cajun fries. I had chicken strips and they were nice and juicy and crunchy. But I think next time I will get the extra spicy ones because mine needed sauce. I like that they have real iced tea. One of the surprising things was the Cajun music that was being played. I know a bit about this musical genre and they pick some excellent selections with some New Orleans jazz and Arcadian French music which really fit in with the theme and was quite surprising coming for my corporate fast food restaurant. So five stars for that!
We stood at the counter until someone decided to help us which was really strange as there was no one in the restaurant. All of the young people working there were grumpy and frowning, we sure felt like they didn't want to be there and working. No one seems like they really wanted to accommodate us with any requests, a place with biscuits and no butter in the restaurant? It's a first time I've been to this new location and if I ever choose to go again I will definitely just use the drive-thru.
When arriving at the establishment it was fairly empty. The line to wait was a minute or less. I was kinda of concerned because I find myself usually waiting 20 to 30 minutes when at a Popeyes establishment and I don’t mind because I don’t want my food rushed, especially chicken. The service was great, as soon as I got my receipt my food was bagged and ready to go. Overall great and food tasted great as always.
Clean, not echo noisy. Staff upgrade since last year
I like this Popeye better than other Popeyes because they have bathroom and is a new building. Some old Popeyes (like the one in Glendale) are so disgusting with no restroom. The only problem with this restaurant is that very often time they are out of something. Either no leg, tight, fries or something. How could a chicken place be out of chicken? And then the other times, they are temporary out and you have to wait for frys, chicken or something to be cooked. And they treat the waste of your time as no concern to them. Not even a single "I am sorry..." If it was not for my five year old daughter that really likes Popeye, I would avoid Popeyes in general, just for the inconvenience. Ending on a positive note, the food always tastes good. And most of the times they have very good discounts/specials.
The food quality was average and there was a wait time for the entire order to be assembled. One of the sauce packets in the bag was open spilling it's contents over some of the meal.
If you go through the drive-through make sure you check your order. The drinks/soda was bad and we were missing food. So I had to go back inside. Lot of young kids inside working and they were very rude and not apologetic at all for the mistakes!! Night manager needs to be an adult! Thankfully the food was good!
Would be 5 stars but the ai ordering system in the drive thru made me very uncomfortable
I usually enjoy Popeyes chicken as a quick snack or lunch. Although the food and service were fine, the fact that ants were crawling across the counter where the drinks were served is not OK. I informed a counter person and she acknowledged it. She did not apologize or seem concerned that ants were all over the drinks counter. This makes me wonder if the same attitude is held in the kitchen.
Very slow sometimes, I seem to get the wings most of the time they are what I expected, my wife likes the tenders with the same results. I
These guys are so understaffed. 3-4 workers trying to manage a rush. There's no reason a cashier should have to go back and forth from taking orders to fulfilling orders. Mobile orders messing things up as per usual. Other than that, it's fast food, you get what you pay for.
We were so happy when Popeyes opened up one in San Dimas, didn’t have to trek all the to Asuza, although we didn’t mind at all. The first few months was great. Services, food and the place was nice to eat in. We went here just recently and the services seemed to go downhill. People at the counter was unfriendly. They looked annoyed when you ask for the condiments and or few extra napkins. The chicken pieces were hit and missed. Some pieces were dried. For side dishes, the mashed potatoes and gravy, the gravy is hardly there. Have to buy extra gravy if you want to have more mashed potatoes. Avoid this location if you can.

I try to steer clear of writing negative reviews, but this one takes the cake. The service here is consistently terrible, with very grumpy employees. The time for them to get your food out, even when the entire store and drive thru are empty is atrocious. The only reason I come here is for the T-Mobile deals and the prices. The only positive thing I can say is that the inside is spotless clean. Probably because nobody comes here.

They ran out of sandwiches but don’t have any sign while they have you waiting in a drive through line and then speak as if they are irritated when informing you they don’t have sandwiches as if you’re bothering them. I know it could of been a bad night or moment that was my experience
I know its a newer restaurant and there are growing pains. I got a chicken sandwich that the bun was super tough and the pickles were dried out. My guess was it was a sandwich sitting under a heat lamp too long. Hopefully the next visit will be better.
Staff was very unprofessional. They were much more concerned with their side conversations and way too many swear words. I heard about 4 f bombs coming from the kitchen and there was children present. You want to use those words on your own time that's a different story but you are on the clock without a care in the world back there and I can hear you from my table.
Advertised and menu posted fish sandwich, primary reason for visiting, was a NO SHOW AT TIME OF ORDERING. Counter service employee informed (poorly) that the fish sandwich was not available. I had just stood in line for 10 minutes, waiting to place my order for my family, watching the menu board display the fish sandwich, when I was told the fish sandwich was not available. This item was first on my list to order as it was for my disabled wife. I asked if it would be available within a few minutes, as I thought more needed to be prepared. The counter person was overwhelmed trying to answer my inquiry. Eventually calling over someone else who explained that it was a promotional item and no longer available. POPEYES, not a good place to put your service level and customer relations. BE GOOD TO YOUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS and at least post a sign on the menu board about discontinued "Promotional " items. Or, even better TAKE IT OFF the menu, with a small notice of no longer available. POPEYES, if you want to compete with the big boys, start acting like an adult. Don't get mad, we still love you.
Hard , dry chicken. Red beans and rice did not taste right. Left out the Mac & Cheese side from the chicken sandwich combo. My son was not happy. Order totaled over $63.00 for 16 pc., 1 combo and 2 sandwiches for the homeless man and his dog. Returning to the Glendora store now.
Way too slow. Food was bland. Come at your own risk.
The first time I tried this location, it was new to the neighborhood and they did better. Today, I went through the drive thru and did not get a receipt for my purchase, no utensils to eat my food, and a diet drink instead of a regular drink. A good thing I ask for a straw when I noticed a sign in the window. So out of my entire lunch, the 3 chicken tenders were good, but the rest I had to trash because there was no way to eat it and I dislike diet drinks.
Very good spicy ranch chicken sandwich their pickles are good so I always add extra pickle! I went here yesterday on June 1st 2022 had a mobile order for dine in the service was extremely slow and the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was very bland. Had to wait at the mobile order portion of the counter for 5 minutes before an employee asked me if I had a mobile order! I was very disappointed in the Buffalo ranch sauce on my chicken sandwich and I even asked for extra sauce it was nowhere near as spicy as the spicy chicken they serve! Slow service on my mobile order which was supposed to be ready at 8:30 and I didn't go into the store until 8:30 and my sandwich had not been prepared yet Got my drink cup found a table and still had to wait another 5 minutes till 8:40 to get my sandwich. The self-service drink machine is now in service to serve yourself! Overall from previous experiences at the store on Citrus avenue before this one opened in San Dimas this store only gets a two-star rating where the store on Citrus got a four-star rating there were plenty of employees behind the counter at least four of them so for this time of night with only three cars in the drive-thru there was no excuse for the slow service! I don't know how you can advertise a buffalo ranch sandwich and have it be so bland! Have the five piece meal so I could bring some home and was hoping to use my points for a large macaroni and cheese but it said they don't have it at that store in the online app! I went up and asked the manager on duty and she said Yes they do carry it but by that time it was after 9:00 and the online ordering shut down! So I will have to get it another day! Oh I forgot to mention they were out of the red beans and rice & this was at 8:45 p.m. and they're open till 10:00.
I go to this place solely because it’s close to where I live, but I think my order gets messed up maybe ~60% of the time. I’ve had to wait nearly every time I’ve gone to the store, no matter the hour. Just today I received the wrong drink, the wrong dessert, and didn’t get a biscuit. Not hating on the employees cause it’s clear this place is understaffed. Management, please do better. I think that if my order is wrong more often than not, then something needs to change at this store.
Popeyes has changed their menu, to compete with Wing Stop. That is not a good move. I ordered garlic parmesan, what I got was not a dry rub, but chicken swimming in sauce. They pour sauce in the bottom of the container, then pour more sauce on top of the wings, the skin of the chicken gets soggy. The taste was disgusting. I put the chicken in my air fry, that gave me a dry rub, it look a little more appetizing. I ended up wasting money, I threw 7 wings away. The spice level was too high for me. Popeyes stick to what you do best. Wing stop does wings thats there market. If Popeyes continues with this major change, I'll have to eliminate them as one of my favorite's
they have one of those ai chat bots answering here now.... it asked what sauce i wanted for my meal then charged me for it, after choosing a different option that it gave me... and they forgot to give me my drink and i didn't realize til i got home.
Food is great, but the service at this Popeyes is not reliable at all. Rather than tell us something is wrong with them or their establishment, they had a coworker, and I sit in there drive thru for 20 minutes before telling us that they can not serve us because their computers are down. That was 20 minutes of our 30-minute lunch. Luckily, in that same business center, there are multiple food establishments willing to take my money.
I love Popeyes. I go very frequently and have been to various franchise locations. This place looks beautiful and very clean. However, they must be using baby chickens or something. Tiniest pieces I’ve ever seen. And the chicken didn’t seem to be fried well. Even the gravy on the mashed potatoes seemed watered down. Compared to other locations, this place is way below par. I still love Popeyes, so 2 stars.
Location: good, Parking: Good, Service: Fine, Price for food received: normal. Overall first time at this location chain. It was pretty empty which was okay. Took a bit to get our order. My son was hoping for better as he tried the Cajun fries and felt they had lost something. I have had the chicken a few times and felt the spicy was okay but nothing different. Been there, done that...next...
For a new store, I was unimpressed. On my first visit I found the food OK, not served hot, just warm. Cane’s and Chik-Fil-A are better. I had the classic chicken sandwich. Many of the dining tables needed clean up. I would recommend going to the other “chicken” stores first.

Every time I order from here, something is always missing from my order and most of the workers seem like they're being bothered that you even ordered in the first place. Whenever I have a craving and the time, I prefer to drive to the Covina location because it's a much better experience. I hope these young kids know that serving, even at a fast food chain, can get you recruited for better jobs. Business owners notice your behavior--when you are doing a good job, you're accurate, consistent and pleasant. Hope the service gets better.
I made a mistake ordering online and ordered too much. Got to the store to try and cancel and they told me there was nothing that could be done so I was stuck with way too much chicken.

We ordered Grubhub delivery from this location last week (1 spicy chicken sandwich & 1 spicy chicken sandwich combo). They forgot the single chicken sandwich and luckily Grubhub refunded us. We gave this location the benefit of doubt and ordered again this week.. same order.. and they forgot the single sandwich again. So disappointed 😐
This location is a tragedy. Bunch of incompetent high schoolers working here. No one knows what they’re doing. Ive attempted coming here 3 times and each time they tell me they don’t have what’s on the menu. Long wait time whether you go in or through the drive thru. Also when ordering they can hardly hear me because of the loud traffic noise from the freeway. Terribly ran and won’t be coming back.
placed an order for delivery and they somehow missed my entire sandwich and side order of mac and cheese which you have to pay extra to get. tried calling but their phone rang busy for 45 minutes. $14 worth of food they just forgot to give i guess and they leave their phone off the hook so they can’t be called and complained about.
I tried to order some wings through Uber Eats but couldn’t find the option in the APP. I called the store, they told me to order 5 pieces tenders and promised me that they would make it 5 pieces wings. Waited for 40 mins and eventually still received tenders.
The food it's good, but service is horrible. Drive thru took 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. It's very hard to communicate with the person taking the order... noise from the freeway.... Make sure you don't pay with a $50 bill if ur order It's under $25... it's no signs letting u know about this.
Making order too long, not friendly and didn’t say sorry when forgot customer’s items. I had to drive 15 mins to turn back but they didn’t say sorry even though it is their fault
Waited 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES in the drive through. Order was wrong, didn't put any utensils or sauce I asked for in the bag, chicken was frozen inside the sandwich.
I would give no stars if I could. The customer service is horrible they are not helpful at all and the dining room is closed all the time. I heard they had cockroaches in the food and that’s why it was closed again. This restaurant is supposed to be in a “nice” area and it’s gross! Why did they open a new place if they couldn’t run it? Save ur money and energy and go to KFC across the lot instead.
Horrible place for real if your gonna order from here don't because I did my order told me wat time it'll be ready and wen I got there it wasn't ready told me to wait 10 minutes and still not ready I got to work n already my time for lunch was over so I couldn't have lunch horrible Popeyes
I spent like $45.00 on three cold combos. We even ate on our way home, in the car; and the fries, chicken, chicken tenders, and the chicken nugget combos were ice cold. The biscuits were cold, stale, and not like Popeyes is supposed to be. The fries were cold, and they had an after taste that sticks to the roof of your mouth. This one in San Dimas IS NOT IT bruh! AT ALL
I walked in and went straight to the cashier. I was the only one in line. The young girl who appeared to be the cashier glanced at me and ignored me and continue to fill some orders. I could see 5 to 6 employees. They all looked at me and ignored me. One walked by, and I asked her If anyone is working the cashier ? She looked at another girl ( the one I assumed was the cashier ), and she said it will be a second. The "Cashier" came up near me about 3 times and never acknowledged me. She just kept her back to me most of the time as she continued filling orders. 2 employees appeared to be doing nothing ? She could have stopped just for a second to acknowledge me, or quickly take my order. After what felt like forever, I angrily left. Thinking, I am never coming back ! I love Popeye's, but not that much !
Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches for my wife and I, absolutely horrible. Soggy cold buns, the chicken portions, one was shaped like a baseball, the other filled only half sandwich. I saw another rater attribute it to a new restaurant and growing pains, i guess i think differently, i would think quality control of their product at a new location would be a priority. My wife, her first time eating at Popeyes, said she will never return. Would have been better off going across the road to Mcdonald’s and getting their version of a spicy chicken sandwich which is also pretty bad.
Waited in drive through for 12 minutes to get to the order kiosk only to find a sign that said no chicken sandwiches and with no way out of the line we were stuck. General Manager Danny said the reason why the sign was not posted back at the start of the line was that they didn't want people to leave, they want people to order something else. Now I understand their poor rating...no need to visit this location ever again.
The service is insanely slow. Between me and the person in front of me in line, the person in front ordered, got their meal and finished it before my order was taken. No one was taking orders for a good 10 minutes and food was slow to get out
I ordered 2 blackend chicken sandwich's and they are inedible. They are so over cooked that you can't even bite through them. Check your food before you leave or just go somewhere else.
Dirty jacket left on counter while cooking, using personal cup to get water from soda fountain, and the man’s hands, at the window, were shaking so bad as if he needed a drink or something. That place is just nasty, am I will not be ordering from them again. Sad, bc I really like Poppye’s food.
I walked into Popeyes in San dimas on 05/07/23, it started of with the Manager turning his back on me( it was a slow day) then turned around 2 minutes later and said I'll ill be with you in a few minutes. The vibe of every worker in that place was like they went to a funeral. He finally turned around and said ya . Not may I take your order but ya. I gave my order no words took my money then turned away ( which is ok) later he put my order on the counter, no words walked away . There is nobody in this place . This particular location has always been a little short on customer service but this is ridiculous. Is this Popeyes idea of customer service?
San Dimas site - Waited 30 minutes in line due to employee only helping one customer at a time until they ordered and paid. Finally made it to the window to be told I'd have to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot for my order. Giving them the benefit to bring it to me, after 20 minutes I had to go to the door, which was locked, and knock and yell until I got their attention and they realized they forgot to complete my order. No apology was offered.!!!! No stars for this place. Obviously employee and manager training is needed.
Ok yes we did go here on Thanksgiving (2023) BUT their OPEN sign was still on so we went to the drive thru. Worker came over the loudspeaker and asked if we would like to try the apple pie. We said, "Yes 4 please". Then we proceeded to place the rest of our order. We were met with SILENCE. I called them and relayed to them if they got our order. The guy tells me that they are CLOSED. WHY WOULD YOU ASK ME WHAT I WANT IF YOU ARE CLOSED?!?! One would think that if you are CLOSED you would TURN OFF the OPEN sign. Get it together POPEYE'S crew or get better and smarter workers and managers.
Wish I read reviews before I stopped in. Ended up with the worst food posioning I've ever had. 2 days and I'm still sick. They need some supervision at this location...you need to know what your doing when preparing chicken.
Decided to tryout the new location but unfortunately just ended up waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no food. 5 minutes waiting by the speaker and nothing 10 more to reach the window. I tell the cashier what had happen and all he said we must seen you. And just told me to have good day. Didn’t even asked i would like to order. This location is not even officially open I believe and already has such a low star review rating.
They forgot an item, the food wasn't made properly. The guy in the drive thru taking my order and at the window sounded and looked like he was over it and didn't want to be there. The ice tasted like chicken. This is by far the worst I had from Popeyes.
They have the worst employees, they always get the order wrong. False advertising or employee just don’t accept the coupons. And the worst problem ever is that they never have APPLE PIES!! I Like the Pies so much . I am so disappointed in them. Popeyes has good chicken but they have bad employees, they need better employees. I want my money back. They need to look at this and make changes!
They ruined our dinner. Stayed for a long time and after more than 20 minutes we got a wrong order and when we ask, them to return back the money they took the food back and throw it away and all he did they mention that he’s new but they didn’t fix our problem.
My husband and I went through drive threw, I was looking forward to the mac an cheese and they were out then they were out of pies. The young man was very rude and said we are still out of pies! With such attitude like I was suppost to know that! We will not be going back. Oh drive thru took forever! Where is managment these people need training on what and how to do their job! There was 6 people and it 30 mins to get thru and there was only 4 cars in front of us!
We were trying to order in the drive through one of the combo promotions we saw in an ad. We wanted to ask about it, but they just assumed we were picking up an online order and told us to go to the window. It was the manager who then asked for our name and went inside to look for it. We were trying to explain that we haven't ordered anything. He proceeded to ask for the name again and wouldn't hear us telling him we hadn't ordered anything yet, and he was rude and giving us an attitude while going again to look for the an order that we hadn't placed yet. Then he said he couldn't find an order with that name. That's when we told him again we hadn't ordered anything and we were told to drive to the window when we were just asking about the promotion to order it. He finally started to hear us, but he was just plain rude. We just left without ordering anything. Awful customer service.
I received sour Red Beans and Rice. The minute I tasted them I knew they were spoiled, they also smelled bad too. The fish sandwich was old, like it had been sitting for awhile, the edges were hard, the bread was semi soggy. It wasn't fresh. I'm already experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. Also the attitude and behavior of the staff is so unprofessional. These people don't want to work, and I'm not paying them to serve me bad food...I'll take my business elsewhere
Let me start with, I've never eaten at a Popeyes before. Hands down, worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I was fine with waiting "5 minutes," for the chocolate beignets but, after closer to 15-20 minutes I walked in, and the boy who took my order, all of a sudden remembered my order. The entire crew moves slower than a snails pace and when approached by what I assumed was a manager, I asked for a refund. The refund alone took 10 MINUTES. I have wasted 30 minutes of my evening, with nothing to show for it, AND I have to wait 3-7 days for a refund. DON'T EAT HERE. Your chicken probably sat under a heat lamp for the minimum of 30 minutes. The crew is the slowest moving group of people I've ever seen. And the service was awful. If I could give no stars, I would.
I order a large mac & cheese for my little daughter and paid over eight dollars for it. They decided to give me mash potatoes instead since they didn’t have mac & cheese. I get home I found out that they gave me mashed potatoes instead of mac & cheese. I called the store. The manager tells me oh we are out of mac & cheese. Sorry. I drove back to the store for a refund. She said well since you order online you have to open the case online I don’t have your money. Worst experience ever never going back
I was so disappointed in this Popeyes today Went there to get the big box special when the lady rang up my order it came to 8 dollars and some change I asked how is 8 dollars when the the big box is 6:99 well your supposed to get a leg and a thigh and two sides so I ordered beans and rice and Mac and cheese they charge an additional.50 cents for the Mac and cheese so basically you only get 1 side with meal and I got 2 of the smallest drumsticks they could find so beware of this if you order the big box and want Mac and cheese… and also this false advertisement for this special 😡
What happened! Popeyes used to be pretty good. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Mac and cheese couldn't eat it. You know it's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, then reheated. It's just a solid mass of grease and dark orange cheese. Took the chicken out from the buns and ate the buns. Don't they have to abide by CA food Safety Reg's. Pie was cold. I will probably get food poisoning tonight. Major disappointment and ripped off. 👎👎🤢
I waited about 40 minutes in the drive thru for our food. When I pulled up to the window, they gave us the wrong order at first. After resolving that, they gave us our two chicken sandwiches and we unfortunately drove away. One was good, well-cooked, and had all the condiments. The other was just a piece of cold chicken on a bun...no mayo, pickles, etc. It shouldn't be that difficult of an order to get straight, especially when it's the staple item on the menu. Anyway, I can cook this better at home, and won't waste my time or money here again.
Received my order from door dash. Not happy! Ordered a bottle water when doordash arrived they said popeyes was out of water and decided to give me tap water and a iced tea with no sugar! On top of that fries are cold an old. On top of that no condiments. No ketchup, no honey nothing! Chicken really dry. Never again! Very unsatisfied. Decided to give them another try but went thru drive thru on 4-11-24 food was not cooked right. Repeatedly asked for fresh fries and they gave me lukewarm fries. Meat was not cooked all the way still see blood 🤮. Terrible manager didn't seem apologetic at all.
I’ve gone to this location 3 times now. The first time was great. The second time my drink was wrong and my side was NOT what I ordered and the chicken was like a folded over taco which wasn’t cooked well. The third time.. I ordered two chicken sandwich combos one with Mac the other with fries and an extra side of Mac and cheese. I received 1 chicken sandwich with coleslaw, a 2 piece chicken box and a box of chicken tenders?? This location is horrible and the people working are unbelievably rude.
This Popeyes location is losing business for not fixing their mobile orders through the app. It’s been about 6 months and they haven’t even tried fixing mobile ordering. I used to save so much money through the app and use my points but now I don’t even order Popeyes because the other locations are far from me.
The night staff here is the worst. They will lock the lobby doors 2 hours before they are supposed to because they don’t want anybody going inside, which makes it harder for people who have pick up orders and are trying to avoid the long drive thru lines. They usually mess up the orders as well and will tell you they are out of stuff if they don’t want to make it. The morning staff is much better.
I have given this place so many try’s and it lets me down more and more. I have come 4 times for the special ghost pepper wings and they claim they don’t get them while every store in the area does. When I have settled for other items they have either been completely incorrect. Spicy vs regular mixed, red beans instead of mashed potatoes, cold Mac and cheese ect. Not a single employee even cares that they aren’t making the orders correctly and will even get agitated when asked for the correct order
Food is sooo good but when I ordered it was not it had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food and it was not even packed with people so I wouldn’t consider getting Popeyes from here when ur in a rush
Manager Angie refused to honor the $6 special posted on the window. She went outside the restaurant and took down the sign and said she would not honor the $6 special.
As a delivery driver, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. When I arrived, I showed my order screen to a male server. He looked at it but didn’t respond, instead staying busy with other tasks and chatting with other servers. During this time, two more customers came in to pick up their orders, and their food was prepared quickly. Meanwhile, my order remained unattended. When I tried to ask, in my limited English, why my order was not ready, the male server gave me a disdainful look. To make things worse, I checked my phone and saw that the order had already exceeded the time limit. As delivery drivers, if an order is late, we risk complaints from both the platform and the customers, which can negatively affect our work. Our time is valuable too, but this restaurant completely disregarded that. This experience made me feel discriminated against, especially since it seemed my race and status as a delivery driver were the reasons for the unfair treatment. In the service industry, everyone deserves to be treated equally. I hope other customers realize the unfairness at this restaurant. I do not recommend dining or ordering from here.
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WORKERS COULDN'T CARE IF YOU'RE WAITING AT THE REGISTER. AFTER STANDING THERE FOR 10 MINUTES WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE MY ORDER I JUST WALKED OUT. WHOEVER OWNS THIS POPEYES NEEDS TO BE FIRED. HQ WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS!!
I was really looking forward to the chicken wraps and I was VERY disappointed. The food was cold, couldn't get my order correctly, and you would think the pace would be more attentive considering it's fast food. No motivation coming from the young manager.
Terrible experience. I placed an order at 8:39pm, I already said my name to the speaker by 8:49 we get to the window and they say it's not ready and to pull to the front and they will bring it out after about 15 minutes of seeing cars come and go I go inside and they tell me they're out of the Mac n cheese, rice and beans and Cajun rice. I choose replacements and all my food they gave us is cold! It's not even fresh!! I waited almost an hour for cold food and poor communication! When were they going to tell us they were out of most of our sides?? Did they serve other cars or sides?? Terrible service.
There was a hair in meal 🤢 This was my second time eating here and it was a miss again. The chicken is never fresh or crispy :( Took long for them to prepare my online pick up order. It wasn’t busy and the chicken was already made, all they had to do was put it in the bag Definitely don’t recommend!! 👎👎
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have gone several times and each time they seemed very scattered and would forget several items that I would have to remind them. Tonight was by far the worst experience and I usually don’t put anything but I am fuming. I went through the drive through and there one no else in the drive thru or even inside eating. The guy who started taking my order was very rude and would not let me complete a sentence for my order before asking me what next. I have to repeat myself several times because he was not listening and pushy. I ordered two large meals.. large chicken sandwich meal and large 12 piece combo meal… pull to the window and what looks like the person in charge of the store that night was taking payment and repeating orders to customers. We gave her to payment and she handed up one drink and the food and said have a good night. I had to tell her she forgot another drink and the sauces. She aggressively handed the drink where my husband almost dropped it and the sauces were thrown in his hands. I get home and start handing it out… we ordered two large meals… so why did I get a handful of fries thrown in a bag and a handful of fries thrown in the nugget box? The large fries come in it’s own box! I never complain, I never call… but I was just done at this point. I called the restaurant and spoke to a woman who was the supervisor and when I explained everything and how appalled I was at the service and paying as much as I did for so little. I couldn’t go back and to be honest wouldn’t trust anything coming out of that kitchen at this point. Her response to me was “What do you want?” I couldn’t believe she had the nerve to say that. I said, “How can you talk to a customer like that? You’re in the wrong!” Again she says, “Okay what do you want?” I have worked in the restaurant industry for 20+ years and am currently a manager at a restaurant, and if ANY of my employees talked to ANY customer the way these people did, they would be gone. If ANYONE treated ANY customer this way, they would be out the door. This place just opened and is already going downhill. They need to change their entire staff because they are driving people away. I contacted corporate and the DM and waited for a response in the next two days otherwise I’m going to go higher up and make it worse. reference pictures for the food.
LONG WAIT TIME, EVEN FOR ONLINE ORDER This is the second time I had ordered from this location via the app with the order option set to “soon”. The order was placed around 11:43 so give or take 30-45 minutes before possible lunch rush. When I walked in, there was one other person placing an order and another person waiting on their food. The staff said that they were still waiting on the chicken, saying that there is no original chicken. I finally got my food around 12:18 and within the 35 minutes, about 6-8 more people had walked in and one other person who had placed an online order. I do not think the cook time for chicken should last 30 or so minutes and I do not think they should have even been out of chicken. Photo below shows when the order was placed and the time I got into my vehicle. It’s likely faster to just order from the KFC beside it.

Purchased a sandwich about 30 mins ago from the drive thru. Opened it up to find it had several bite marks on it. When I called, the manager nicely offered to give me a couple free sandwiches. Please pay your employees more or something.
get rid of AI at the drive-thru. never understands anything you say. I literally avoid going to this location because it's not worth the hassle of repeating my order 6 times, and a person having to take over anyway.
I went to this store because it was close to my home. I went in and tried to order a 20 piece family meal and was told that I would have to order it online catering.i said I've ordered in store before many times she said no with a smug attitude you can order a 16 piece meal. I said ok how much is a 16 piece meal she said 52 dollars I said 52 dollars she said yeap I asked to speak to a manager she said I am the manager I said what is your cooperate number she said I don't know you have to go online. I drove out of my way and went to the upland store and ordered a 20 piece family meal for 54 dollars and some change. This person slim Latina with a first initial b. Should be fired for treating me the way she did it was horrible experience and I will never go to that Popeyes again.
I went in to use my app for the three-piece for $8.24. I gave my phone to the attendant she asked do you want to use this I said yes please. She took the number from my phone. However she charged me Over $13. Later when I looked at the bill and questioned her she said that's in online app you can't use it in the store I gave you a little bit of a discount. why am I supposed to bring this to you? And why if I was supposed to order it online did you not tell me that? She was extremely aggressive. So much so that the people behind me in line to order said they thought that that was extremely deceptive and they would not eat in a place that treat a customers like that. Why am I supposed to take my phone with the code to them to reduce the meal if it's something I was supposed to order online. Second time it's happened in the San dimas location.
Ordered 3 piece of original chickens on app for pick up, came with 3 old stale spicy chickens, I even asked the employee everything fresh and correct right? He gave the attitude face and answered yes. Not coming back forsure.
AI drive-thru voice. It ALSO got my order wrong. Got to the window, the employee said "you didn't ask for that." YES I did, but this unneccessary technology that companies are forcing on us just sucks. Will not be coming back here again, easy.
