Then I ordered a 20-peso skirt steak taco, and it had very little meat and was in small pieces. Skirt steak is not served like that. They charge extra to add arrachera (skirt steak) to a mixed grill, and the final dish only had three pieces of arrachera; the rest was chorizo ​​and oil.
