Avis sur Chacho Sushi San Francisco
I usually don’t write reviews, especially when I’m not sure about a restaurant’s consistency, but this place absolutely deserves it. The sushi here is phenomenal—I’ve had sushi in my home country, in San Francisco, and even at high-end Omakase restaurants, but the rolls here, especially the Warriors Roll, are honestly the best I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered sushi from this place, and I’ve even recommended it to my roommate. The service is just as amazing as the food. The staff are attentive and genuinely kind—when I mentioned I didn’t want ice water, they immediately brought me a warm glass of water, which really made me feel cared for. This is hands down one of the best sushi experiences I’ve ever had. Super, super delicious! Strongly recommend, especially the Warriors Roll!
The fresh fish was delish! Sushi was also well above expectations:) Service was quick, friendly and informative. We wish this was our local Japanese restaurant.
Excellent for the price. Service was top notch! Great sake selection.
The best sushi we've ever had! Fast and delicious! A very clean environment which makes eating much more comfortable. Something important to add is that they have a large menu which gives you many delicious options. We also had delicious tonkatsu ramen! We will definitely be back soon!
The environment is good! I am surprised that there wasn’t a lot of people during dinner time. They have really generous happy hour and oyster is nice and fresh :)! I will comeback for the oysters!
Picked this up for take out while in town. Order was ready within 15 minutes of placing it. Restaurant looked very clean inside and had a peaceful atmosphere when I went in to pick up. The food was delicious! The salmon avocado roll tasted so fresh. The chicken fried rice was also packed with flavor.
Quick service, at the moment free drinks, fish is fresh and food design is appealing to the eye. Affordable and overall delicious and filling! A great experience and would recommend. A good alternative to Mexican food in the mission Sf.
Hidden gem in the Mission Terrace! Walking distance from our place. Amazing sushi and server was great too. We had the Monster roll and the bento box. Both were really good! Lunch menu is the way to go. We got free drinks too during grand opening :)
“I recently visited Chacho, and it was an absolute delight! The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The variety on the menu catered to both classic sushi lovers and those looking for unique, creative rolls. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable, adding to the overall wonderful dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy yet elegant, making it perfect for any occasion. I can confidently say this is one of the best sushi spots I’ve been to, and I can’t wait to come back again soon!”
This place is a bit pricier than other ayce sushi I’ve been to in California. They don’t have a lot of selections, but they have u limited sake. I don’t drink alcohol, so it’s not an advantage. The sushi quality was good. The service was quick. We were there on Monday night for dinner. The restaurant is small. Parking is street parking.
Chacho Sushi is a must visit! We ended up here by chance but sometimes good food finds you, not the other way around. We got the deluxe lunch special boxes and were not disappointed. Every single item was delicious, especially the sashimi. This place is new and definitely worth checking out. We will be back for sure!
Best sushi place I have tried in SF. We tried Monster and Mijouri. Loved the freshness of the food and quantity as well as the carefully crafted presentation. Highly recommend.
Amazing quality food and service! They seem to have new management because they don't do all you can eat anymore. Service on this Tuesday was really great! Super fresh fish. Salmon sashimi so good. UNi was yummy. Happy hour prices 30% off from 5-8pm!
Everything we got was so good!
Great rolls and sashimi. Very clean. They are doing 1 free drink for dine in right now, which is nice.
This place is amazing! The service was friendly and prompt and this was some of the best sushi and ramen I’ve had in a long time! Thanks for a wonderful lunch!
Free hot sake for the grand opening, attentive server with great recommendations, stylish furniture, rustic tableware, fresh ingredients, beautiful sushi, inventive appetizers, rich flavor. This place deserves to be packed at all times. They could add a cozy nook for extra ambiance. Overall super impressed

This place is a hidden gem. I have been to this place today with my husband. The place is very welcoming with nice staffs, neat and clean restrooms, and great ambiance . I have no words to describe their food. We tried their sushi rolls, ramen, and fried rice, all of them were mouthwatering. I will definitely visit this place again, my stomach feels so good after today’s dinner. Additionally, my husband is lactose intolerant and this place has multiple lactose free options. All together, I can’t thank them enough for making my day!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Awesome presentation great tasting food, good size portions, and very reasonably priced.
Everything we got was so good!
💖 Chacho Sushi on Excelsior is a hidden gem! 😊 We were craving sushi and glad we didn't have to venture far on a rainy day. Had been to this spot before under different ownership, but decided to give it another shot. BIG WIN! 🤩 Miso soup was on point, salmon dinner plate was fresh, rolls and curry chicken were 🔥, and mochi was perfection. Service was top-notch too! 👌🏼 If you're in the Mission, def give 'em a try 😋
Amazing food and at an affordable price! The ambiance is great too! Well worth the time and money to go here. 10/10 would recommend

The server informed this place reopened 2 months ago. Attentive staff, clean restaurant, nice atmosphere, has options from affordable to the upper end. Options for DF and GF as most Japanese food does. The sushi was fresh and delicious and beautifully plated with an orchid flower. Great value for most combination plates with an average price $16. They also have weekday lunch specials and creative sushi burritos. Support small businesses by patronizing this lovely spot. I would like to return to try some of their other dishes. We started off with the salmon avocado roll, split the regular Sashimi plate, and split a combo Salmon Teriyaki tempura combo with salad and miso soup.

I had the bento box with beef teriyaki. The included tempura wasn't bad, but not as light and airy as higher quality, more expensive places I've been. The also included four pieces of sashimi were quite good cuts and fresh! I would recommend the sushi over anything else on the menu. They have a large selection of sushi rolls including the omnipresent "dragon roll" which looked delicious!
