Passing by and stopped for a quick grab. It was small with no seats. Not too long wait. Ordered 2 chicken and one was super small wing. Staffs were nice but too busy to help out.

Right in the middle of Tenderloin, this KFC stands welcoming customers of all kinds. The food is consistent with KFC standards, but the people can be a bit shady.

They get you in and out quickly and are pleasant, which is really all that matters in fast food. Can't help but laugh at the reviewers who are afraid of homeless people though. I'm a woman in my 20s and usually walk there around 10pm after work whenever I do go, and I can promise you the only people who harrass me are men in their cars who are very obviously NOT homeless, and instead appear to try to pray on people who potentially are, given that they are driving around the Tenderloin looking for girls, of all places. It's obvious these reviewers lack empathy to such an extreme that they fail to see people less privileged than them as rapid animals rather than actual people. And God forbid those homeless people be addicts.

The food was really nice and the service received was great. Security at the door, too. Unfortunately the location is a let down and it’s pretty rough in this area. We didn’t have any hassle all the same. There is no sitting down area in this KFC. Takeaway only.

Fianlly back to this KFC joint after 7 years, definitely better renovated now. Still as many local dramas. Can't dine in at the moment though. . There is no dining in at this location. It's a grab and go . Other than that. I've always have had good ,fast, friendly service.

First off let me start by saying that we can all agree this isnt the best area. Literal poop on the ground, smells like bad b.o. Second, I ordered maybe a bout a week ago and while eating I felt something metallic. COME TO FIND THERES A LONG PIECE OF FOIL LITERALLY COOKED INTO THE CHICKEN! I’ve tried reaching out Via Online communication as well as phone call and was told they couldn’t help me with my “dissatisfaction”. So now I’m stuck disputing the charge with my bank. Even if it was only $15 it’s principle, dont feed your customers tainted food.

I had to ask to customize the sides otherwise it would have been randomly picked for me. It seems like this place used to be important in the past and now the attendance has changed and this KFC has become a ghost town. Don't go there unless you really really want a KFC, or don't go there at all.

Ordered via DoorDash. They didn’t send my full order, the biscuit had weird coloring on it and the fries arrived cold.
