A gluten free haven! Most items are GF as-is (please know that the restaurantis not 100% gluten free). I've been here multiple times now; the food is always flavorful and piping hot. My favorite has been the orange chicken, and the sesame and General Tso's is delicious too. My non-GF guests did not know it was GF either! My new favorite spot in the city
Such a delicious find!! The chicken was amazingly crispy with perfect sauce. And the beans are to die for! Crispy saucy flavorful. I can’t wait to be back!
We did a small catering order for Teacher Appreciation Week - two appetizer platters and one vegetarian chow mein. Tiffany was amazing to work with, very responsive and accommodating. The Lazy Susan food was the highlight of our spread that day and went the fastest! They gave us fortune cookies and plenty of sauces to go with, and even gave us little food labels. We're super grateful to the whole team for their help with our order and hope to work with them again for future events (not to mention future family dinners!)
We ordered from here for the first time and Lazy Susan did not disappoint! Portions are generous and they do not skimp on the various proteins in each dish. We ordered the Kung Pao chicken (awesome), orange chicken (great), sauteed string beans (great flavor), garlic broccoli (delicious), veggie chow mein (excellent), prawn honey walnut special (good), and the veggie potstickers (nice bite, 5 in an order). The fortune cookies are a nice touch at the end (come in 3 different flavors) but the lack of a traditional fortune was a bummer (see photo below). Overall, great taste, value and menu variety! Can't wait to try more items next time!

The orange chicken is probably the best I have had. The orange zest gives it a strong marmalade aspect, and the breading is crispy under the sauce. The peppers add a welcome heat (are those Serranos?). The pepper steak is delicious. The sauce is a little syrupy, but bold and flavorful, with a finish that is lightly sweetened. The steak chunks are nicely chewy and tender. The fried rice was fine. Lots of things in it, but not very flavorful. The green beans are wonderful.
The food here is extremely good. So far I only tried a few dishes but I highly recommend the sesame chicken and orange chicken. Mongolian beef is a bit lack luster and mostly just onions and the sweet and sour soup is a bit weird from what you might expect but still decent. I hope to try more of their offerings in the future. They usually operate as a take out place so there's only 3 tables but I noticed the portions are bigger for dine in.
At first, we gave Lazy Susan a 1 star review due to the bad customer service by one of the staff. Tiffany called me right after I wrote the review and sorted out the issue. She was extremely helpful and kind. Exactly what good customer service should be. Food was excellent. Thank you Tiffany for your hard work and excellence! Extremely bad customer service. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone should be reprimanded. I feel for workers on working on Christmas Day and holidays but it doesn’t mean you should do your job improperly. We ordered Chinese food from here and my daughters boyfriend picked it up. They did not offer chopsticks or soy sauce like the man on the phone said they were supposed to so when he got home with the food there was no soy sauce or chopsticks. We assumed the condiments and utensils would simply be in the bag like every Chinese restaurant does because that is the standard for Chinese food. The gentleman I spoke on the phone with was extremely rude and hung up mid conversation when I was explaining why I was upset about this. Completely incompetent and rude.

I’m not too sure about this place. Maybe I ordered the wrong dishes. I tried the chowmein and didn’t really enjoy it. I wanted some more bold flavors. The pot stickers were good though!
I enjoyed the food that I got delivered from here. This place makes an alright Sesame and General Tso’s Chicken, though the Sesame Chicken is very ginger-y
Really good Orange Chicken. The crispy spring rolls were way overpriced and not good at $9 ~ overall a great spot

Great order experience and presentation! The chicken fried rice and beef chow mein were good, loved the fresh ingredients. The orange chicken was dry for our taste and the seasoning a little off. We found it all a little underwhelming compared to other comparable SF restaurants.

A great attempt at American Chinese food, especially in west portal but needs improvement in my opinion. Food is a bit salty, and they clearly skimped on the beef for the black pepper beef. For example, it was 95% bell peppers, 5% beef. Sauces had potential, so they just need to work on their ratios. Mapo Tofu was decent

Where’s the beef?!? The food was okay, but they gave me a whole onion and a little amount of beef. Not worth it to me if you are going to cut corners! Overall the service was really great and they checked in throughout my meal, but not an ideal restaurant to dine in because they only have 4 tables. The food was freshly made, but they cut back on the meat and gave me a lot of onion. I didn’t eat half of it because it was onions. Maybe the vegetarian opts are better. I saw another review that they also didn’t give them good meat portions. Avoid and go to another place that gives you a decent portion of protein!

Really underwhelming American style Chinese food. My friend recommended this place to me. My friend has no clue what good Chinese food is. Food tasted precooked and simply reheated, not fresh at all. The kind of poor taste that you know immediately that you will never eat there again. Crab Rangoon appetizer could only taste cream cheese, no crab taste whatsoever, not fresh at all. General Tso's Chicken was not good, tasted old and soggy, not fresh at all. Save your money, don't eat here

This is the most randomly put together food I have ever had. It is definitely not Chinese food.
Ordered via toast which was delivered by door dash (never doing this again). My order arrived 90 mins later. Everything was cold. I think the main ingredient in their Mongolian beef is onion. The mapo tofu was too salty. The only flavor I can taste is fermented black beans. Also could not find the impossible meat in the dish. The fried rice was packed in a small container. It's the opposite of fluffy. I guess that's normal here in the US. I've ordered several times from Lazy Susan. It's never been this bad. Never ordering again. I guess Susan got lazy?
I was going to write this review yesterday but I got super sick from their food. We went to this restaurant on Friday evening, our first intention was to go to another Chinese restaurant but it was closed so my son looked up in Google and found this one close by. My wife order wonton soup and it was very cold, full of mushrooms (something that I never see in real wonton soup), very dark in color no taste at all and the wontons were tiny almost not meat inside, the portion was very small nothing compare to a real Chinese restaurant; she order crab Rangoon too but no crab at all only cheese and taste like imitation because no taste, they didn't serve it with any dipping sauce at least it will give some flavor (my son eat it and he spit in in a napkin). My son order the Mongolian beef it was soso but no like Chinese food, he had an order of jazmine rice too and it was ok. (you don't need science to cook white rice); I order beef and broccoli and it was disgusting, too much sauce like soy sauce and lots and pieces of ginger, big pieces of onions (I never had onions in beef and broccoli), the meat was very thin and somehow taste maybe because it was overload with soy sauce but it was definitely what make me so sick, I was feeling very full and tired after I eat this so the next day I started with a head ache and nausea I vomited pieces of the meat and I got all the awful taste of this plate on my mouth, I threw up like four times it was horrible, I ordered combination fried rice and it was ok. but certainly it is not worth the $88+ I paid. We like to try different restaurants, and definitely this one won't be in our list no more but is very sad that some restaurants advertise Chinese food and cook totally diferent than it.
Amazingly BAD, how does this place stay open in West Portal? We ordered for pickup and we’re there in 15 minutes to get it. A short drive home and every dish was cold, honestly barely warm. Even the rice! The orange chicken was old and hard, no way they made this to order. Probably didn’t even make it that same day. Panda is way better. I hate Panda. This was the worst $50 we have spent on Chinese food ever.
Placed a catering order well over a day in advance, they acknowledged and accepted the order, then cancelled without explanation 5 minutes before the delivery time. Talked to the restaurant and all they said was “We won’t make the food.” Left us with an event full of people and no food at the very last minute. Deeply disappointing and unprofessional.
To much slow work not good waiting time 1 our My order was scheduled for pick up at 6:06, but I waited about an hour to get it, and picked it up at 6:51. This lateness should never happen at any restaurant.
