I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was good but small. I was hungry an hour later. Parking can be hard to find. But the area around that place is a nice area.

Food is really good! Service, is not perfect, but I can understand because people can be rude for no reason. They get a ton of food delivery orders, which is also great! However, they will not let you use the bathroom IF you are not a customer. I get that, but what if you happen to be working for a food delivery service and you're picking up for their customer?? 🤔 Nevertheless, I will continue to recommend them because they're food is always consistent and honestly, their service is really good!!

Awhile ago I gave this Shake Shack a 1-Star review, but that was during Covid times. I found my way back as I was in the neighborhood and needed somewhere quick for lunch. I’m happy to report that the service this time around was so much better and much more efficient than before. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so it made for a peaceful lunch as well. Food was on point, though my Shackburger had way too much of its special sauce lathered on it and the meat was on the saltier side than I’m used to. All-in-all, a much better experience!

Food hot as could be because we ate outside in make shift shelters with a small heater above our heads, in the rain. Tables were sticky. Ordered with kiosks. Staff were nice. They chose to only have “take out” due to the vaccine mandate. Food took about 30 minutes. Was a bit long. But worth the wait. Hence 4 stars.

I have been here twice, so this rating is for the second time. I went at 11:20 am on a Wednesday one month after opening. I had no line for ordering and waited 10 minutes for food. The staff is working hard to improve and even took the time to recite my order before I picked it up. This is a huge improvement from my first visit, which was one week after opening on Wednesday at 8 pm. I waited 15 minutes for my online order pick up after showing the staff the "your order is ready" message on my phone. But I was grateful because everyone else was waiting for at least 30-40 minutes for their food. Right now the online order is not available for this location so the store is focused on streamlining its operations. The crust on the burger was much better the second time than the first visit. Crinkle fries consistently tasty and the main reason why I visited. The toppings on the Chicago style hot dog were tasty but at the forefront. Maybe it needed a second frank to balance it out. Next time I will try a plain one with cheese added to see if it fixes my hot dog craving.

First time at Shake Shack. Not sure what the hype is all about. It took 35 minutes between placing the order and getting my Avocado Bacon Burger. I get that it gets cooked fresh but I have eaten in sit-down restaurants that bring their freshly cooked food out quicker... It was delivered to the table with a smile and asking if I needed any condiments. A+ on that. Taste was just OK. Bacon piece was too small to be considered an Bacon Burger Fries were better than other fast food places but I prefer the ones from "the guys that have fries in their name". I may try their chicken sandwich as that one looked very tasty.

The food is good but compared to other shacks this one needs better service. Gluten free food mixed on the same tray as gluten containing foods. No napkins. I think they can just do better. Less chat, more concentration.

The burgers are ok. Wish they had a little crunch in them (like fresh onions, or lettuce that wasn’t wilted) it felt a little mushy. Fries were ok as well.

Price was like habit burger, size was like in-n-out, quality was like MC Donald! Do not recommend it at all! Though the staff were nice and helpful.

Expensive! The burger is OK, but not as juicy as the burgers from Super Duper. Don't order their chicken pieces. You will regret it. The 2 stars are for the coffee shake. Like it had strong coffee taste. Hate the paper straw.

That employee you see in the photo aggressively ordered us to throw away our trash after we finished eating, and the whole staff laughed. I asked them what they found so funny, and the Spanish-speaking guy said I had a problem with her aggressively treating customers badly. Honestly, terrible service. And the girl in the photo followed us outside, threatening to call her brother. Please be careful with the staff you hire. People who don't like their jobs and treat customers badly. Very unhappy people.

The attitude was extremely poor. I asked the black guy at around 5 p.m. for the toilet password. He replied flippantly without even looking at me, and the password he gave didn't work. I wouldn't want to ask again at all. The seemingly delicious burgers, fries, and drinks also became unappetizing. Bad review! I definitely won't come again.

Ordered in. Got my table #. Sat down to wait. Got a text saying my order was ready and they would bring it to me. Zoned out on my phone- 7 min later I walk to the counter. My food is sitting there getting cold. No other orders. 3 workers doing nothing. I asked the purpose of the number. She said there was only 1 person at the counter so they couldn’t deliver it to deter theft? Mind you, she and the other employee were gabbing away with two customers? while my food sat there. HORRIBLE gen Z lack of concern. No apology. Just attitude. No where or no one told me this was going to happen. Change your kiosk to mention this. And other orders were delivered while mine sat there. What a joke. Another place to never visit again. Service is lost on the younger generations.

A very bad experience, not culinary, but human. My 10-year-old son wanted to use the restroom, but the men's restroom was closed, and since he was in a hurry, we tried to use the women's restroom. What a serious mistake on the part of manager D. They were extremely aggressive towards us and denied access to the restroom to my son (I repeat, 10 years old), who was in the wrong place. He made very unpleasant remarks towards us. And almost chased us away. Too bad, we won't be back. Too bad for this brand to consider its customers so little. How can such a famous brand not have a men's restroom!!! Moreover, don't hygiene regulations require that we wash our hands before eating? In short, disappointing from a franchise I used to love. So we paid $120 in total and we couldn't even access something as basic as a toilet!!!!
