This tea place deserves much higher ratings! I am a tea geek and normally drink pure tea, and I really enjoyed their boba tea as well because the fragrance is from natural tea leaves and NOT the artificial flavors! Its tea is obviously better than the other places in Chinatown. The staffs are super nice and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

One of my favorite boba places in ctown!! We ordered the Black Tiger Latte and Matcha Tiger Latte with Puff Cream and Boba. Please try their puff cream!!! It's so good!!! Staff has always been very nice and I've been coming to this place for the past 5 years. The boba/milk tea are still very good and I just love the decors (i love the plants and little prints!) and seating inside. It may not look huge in the front but there are so many seatings in the back. I've hung out with my friends here a couple of times and I'm glad that they gave a bathroom available for customers. I've seen a couple of peeps do their work here and I'd love to do it here someday too!!

Strongest and most flavorful milk tea you will have. Tea flavor really shines through compared to 95% of other boba shops. They take pride in their drinks and it really shows. Worth making a trip for, especially since they are still very affordable! $3.95 drink before toppings, that really can't be beat in the city any more. Recommend the Assam milk tea.

I’ve gone to many boba places in and around SF, and this place is, hands down, the best boba I’ve ever had!! The matcha green tea with red bean and milk foam is my very favorite. I’d highly recommend. There’s many options and you can customize your order

Highly recommend this place, great service, great drinks, lovely building. Definitely a highlight of our trip to San Francisco.

Atmosphere is lovely in here, it’s an internet café with a casual vibe. It would be a great place to go hang out with friends or on a date. The workers are very polite and my tea was available very quickly. I had the Cherry Blossom Green Milk Tea with boba. It wasn’t too sweet and I didn’t taste a lot of cherry blossom flavor, it was more like just milk and green tea—however, the boba was cooked well and the tea itself was a decent size, so I think I will come back and try a different flavor.

I have A1 Assam Mike Tea & A2 Royal Celyon Milk Tea both have great tea taste. With added Boba, 50% sweet, and less ice are the best combination for me. Boba is a perfect (Q) chewy texture. This is definitely one of the better Boba drink shops in the area 🔥🔥🔥

Drinks here tasted... interesting. Very different from other boba tea shops. By that I mean slightly weird, but not entirely in a bad way. For instance the osmanthus oolong had a strong osmanthus fragrance, but I think it would taste better without milk (their house formula apparently has soy milk in it). The kumquat lemon tonic was refreshing but the yogurt balls made sips with them taste almost like yakult. Would return to try other items on the menu next time as an inventive place is better than a boring one. Note also that prices on menu are pre-tax, works out to be ~$4 after.

Went in after sniffing strong tea smell from the street. Ordered their assam milk tea and everything was pretty decent except for the bubbles. The tapioca had a good chewiness to it but was blander than water. Would not go out of my way to buy boba tea here.

It just wasn’t very good. Thai tea tasted mostly like milk and the boba was quite nearly crunchy. Probably won’t return.
