For me - 'out-of-...continent'er - this was the absolute bagel perfection! Flying home today, didn't want to leave the US without having had a bagel. So, God placed this shop 1' away and sent a coworker to show me the right path. And there they all were - salty, sweet, with all possible add-ons - just waiting to please and make my day (yours, too, btw!). Which mine did. Great staff, friendly, fast! THANKS! Pls, expand, extra-continentally!

I grab breakfast from this place every time I'm in town - there's nothing overly special about it, but it has a good menu of breakfast bagels and they're fantastic every time. It seems pretty popular too, there's almost always a line.

I just moved to the Bay Area from the East Coast. This is probably the closest thing I’ve had to a NYC bagel outside of NYC. The staff is amazing and the chocolate croissant is so delicious. 10/10 for me!

I showed up at 6:30 am with a order for 15 people and they were extremely accomodating to make sure my clients were well fed at my breakfast and learn. I ordered primarily their breakfast bagels with egg, cheese and sausage or bacon. They also served the coffee in a box. Everything was ready to go at 7 am with a smile. It was so good I came back the next morning and had their creme and fruit filled pastries and a strawberry cream cheese bagel. It is very close to the Hotel Via and Giants Stadium on Townsend.

Loved it. Here visiting. Needed a good bagel before my haircut 3 office spaces down. Staff is friendly. It’s got a chill vibe. Food was perfect.

This is the best NYC Bagel I have found, on this side of SF, since moving back home. They make a bomb bagel.Glad they are in our neighborhood.

I usually don't give bad reviews but the current 4 star average rating is absolutely incorrect. I should've known the first warning sign being that on a usually bustling weekend morning in SOMA there was nobody there and they looked surprised I walked in. The bagel sandwich was okay, not much flavor or that hot baked freshness. There wasn't even real cream or milk for coffee. The cases are empty and the bagels look sad in the lower display case. And I was charged the same inflated price as everywhere else that does it better. Wanted to dine in and enjoy but the vibe is very off. I'll try one more time but temper your expectations.

T And the food however is just so so. I got an everything bagel with tuna salad on it, the tuna salad just didn’t really have much of a taste… And really just didn’t have much tuna salad on a bagel. It had other veggies on it to which were decent but it was just a weird taste. I also got the everything bagel with egg and cheese, and they just didn’t put any salt on the eggs which do you think would’ve been OK with the cheese, in terms of salt content, but it just tasted like nothing. The everything bagels themselves were just too chewy.

The sandwiches are decent, my only complaint is the use of microwaves to heat up meats and cheeses. The price is a little expensive for what they give you. Staff is quiet, but never rude. The food comes out pretty quick, but it's always a grab and go due to no where to sit.

Today they randomly attempted to charge me 3 dollars for a small side of jelly and said it’s the same price as cream cheese and charged for cream cheese because there wasn’t a button for jelly. Hmm, I wonder why? Thought I found my new breakfast spot but if I’m going to be randomly up charged for no reason I’ll take my money elsewhere.
