This place is delicious! I mean, the food is delicious! Service was great. It has a classy feel to it. They don't allow minors in after 8 p.m. because that's when it's grown up time. They have hand sanitizer on every table. Bathroom was clean. Security checks ID at the door. And I'm enjoying my adult eggnog Ray faboulsy made!!

We went on a Saturday night after dinner. There was a wait for a table outside (we could have gone inside, tables were first come first served). The cocktails were fun and packed a punch! They had a variety of options for sweet/fruity or spirit forward. The drinks were $15 each. The cobbler dessert was delicious. Seriously, so so good. Warm and gooey and delicious.

First time here since the pandemic. They built a wood ship structure for customers to sip and dine outside at tables. It’s quite creative and fun. They had a band playing above the space from the garage, so there’s live music, but with added space between customers for potential virus transmission safety (a good thing). It was quite cold outside, but they do have heat lamps. Don’t forget your ID. You show the security person your ID and they take your temperature before seating you. There’s a QR code at the table so you can view the drink and food menu. Order with your waiter/ress. The Louisville Slugger Milk Punch was so delicious! Not too strong and good balance of flavors in this cocktail :)

Happy hour from 4-7pm. Came on Tuesday around 6PM. A lot of space at the bar. At least 4 tables available. Great food, good selection for happy hour drink. A little loud but not enough to shout.

If you are looking for a place to relax after a long day (or week) and want a variety of drinks, liquors, plus good service & quality food (outside the typical bar food/snacks), This should be one of your first options. You will return to this place with a menu of simple (but delicious and refreshing) drinks, a decent selection of beers on tap, and good music.

0/10 place!!! A man was actively assaulting a woman who was clearly over served and was sleeping at the bar. She was incoherent and pushing a man away who was assaulting her: trying to kiss her as she continued to push him away, trying to touch and kiss her while SHE WAS SLEEPING. Security did NOTHING at first. The second time they were notified that she was sleeping, they chose to kick them BOTH OUT! She could have been followed, raped, and/or killed because instead of ensuring her safety or asking if she needed help, they chose to throw them out at the same time and the man lingered by her as she cried outside and waited for an uber. TERRIBLE SECURITY. I HOPE YOU REVIEW HOW YOU AND YOUR STAFF HANDLE THESE SITUATIONS! WOMEN DESERVE SAFETY ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE’S DESIGNATED SECURITY MEANT TO STOP SITUATIONS LIKE THIS.

*Security guard laid his hands on me* Been going here for years and love the holiday decorations. However, this is the first time I’m leaving a review because of how I was treated. I’m sure the security guard will have a different version that paints him in a good light while I’m the ogre. I was kicked out for taking napkins to use. The same napkins that are on the bar when you need them. Apparently to the security guard you need permission to grab them. Told him in a neutral voice that I needed napkins. By talking back, apparently that was considered “giving him attitude”. He then followed me to my table and shoved me and kicked me out. The security guards outside were actually incredibly nice and apologized to me. However I do not appreciate the inside security guards laying his hands on me when I gave no attitude and didn’t resist anything. I’ve never been kicked out a bar but I’d give the service a 0 purely for that guard. The worst part of this is he went to my friends table and blatantly lied saying I walked behind the bar and stole a bunch of napkins. I took 2 napkins and did not walk behind the bar! The napkins are literally in front of the bar! 55 South, he was probably having a bad night but I’ll take my business to mini boss and paper planes from now on. If that security guard ever touches me again, I’ll contact my lawyer.

I entered the club on Halloween night wearing LED mask. They let me in and then 10 minutes later security comes up to me and asks me to take my mask off so I simply asked why? And he said “because I work here”. That’s a low level person who cares about their weak status at a club! So I asked a legitimate question. I asked “why would you let me in if you aren’t cool with mask?” And then he grabs me and starts to try and push me out? Like what kind of service is this? I will make sure to take lawful action against this club. Trust!
