Let me just start by saying that this review is focused solely on the Orange Julius portion of this business. Oakridge Mall's Orange Julius was a childhood staple of mine. Every time I visited the mall with my family, I HAD to have a cup of Orange Julius. The tangy orange flavor and frothiness of the drink is unlike any other beverage I've had before. Every time I take a sip, a wave of fond nostalgia comes over me - it feels like coming home. The Dairy Queen / Orange Julius is located conveniently right by the Target. I have always found the staff friend and the drinks come out in record time. My go-to is the original Orange Julius (but sometimes I like to mix it up with the Strawberry Julius), which tastes just as good as it did when I was a kid. I will forever be a fan of Orange Julius. As long as this location stays open (which I desperately hope it does), I will be visiting again and again to have a taste of the drink that reminds me so much of warm childhood memories.

This is the only dairy queen in the area. The price is a bit expensive, but it is understandable because it is located in the mall. The blizzard is good. I love the girl scout thin mint. It is extremely good

It's a good place to eat ice cream if you're craving for one. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they did not have what I wanted initially.

Please just order small size cup of ice cream as you get almost same amount in small, medium cup. Vanilla ice cream itself was just okay

no consistency. I don't want coconut in my drink but the Asian female who makes my drink says they can't stop the coconut. But if the guys make it there is no coconut in my drink ...train the girls please and I'll give ya 5 stars

They are supposed to be open until 8pm but I was told at 7:40pm they were closed already. If you want to close at 7:30pm just change your hours. Very unprofessional.

Doesn't exist. Google is wasting everyone's time by not removing it from Maps.

Pretty sure food is good but the costumer service from the manager lana or tgatz what she told me is horrible it makes me never get anything from there

I went in here around evening time to buy a strawberry milkshake for my toddler. The employee who was working there gave me the milkshake with a wide opening lid, so I went back and requested the man there to give me a closed lid with the straw so that my toddler doesn't get the straw out and play with it, he complied with that and gave me a closed lid with the straw but still the milkshake was leaking. I approached them again and asked them that the packaging is so bad and I was dissatisfied. The store manager was so rude, she just happened to take the milkshake and throw it in the thrash can. The customer service is really pathetic and disappointing. Even though I got back the refund, I was so sad that I had to get back such a thing for no fault of mine.

I love Orange Julius, but this place has the rudest employee who leaves you standing there while he’s texting on his phone, and then tells you it will be a 15 min wait for 3 drinks. This wasn’t the first time this happened at this location either. I was giving them a second chance too…customer service has gone downhill👎. I got me a Starbucks only a few feet away.
