I’ve been to a Firehouse Subs ages ago and remembered it fondly. I enjoyed it just as much this time, too. They had a seasonal “Thanksgiving leftovers” sub sandwich, and I have to say, it was a thing of beauty. Probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve had from any chain restaurant I’ve ever been to. Whenever they have it on the menu, do yourself a favor, and go get a large one.

The manager Chris takes very good care of this restaurant. It was clean, a comfortable temperature and the music was at the perfect volume level. His staff is quick and accurate with orders. We go to this location every time we are in San Jose.

Scrumptious experience biting into my specialty made sandwich;)) I was honored to be served by franchise owner Chris. They also provide community engagement for all types of positive causes. You must try their Firehouse specialty cherry punch - DELICIOUS. I left with more energy and a new vendor for catering lunch Events and community partnerships. Thank you very much Chris;))

Cool little sandwich spot with a lot of character. The pictures on the wall tell you everything you need to know about the place — community pride and good vibes. I had the honor of having my order taken by the manager, who was polite and welcoming. The food came out pretty fast, but I still had time to look around and check out the local fire department photos. I even spotted a San Jose Police SWAT picture on the wall, which was pretty cool. Overall, it’s a solid place to grab a bite — definitely worth coming back to.

Grabbed a quick sandwich before my flight and it did the job. The location is very convenient, and the food came out hot and fairly quickly. Ordering is done through a screen, which may be a challenge for those who aren’t tech-savvy, but overall it was an easy and efficient option for a meal on the go.

Firehouse Subs is easily one of the best in the business. I usually hold back when it comes to sub shops, but the flavor profile here is perfectly balanced. While the generous portions can make it a little messy, the quality of the ingredients makes it worth every napkin.

Great food and staff. The only thing I don't like is they leave online pickups outside of the kitchen, and anyone can just come in and grab the orders. I had my order grabbed by one of those doordash workers by accident and had to wait for a remake.

Average taste but tiny subs. The sub tastes very ordinary. Nothing too special. Size is tiny compare to other sub brands. Like subway or jersey mikes. Actually the medium 8 inch looked the same size as a 6-inch subway. Probably not coming back here again for the taste and size.

Disappointing and lackluster… Wanted to try since they are nearby. Ordered three meals, two “8” inch and 4 inch, total $51… The 4 inch sub was for our child, it came with missing ingredient and hot which they didn’t like. We were never told about the option of hot or cold. Child only ate a few bites and we ended up throwing away. The bread got soggy and gross. Ordered the New York steamer. Smallest looking 8 inch sub ever, looked like hot dog bread. Barely enough meat that constituted the price point. Never again. Sticking to Subway and other places.
