This location has been a Wendy's for years, but recently was closed and renovated. The new building is nice, location is still conveniently near the freeway and city college, and the service is a good as any fast food place.

The food was so delicious and tasty, and the potato wedges were so succulent.
I always love Wendy's ever since. The quality of their food is very different than other fast food. Service here is not bad as well. It can be improved but in general it's not bad. I will definitely come back in this place 😀
Was helped by Patricia evening manager Came through the drive-through and the new kid Brennen got my two salad orders wrong. I was very upset and called Patricia. She’s immediately very helpful and willing to replace my salads. Statue told me to visit her tomorrow night and that she would make sure that we’re right. Instead I decided to go back in tonight, she’s very friendly understanding and ready to solve the problem. She handled bad, hungry attitude very well. Thank you, Patricia.

Wendy's was great, wish there were more locations....
Honestly, I haven't had a better burger than Wendy's. This is my favorite place. If you want a burger that will leave you feeling very satisfied, I recommend it to you!

Pretty standard fast food experience. The food is pretty decent, but the service was kind of half-assed. That said, I did quite enjoy their new sauce covered nuggets. Would recommend.

Came in and the place was absolutely freezing. The self serve kiosks never work, and the place was extremely filthy, food left on tables, overflowing garbage cans and sticky floors. An employee came out and just looked around then went back in never taking care of anything that needed taking care of in the dining area.

It was nice and clean inside and the food was good, however when I asked for one sauce after spending $18 on a meal I wasn’t expecting “oh sorry it’s gonna be an extra charge”. When I worked in customer service I was taught to just give em the damn sauce. This whole extra charge for one sauce to enjoy my fries with is a serious turn off and getting out of hand with these fast food places. Overall the food was good but that really discourages me from wanting to eat here again

The manager was a insulting woman. The food was fine, it came up correctly and in a timely fashion but when I went to use the restroom the bus boy type person felt the need to pound on the door 30 seconds into it and again a minute after that, when I asked why he had done that he gave me a strange look and proceeded to begin cleaning the restroom with his cart, I guess that's his way of saying get out now! I asked the manager immediately after why he had done this and she laughed at me all in all I was really unhappy with the rudeness of the staff! Not planning on visiting this location again anytime soon.
I came in today with a 2 dollar off any combo coupon and the Mexican cashier lady and manager that can’t read English told me it has to be the meal in the picture when it clearly says 2 dollars off any premium combo. I don’t want to sound racist but this is exactly what happen.

I understand that COVID has changed things. But when you work for a living and just want lunch.... the sign on the door says the dining room is open for carry-out. We have 6 people in our can. 6 orders in drive thru. The odds of getting things correct and getting our food right is sooooo slim. Ugh

USE CASH ONLY DON'T USE YOUR CARD At the first window, the employee swiped my card but then said their machine wasn’t working. At the second window, Silvia told me my card kept getting declined and even accused me of using a card that wasn’t mine. After I confirmed it was my card, she handed it back and asked me for another one. If my card had actually been declined, I would have received a bank alert right away. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, accused, and concerned about how my card was handled. This was an unprofessional and very frustrating experience.
I recently had a disappointing experience at my local Wendy's that I feel compelled to share. I've always enjoyed Wendy's for its tasty menu items, but my last visit fell short of expectations due to the quality of the food. I ordered a classic burger and fries, but to my dismay, the burger was lukewarm and the fries were soggy instead of the crispy perfection that I’ve come to expect. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I decided it was important to bring this to the attention of the management. After my visit, I attempted to reach out and voice my concerns to the manager. Unfortunately, my experience in discussing this issue was far from satisfactory. I called multiple times, hoping for a resolution, but the manager was dismissive. On one of those calls, he hung up on me after stating that he "didn’t have time for these types of calls." This was incredibly frustrating, as I was simply trying to provide feedback that could help improve their service. Overall, the combination of poor food quality and unresponsive management left me quite dissatisfied. I hope this review prompts some reflection on how customer feedback is handled, as it can truly make a difference in the dining experience. I would like to give Wendy's another chance in the future, but my recent experience has given me pause.
