The atmosphere here is so traditional. I called the popcorn chicken and it was way too good - juicy and flavorful. Beef noodles portion is big with full of vegetables and meats but the soup is kinda normal to me. Highly recommend to try popcorn chicken here. Yummy!! Ask them for the sweet and spicy sauce, that sauce is a really good compatible with both of my dishes.
Wantons soup is very delicious, sweet and sour prawns off the hook. They have a great selection of food. Nice family owned restaurants. Great to see a family working hard together.
Food was really good, I loved my won ton soup and popcorn chicken. My chicken steak plate was okay. I’ll definitely come back here. Prices reasonable and staff were very kind.
Love it! Had the combo plate with popcorn chicken (because I’d be basic like that). It was filling and delicious! Definitely a nice lunch spot. The combo also comes with a wonton soup, which is SO nice to have before my meal.
I came here simply because i want to find some place that offers pork feet!😃 The portion is very big and the price is worth it. The meal also included a wonton soup. I loved the pork feet and rice more! If you love to have the juice from the pork feet stew on your rice, please let them know.
Nice Taiwanese food restaurant! Wonton soup is amazing great. And the rice plates are also taste good. Parking is convenient. Seat is limited, but it’s fine no too long time wait. There is even Taiwanese style fried chicken nuggets. Really love it a lot. Enjoy it.
Best wonton soup in the Bay area 😍 I love getting their wonton soup with their house spicy sauce on the side. The spicy wonton is also super tasty, but it is a bit too spicy for me. Their beef noodle soup is great too :) Highly recommend!

Tai Kee Wonton is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. The wonton soup is very flavorful and has definitely helped with many hangovers as well. They serve many delicious Taiwanese dishes, and the staff are always very welcoming and provide great service. We appreciate the variety of foods, as there is something for everyone. The food is brought out to the table quickly, and we have never had any issues be it dining in, ordering for pickup or delivery.
Service was fast and to the point. The store itself is clean and tidy. It's not here to be fancy schmancy - it's here to give you homey, tasty, authentic Taiwanese style eatings!

The wonton soup is beyond amazing! Truly the star of the restaurant. I regret getting a combo plate that included a small wonton soup. This is by far the best wonton soup I have ever had. The popcorn chicken, pork belly, and rice are all just fine. Not nearly to the caliber on their wonton soup. The five tofu was my second favorite dish we ordered. Would recc just doing wonton soup and tofu.
This place will be the one and only TaiKee Wonton restaurant of the entire WORLD, as the original one in Taiwan will be closed by the end of August. Was totally surprised by the fact that the taste is exactly the same as we had in Taiwan, especially the deep fried shallots which enrich the flavours of wonton soup, somehow it also enriched our mind here in the middle of San Jose, thousands of miles away from home. Except wonton soup, we also ordered beef noodle and those famous Taiwanese side dishes, like bean curd, bamboo shoots, hard-boiled eggs, and seaweed, all very Taiwanese authentic!!!
solid spot for wontons, with a few other select good dishes. the wontons have nice thin skin with a good amount of filling, and the soup is so flavorful—perfect for a cold or rainy day! my group also tried the lu rou fan (minced pork over rice), which was good but not mindblowing by any means (meat was a little on the dry side). we also got the stewed pork w rice and fish filet w rice and i would say the fish filet plate was better. the pork was flavorful but a little tough, while the fish filet was AMAZING—a well fried, crispy, thick, meaty, and flavorful fish filet. overall, i would definitely come here just for the wontons and maybe just for the fish filet. hoping to come back to try some other menu items soon!
Hidden cove for wonton dumpling soup. Large variety of Taiwanese food including some street food. Stinky tofu is not always available, call in. Good quantity of food and spice levels are moderate for US.

Great wontons! Really enjoyed my food, but I think they need to tweak the service: order through a tabletop QR code but there are no descriptions of the item. An explanation other than name and a tiny photograph would've been appreciated. Food came out super fast and was tasty but despite my friend and I ordering separately on our phones, the bill was combined. I would suggest adding a description of each item and bringing a separate check for each guest unless the table orders together.

The wonton soup is really good. The sauce for The spicy chili dry wonton tastes like black pepper sauce with lots of green bean spouts on the bottom. It’s also good. The sweet rice is too soggy and the pork on top is too dry and the sauce is too sweet. The Taiwanese sandwich is pretty big. The pork inside is too dry, too. The fried spare rib soup is so far from expectations. Usually the fried spare ribs are stewed until they are all softened up, but here it is more like fried spare ribs in hot water. The green onion pancake is OK, but mixture of soy sauce does give it a good flavor. The fried squid is crispy, but the batter is a bit too thick. The chicken broccoli rice plate meets the expectations!! After we finished, we asked to pack up the left over. They brought the containers for the dry food and offered to pack the soup for us. We thought it’s a kind gesture but when we got home, we found out the soup is half of what was leftover. Don’t know why they kept parts of our leftover…
The wonton is really good which tastes just like the one I had in Taiwan. My kids like the popcorn chicken too. And I ordered the chicken steak rice plate, the side veggie just came with a small portion, and the chicken steak is not Taiwanese style chicken steak. In addition, they have 60 mins restrictions. Even though, it's probably enough time for us to finish the meals, it feels a bit stressful.
Only recommend to those with a craving for wonton soup. Stick to the wonton soup (it's authentic), don't bother with the minced pork rice or sesame noodles. I ordered a combo of minced pork rice and wonton soup, but they forgot the rice until I had almost finished my entire meal. At that time, there even weren't many customers in the store. besides, they use plastic disposable plastic cup for water.

small issues is no more paper Manuel, really don’t want to use QR code order Food seen been cooking too long, very soft no taste
Ok so this was my 1st AND last time coming here. I'm no newbie to Taiwan noodles or noodles in general but this place did not have that authentic feel to it. There's a feeling that you get when stepping into an establishment for the 1st time. You know when the place has a "soul" per se, this place did not have that. Now the food I ordered was the beef noodle. From the first sip of the broth it did not taste authentic or made from scratch. It tasted like it came from a package and they just added water. Don't believe me, take a look at my pics. You can see the amount of packaged seasoning in the spoon. Real broth from the bones do not have this. Also, loaded with MSG. Yuck. Also, they brought my soup and then 2 mins later dropped off my check lol. Never again

The rib soup doesn’t taste fresh. The chicken steak is definitely overcooked, very hard to chew. In the end gave us three candies and took back two! How cheap!

Way too expensive, every main dish is minimum 15!!???! and the size was not really all that big. The water was literally served in plastic cups, so this clearly isn’t any high class dining that should be costing this much lol. The sparerib noodle soup (noodles were not that soft nor chewy) tasted alright, but I’m feeling kind of sick after…. The spicy wonton does not taste like the delicious ones i’ve had in other restaurants and in Taiwan. the popcorn chicken is mediocre. The atmosphere is horrendous. There is neon green signs on every wall saying NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK (or you will be charged corkage fee). and plenty of other rules about required tip and all party must be present to be seated. Not to mention the TV was playing a weird snake video while i was eating 🤢🥴 The bathroom is super clean, but only because i used it immediately after it was cleaned. smelled like cleaning products. The butt gasket was all messed up. I think someone restocked the gaskets by shoving it back into the container….. And GUESS WHAT else was in the bathroom… MORE SIGNS WITH THE RESTAURANT RULES.
