Bad customer service. Asked for Hot sauce told me he didn't want to look. Soda fountain was giving flat soda. No ice. Bugs Alive and dead in the window next to tables. Couldn't use the restroom until I actually ordered and paid.

Terrible!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a chicken little combo we didn't want spicy, we got two tiny boxes of super hot spicy wings and soggy fries if i could leave no stars I would!!!! Never eating there ever again!!! Also our chicken wasn't fully cooked!!! I'm going to church's b8g F to this place!!!

This place over the years is just shrinking. Idk who is running the company now. BUT!! Colonel Sanders has to be turning in his grave with anger. The menu is shrinking. They 1st got rid of there strawberry Shortcake parfait. Now they got rid of the wings!! Very disappointing!! Let's hope they NEVER get rid of the 11 herbs & spices that make up KFC.

This KFC gets worse everytime. Lobby has not been open in months. Was told they are too busy to take my order. Of course it's busy, it's 6:30pm on a Friday. They need to step it up. If you ask for 1/2 extra crispy and 1/2 original. They say sure, but it never happens. Or you show up 3 hours before closing and they are out of chicken for the night. This store is on the decline. This store desperately needs new management or a new owner.

1st time I've been denied to change the 3 pcs meal, I usually get the 3 pcs meal with brests n wing with no problem at any other KFC I've been to Nationwide, but here they denied me to do so .. and to change any other meals .. last time I'll visit this store

There was a lady that was so rude to us. It looks like she doesn't like her job. They charge you for hot sauce, I have never heard of that before. No hand soap in the restroom ( can't imagine how they wash their hands after they use the toilet)

Stopped by to use the restrooms with my kids. The bathrooms were disgusting. Hadn't been cleaned for days. The men's room didn't even have soap. I let the manager know and she suggested I stop at a rest stop next time. Absolutely rude! If that is the care they put into their restrooms then I don't want to know what germs end up in the food after the employees use the restroom.

The worst customer service ever!! Nobody covering the front, have myself and another customer standing there waiting to order and it was not even busy. Took almost 30 mins to get our food because all the employees are in the back having a grand time joking and laughing. The ladies RR is dirty as hell, and No ice for soda.

Horrible service lack of pride and ownership in their work. Ordered 2 chicken fried steak dinners and 10 wings took nearly 40 mins to expedite our order. No apologies was given no explanation people who ordered after us received their food the cashier Melvin looks like a lost puppy he didn't know what he was doing he messed up my order and the customers orders after us not a very bright young man hopefully he stays in school and graduates he cannot multi- task he should not be in the customer service business. Literally no team work or support from his crew members nor did we even see a Manager on site to ensure all guest are take care of with a sense of urgency.
