Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Not top notch BUT also not bad. Bread was soft and the chicken was crispy a little on dry side but nothing mayo cant fix. They provide complimentary mayo and ketchup. Also, this was the only place that was open before 6am.

Friendly staff. I got the the chicken tenders & fries. Fries were soft/soggy but I actually like soggy fries. The tenders were okay, dipped them in BBQ sauce & they were fine. The quesitos were good too. It’s fast food airport food lol keep your expectation in line.

I hardly ever buy airport food for reasons like this. I paid $22 for a small personal pizza and a small bottle of water. The ladies working at the counter were very rude and the one who checked me out at the register was rushing me when I was taking my money out to pay. I was rushed to pay but they sure took their time giving me my food. I saw people who ordered after me getting their pizzas so I had to go up and tell one of the workers that I was waiting on a pizza. She simply walked over to the pizzas and handed me one… why was I waiting to begin with?? Anyway, this place needs new management and employees who will treat customers better.
Stopped for coffee before a flight. One person working and I've never seen anyone move slower!!! We got through security with over 100 people in front of us faster and friendlier than getting coffee with only 8 people in front of me. Latte was good though.
The best of a bad selection. The food is cold Had been seating in its box so.now it's cold and wet And is expensive. Butbits better than everywhere else. San Juan airport need to look at what it offers and start again because thisnis the worst airport in the US for options!!! But you can watch planes....here are some photos.
Stopped to get lunch here. It was in an airport. But not friendly. The meat patty we got had very little of anything in it. French fries were ok
Slow service and pricy food lead to my 2-star rating. 4-little-sliced personal pizza cost $12. The store takes the location advantage since there is no other choice near B7 and B8 gates. Only one of 2 cashiers worked and made a long line. If you are not in a rush, please try other restaurants.

The consensus between my group was “well… it was food”. $14 for a sad, stiff, warm but not hot pizza. It is advertised as Dominoes pizza but is not Dominoes quality.

Should of read the reviews before stopping here. Had a crispy chicken sandwich which had a strange smell and a side of fires which were soggy with no taste and cold.
$10 for this? These people are out of their flippin minds. Looks nothing like the picture and is not a crispy chicken sandwich and the bread was hard like a rock…. Stay away it taste worse than it looks. If I wanted to get robbed I would have just eaten from a vendor on the side of the road. They would not refund my money…… this place should be shut down.
I’ll let the photo tell the story. One teensy piece of meat on this turkey sandwich. This thing cost $11. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else. My friend’s sandwich was the same way.
Avoid. Chicken tenders taste like rubber. The french fries that came with it were soggy and tasteless. Service was slow, even by island time standards. Expensive trash.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I had the absolute worst experience here on the morning of July 4, 2025, around 7am. The person working behind the counter was rude and unprofessional — one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had. I ordered something incredibly simple: 2 blueberry muffins and a black coffee. Instead, I was handed a latte and muffins that were clearly expired — with visible mold and smell on them. When I asked for a refund, the cashier immediately threw the muffins away — clearly aware they were expired — and then proceeded to swear at me in Spanish. How is this person is still employed — and how this business is still operating — is beyond me. I paid $17 for expired food and verbal abuse. I almost never write reviews, but this situation was so outrageous it needed to be called out. I’ll be filing a formal complaint and reporting both the individual and the establishment to the state health department and consumer affairs bureau. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It’s not just bad service — it’s unsafe.
Outrageous price gouging. Shamelessly taking total advantage of the fact that there is no other food nearby and charging 4x as much for something like a hotdog. And on top of that the food is just bad. Next time I will go hungry on my flight instead of support this kiosk.
$38 for 2 cafeteria style sandwiches and 2 small juices. Someone needs to put a stop to this blatant price gouging, it’s akin to robbery.
Came here for a quick bite . They were rushing me to buy something after I told them I was looking at the menu 2x already . Lady at register gave me attitude and rude look and I turned right around and didn’t buy crap . RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE and food does not look appetizing at all. DONT EAT HERE
Please go here if you want to pay a bunch of money for inedible garbage. Not even worth it as a “quick bite” because that is what I did. Threw away 60$ worth of food (chicken and pizza) kept the water, the first bites were enough to know it was absolute trash.
They take their time. Stood in the same spot for 30 minutes before moving. Several people stepped out of line after losing patience.
I'm genuinely glad to see countless people taking the time to complain about this place on Google. I bought a $12 fried chicken sandwich here, and the chicken was so overcooked it tasted bitter. I also ordered a hot chocolate, and they didn’t even give me a sleeve — I ended up spilling it all over my clothes. Even half a year later, I still feel compelled to find this place on Google Maps and leave a review about how terrible the experience was. SJU should not allow this place to operate in the airport.
The lady taking the orders has a big attitude problem. The food is very expensive and the quality is bad.
Very overpriced, poor quality. It’s honestly disgusting that they can rip hungry people off like this. Got a $12 ham & Swiss croissant (tasted beyond expiration but still had over a week until expiry). Bottled drinks are $7 but they don’t tell you this until they ring you up.
On July 9 th@1130 am. The cashier the female and the male were very rude. They were talking about the customers about how fat and ugly they were. By the way there food was cold, but what I'm most bothered off is there attitude. I recorded everything and I will be sending this recording to corporate.
Terrible experience here. The cashier tried to sneak in a $4.25 water I didn’t take and lied, saying it was "tax." When I pointed out the mistake, he was super rude and took 5 minutes just to ask for the manager to fix the order. Feels like they just hope customers don’t check their receipts so they can scam you. Food was awful as well. Don’t waste your time or money here!
La cajera con mala actitud como cuando no le dieron nada la noche anterior el personal no o te dan una hora especifica de apertura, en fin deben reemplazar a todos por que estan quedándo mal ante todas las visitas y se llevan un mal sabor...#saquen a la cajera amargada del dubi
Necesitan otra persona en caja, solamente tienen una empleada para atender a las todas las personas y es mucho.. cuando leo los comentarios del google maps sobre el mal servicio que brinda la muchacha, entiendo que es mucho trabajo solamente para 1 persona y por eso su cara de cansancio, además la comida como, los sandwiches, las frituras no están bien preparadas, agarras algo de tomar de la nevera y cuando llegas a pagar ya está caliente por la larga espera.

7 mayo 24 @ 8:18 AM, después de esperar por alguien para que me cobre la empleada me pasa por el frente le pregunto quien me cobra y me contesta después que rellene la nevera le cobro. Soy impedido y el bastón está a la vista, después de darse mucho puesto me dijo el costo a pagar. Lástima que era el único lugar cerca y yo tenía que tomar un medicamento con alimento.

El servicio fue regular pero cuando me cobraron me cobraron 2 sándwiches que no coji y se quedaron con mi dinero atentos revisen sus recibos tras que caros tramposos. 14 dólares por un hot dog y 12 dólares por un sándwich de jamón 11 dólares por 2 jugitos de China ladrones no tiene puesto los precios en los artículos te enteras del precio cuando pagas y no hay devolución.

If possible I would give this resturant 0 stars. I never write reviews but feel compelled to tell my story as I was absolutely humiliated by one of the staff members and am unable to reach management as the phone number listed is not in service. I placed my order and there was obvious miscommunication between me and the workers as I do not speak Spanish. I had asked for two chicken sandwiches and a guava pastry. I was accidentally charged for only one sandwich and was given the wrong flavor of pastry which was not a problem. I calmly told the worker that I actually wanted two sandwiches and that they gave me the wrong flavor of pastry. Again there was miscommunication as they tried to give me two pastries instead. I again told them I only wanted one pastry but two sandwiches and that I needed to pay for the second sandwich they never charged me for. At this point it was very obvious that the workers were getting frustrated as there was a lot of miscommunication going on. The one worker ended up shoving the bag of pastries at me and told me I could just have them at that point. I then told them again I would still like to buy another sandwich. Eventually they understood and I paid for the sandwich however they never gave it to me. I had to then remind them I was still waiting to be given the sandwich I paid for. This is when the worker berated me infront of everyone else in line, stating that I had an ugly attitude and that I was rude. I was not being rude to them at all I was simply advocating for myself and making sure I received the food that I paid over $50 for. I was absolutely mortified and embarrassed as I have never been treated that way and work customer service myself and make a conscious effort to always be kind and understanding. I really wasn't upset that they messed up my order multiple times because of the clear language barrier. However there was no language barrier when she got in my face and humiliated me infront of all their other customers. Please be weary of the workers at this location as they are extremely unprofessional and mean to customers.

Las cajeras son una falta de respeto, se burlaron de mi y pocas palabras me trataron de muerta de hambre, porque dije que era demasiado un refresco por $5.50 la otra vieja de la caja, dijo que si no queria nada q estaba bien, y recordara q estaba en el aeropuerto, me dieron lo que pedi con actitud y me preguntaron que si necesitba que llamaran la ambulancia por la cara q puse cuando me dijeron los precios, la cajera se llama Luz y fui atendidaa las 2:35 de la tarde 7 de mayo 2022. Pueden buscar personas que necesiten el trabajo, estas personas no tienen educación ni respeto por el cliente. NO COMPREN EN ÉSTE LUGAR.. QUE TRISTE Q LOS VICITANTES VEAN GENTE TAN DESAGRADABLE.
Pedimos una hamburguesa con queso de $10 y estaba completamente cruda, le pedimos a la muchacha que nos la cambiara y ella dijo que eso era así. Servicio Fatal, hasta se le olvidó los refrescos. Esperamos alrededor de 10 min y no había nadie esperando. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

I got can of soda little bottle of water and a bag of chips for $12.00 incredible the food is not even fresh! The cashier omg she looks so miserableshe dont even talk she was moving her head for answers, terrible service,,, Los precios son HORRIBLES,, sorprendida con este lugar una lata de soda q cuesta 0.60 centavos te la venden a $5.50 por una lata pequeña , una agua pequeña y una bolsita de xhips $12.00 increible y la comida q venden nisiquiera es fresca... se ve q llevan horas ahi,, horrible servicio al cliente y la cajera pobre con cara de miserable nisiquiera hablaba solo movia la cabeza!
Atención fatal, groseros, hablan sólo entre ellos y a los clientes los callan si preguntan. La comida fría y pésima además de cara.
Doy 1 estrella por qué no está la opción 0. En el día de hoy 24 de abril 8:30 am la cajera que nos "atendió" es de lo peor, el servicio es fatal y para colmo al lado tienen otra área que se llama V bar donde la otra cajera nos vio acercándonos y Lo primero que dijo fue "aquí no se pueden sentar" sin nosotros haber intentando hacerlo. En fin no recomiendo ninguno de los dos lugares. Y sugerencia recluten personas que quieran trabajar y tratar bien a las personas. Al final pagamos 20$ por 1 café, 1 Empanada , 1botella de agua y una ensalada de frutas.

Hoy me toco tomar un vuelo hacia Miami #993 ,llegué temprano y procedí a ir a este lugar a comprar un café y dos empanadillas de pizza.cuando me acerqué le dije al empleado:buenos días tienen un café más grande,el no me respondió Y yo como sin vergüenza seguí diciendo ok dame ese grande .puso el caso en la máquina,pude observar lo cortés que fue con los demás y su trato para conmigo fue de desprecio,
La señora que es un poco mayor con maya en su cabello es la persona más grosera y déspota que puedan tener trabajando allí, no saluda, no tiene modales, parece que le fastidiara su trabajo. Los precios son muy elevados para la calidad de la comida. El chico jovencito si es bien amable, pero esa señora realmente espanta a la gente.
