In my opinion, the only one that tastes good is the ranchero style. The others are very simple, but even so, it's still a good option to consider for an afternoon or a weekend. I also wish they'd reopen the Alameda branch.

Except for the ranchero, the rest of the food isn't very flavorful. The ribs need more cooking; they're too fatty. The roast lacks flavor. And if you want to mask the taste of your food, buy the green salsa that's supposedly avocado-based—it's just pure vinegar.

I bought a roasted chicken, it was very tasteless, it had no flavor, and it was very small. I thought it was expensive for the price they charge and even more so because they don't offer any side dishes other than the chicken. There are other roasters nearby that offer potatoes, flautas, and salad for 30 pesos more.

My order arrived incomplete, the chicken was extremely dry, and it's unbelievable that they even charge for tortillas. I will never eat from that chicken again, and I certainly don't recommend it.

Every time you order delivery through an app, they always send you whatever they feel like... And you have to fight with both the app and the establishment to get them to correct the order. Always... Not once when I've ordered has my order arrived correctly.

I bought a two-sandwich combo, the second one had a foul odor. I went to complain, they refunded my money and only apologized. I called their offices to file a complaint and they promised to return my call, which never happened. The complaint has already been filed with the health department.
