Okay, this may be somewhat of a cheaper choice but the customer service isn't that great. There's no feel of being welcomed, it's more of a grab n' go place. It also should have some remodeling since the place looks that same as many years ago and the seating selection looks as if they went for the cheapest available. Sadly its the cheapest in San Luis.

The snack sold here are not thay great. There is other places with better tasting products

Stale churritos, bland ciruela raspado, very bad banana raspado, it was a banana shake with ice. Bland nacho cheese and for ever wait. Ice cream was ok, tasted like a two dollar ice cream. Prices are very cheap so just be ready to get for what you pay for.

This place's service has gotten worse over time. It took almost 20 minutes to deliver some strawberries with "cream" and some nachos that were cold and watery. The strawberries were covered in milk, they didn't even have any cream; they were literally strawberries with milk. The pieces are huge, inedible, and unpalatable. The waiter ignored us for 10 minutes before taking our order. She spoke to us in a rude tone as if she were bothered by us being there. The manager only goes out to eat and doesn't care that the other employees don't know how to prepare the products. This place is well-known among the people of San Luis, AZ, but it seems the employees no longer care about how important quality and good service are.

I was at the ice cream shop today, February 17, 2022, around 8:30 pm. The service was terrible; the cashier was in a bad mood. I don't know what happened to her or why she was there, but she treated me terribly. I ordered a strawberry shaved ice with vanilla ice, and the cashier angrily corrected me, saying it was a "Bishop" (it's my first time there, so I don't know what they call the shaved ice with ice). I asked for nachos with cheese on the side, and she didn't bring them separately, but she charged me as if they were separate. I asked for a plum shaved ice with sweetened condensed milk, and she didn't put any in it. I asked for a tray for the drinks because I ordered four, and she said she didn't have one. The whole time I was there, she was in a bad mood and made me feel like I wasn't welcome. In the end, I said thank you, and she didn't respond. The success of any business depends on the service they offer their customers. I think they've been successful because it's the only soda shop in San Luis… I also think it's only a matter of time before competition with good customer service comes along and this business disappears quickly. If people don't like to work, they're better off staying home and not spreading their bad mood to others, especially the people who pay their salaries.
