Subway delivers on every front, food is fresh and delicious (5/5) with plenty of choices to customize your meal just how you like it. The service is excellent (5/5), quick and friendly every time. The atmosphere (5/5) is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A perfect stop for a satisfying bite.

I had to stop to get lunch with my kids on the way to an appointment, and this location was much better than others I've been to. The restaurant was clean, the employees were polite, and the portions were 3x my local location. Everything was great.

Just had the greatest sandwich I’ve ever had from subway! The manager was very friendly and helpful, and honored our BOGO deal because the app wasn’t working, and the sandwich artist Kat or Katy I think her name was took her time on the sandwiches, she was super precise and it really showed in the presentation and flavor! Great job everyone involved and thank you for taking pride in your work

This is a three star subway sandwich he only thing to save them is their young lady employee. The young man Rowan asked if wanted help when I said I’d like to think he became rude and left for a long period of time. The Philly meat was frozen stiff, I was forced to choose chicken. It was a fairly clean dining area though three employees were present no one really seemed concerned with customer satisfaction except for the young lady 💯 I’d eat here again but I’d love to see the minor improvements

The local owner of this subway made sure that no coupons work at their store. When you realize this is a college town with people struggling, we see what a piece of work this owner is. However the workers here are sweet and fast

Well its My Day off today. Went to Do Some Deliveries To Make Some of that Xmas money back. Went inside to pick up order. This lady asked for my Driver Liscene So she could write my information down....ABSOLUTELY not! (HOME Address;Driver L # , D.O.B) is all on a D.L...and you wonder where all this scamming starts at..Not to mention these are Not the Highest paying jobs..meaning they hire ANYBODY!!!..so for wasting my time I opened up a Gatorade and Bag of chips..didn't eat it it but gladly empty it out ; right outside there door...trashy service; trashy people, trashy businesses should be recognized. This place absolutely is a joke. Beware of this location ..I wouldn't be surprised if they had a skimmer on there machines...seriously.

2 pm, line to the door and two associates working as slow as possible. One on the register and one making sandwiches. Third associate just walking around. Time to get a manager, I was not waiting 20 minutes in line for an over priced sandwich. Used to love subway but not worth the hassle anymore. I walked out along with another guy. Good luck keeping those doors open.

I actually stopped coming here due to the very rude female manager. She previously yelled at me asking why I didn’t pay for my sandwich. If she would have paid attention, instead of having her children in the restaurant, she’d see the cashier cashed me out. No worries I stopped coming. However today, I came to pick up an order and Aliyah, said they were working on it. To my surprise after the rush died, she asked the same rude manager about the order. Come to find out it was ready. Of course the manager immediately says “make sure she pays.” I don’t recommend this subway, go to the one on aquarena, they’re nicer there.

This store is absolutely horrific. They do not know how to make a simple turkey bacon sandwich with mayo, mustard, and lettuce. They screwed it up. I ordered three boxes of cookies (18 total). I got six cookies. I talked to Sierra the store manager, who was very rude and told me she was working a double shift and did not have time to look into my issue ! I then talked to Amanda ( GM) and Samantha the regional manager, who is also very rude and condescending! I really don’t know how they’re in operations and to be so rude and inconsiderate when I’ve showed you pictures as well as documentation of receipts of what I actually ordered versus what I actually got!! please DO NOT run not patronize Subway!

I walked in and “ Bailey” went to the back to tell her co worker that three people just showed up and rolled her eyes. I get it , I use to work for Subway for 5 years I started out when I was just 17. Although, you have a job be thankful and if you don’t like it get a new one. The line was disgusting, and dirty! None of the food had been refilled with fresh and was down to the bottom. I saw absolutely no hand hygiene. Anytime you are handling the register you are supposed to wash your hands afterwards. Instead, the both of them were simply just putting on new gloves with dirty hands. I also noticed that every single table was filthy, none of them had been clean leaving my family no choice but to sit in filth. Truly disappointed with this location.

It’s 9:06pm on Friday, Feb 21 and my husband and I drove up went inside and no one ever came to the front. Is everything okay? We waited for about 10mns no ever showed up. The parking lot is empty but the sign says “open” we left

I do not recommend coming here like 10/10 do not recommend it. Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a subway before in my life. They were running out of everything they were extremely slow, we got a coupon in the mail that day that expires 6/13/2024 and when we tried to use it they said it was expired or invalid when it was not and then the employee started laughing at us I was ready to walk out from the beginning when he couldn't comprehend a simple coupon but my girl kept pressing and was a little mad but very respectful with her responses. But once he laughed at her we were out this was awful. Idk how this store is still open the corporate number doesn't even seem to work. Who's running this place it's a joke.

Subway is usually not the best when it comes to service, but this was absolutely terrible. I ordered ahead online, and when I arrived "on time," there was one person in line, so I waited instead of just walking up to the counter. They did not start my order till I asked if it was ready and the guy behind me the same thing. Which I understand if your busy, but they definitely were not, so they make my 2 sandwiches which takes at least 10 minutes and then they just put the sandwiches by the register and move on, not even a call out of my name to let me know it's done, you know since I'm waiting. The food was good, but they either needed better management or training.

This subway seems to be unmanaged? The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful, they had many items out of stock and the drink fridge is broken. If you really want a sandwich, just go somewhere else, maybe the gas station across the street?

Had to walk out and went to Jimmy Johns. Waited approximately 40mins in line for an under staffed store. When I got to the front of the line the guys didn't have anything I wanted. They were literally out of everything on the line and didn't once think to have items like the meatballs and grilled chicken thawing or cooking while they worked the line. Zero ability to multitask. Visited a location in Marble Falls, a single girl in there held down the fort and did the job of these two and some... pitiful. On top of that I was in the military and was a Safety/Sanitation inspector for the facilities we had; you need to change your gloves after touching your face and there seems to be no beard nets at this location.. Not good.
