One of the best Panda Express I've ever been to
This is my new favorite spot! It is spotless and everyone is friendly. The first time I went in, a staff member was taking temps of the food. I’ve taken many food handling classes, and I know this is a good sign. I’m vegan and they now have Beyond Orange Chicken! It’s so good, I keep going back. I can tell everything’s fresh, even the crisp vegetables in the chow mein. Yay for Panda!
The Food is always fresh. The people are always nice. The orders are always correct. The prices are always fair. It’s the best all around value for my food dollar. Keep up the good work.

They have great food. I like the Eggplant and tofu, teriyaki chicken, and orange chicken. But they also have other dishes.

A nice and big joint, good customer service. My only beef is the parking lot makes trader Joe's look expansive

The Food is always fresh. The people are always nice. The orders are always correct. The prices are always fair. It’s the best all around value for my food dollar. Keep up the good work.
I love this location. The food always looks good and not old soggy sad. Customer service is always on point from every staff member. Staff shoutout to Julytzan. (I think that’s how it’s spelled) She’s always amazing with her service and speed. She’s always cleaning her station and very neat. All the staff in general are great. Everyone has fun while working.
Food is fantastic, staff is nice, but the communication between staff needs work. They're always running out of things and are not prompt about asking for more. Wait times are much longer than they should be.

Very long waiting line to order inside. Panda policy, based on my opinion, is worse than used car salesperson in pushing, and in my case, intentionally writing two items instead of one. Their default is two items, and they make you repeat "one item."
Lesly, based on my observation a manger was horrible. Her service, her care of nut allergy, and her timeliness. She had an attitude as if this panda express was her establishment, and ultimately was embarrassing. I hope any other customers don’t have to interact with her as a worker.
As good as fast food Chinese gets. There always seems to be a long line. I recommend ordering online beforehand. Update: restaurant is always clean. They always get you once you walk in, but where's the rest of my large entree?! Got all the way home to find out i was given a medium portion but charged for a large!! How do I get a refund for the difference?! That's pretty annoying being that there's a significant price difference.
90 minutes before closing and most food is unavailable. What was left was not only mislabeled but also disgusting. In the end they forgot to give us a fortune cookie, and I didn’t notice until it was time to snack on ones and I’m certainly not going to go beg for one like a child pauper. $27 not well spent for dinner for two.

It's just a bad experience. Completely different than other locations on the area. Don't go there, if you can go somewhere else.

As someone who has worked as an Area Director for 10 years in the restaurant industry, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff here. I witnessed two employees arguing loudly in front of customers, which created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. The cooks were laughing and clearly distracted, and the assistant manager—rather than taking charge—rolled her eyes, walked away, and didn’t even apologize for the situation. As a coach in the restaurant business, I can say that this assistant manager desperately needs proper coaching. Managing employees' behavior, especially on the floor, is essential to creating a positive environment. It's about more than just serving food; it’s about creating a golden moment for the customer through outstanding service and operational excellence. At the end of the day, we want to serve our customers with a friendly smile, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. This experience was far from that, and I strongly recommend this location focus on improving their team’s professionalism. I won’t be returning unless I see significant changes.
Been to multiple pandas and I have not had any bad experiences until I came to this one . Female shift leader not once smiled nor said ONE WORD while ordering and choosing my sides . Very bad representation on the company . Once a higher up showed half an hour later everyone was friendly and greeting all customers . Please do better . I will not be back
This location itself is nice and super clean, but our food was beyond subpar. The orange chicken quite literally had next to ZERO chicken inside it & was all purely crunchy breading with the orange sauce. Everything apart from that was pretty normal for Panda Express, but i’ve never experienced something like that orange chicken at any other Panda in my life. May have just been a bad batch, but it was terrible and borderline nauseating consuming pure breading. We’ve attached photos below. Every bite was either pure breading, or hollowed out inside.

The porstions are so small!!! Is not worth it, some guy name marco has horrible customer service!! I had to buy extra chicken

Update: WOW! They must save SO MUCH money by halfheartedly giving you a third of a scoop as an entree. My double entree fit in the single small portion, without touching the lid. You can ask, plead, get on your knees and beg, you can even start and end every sentence through ordering and paying with "can I please got some soy sauce" and it won't make a lick of difference because they'll refuse to remember. You could force them to, refusing to leave until the sauce is dropped in your bag, and by the time you get home, you'll realize it was chili sauce they gave you instead, just to get you to leave. Their rice is literally inedible without any, so why are they so determined to save their .5 cents per customer and not include the necessary sauces?
