Bro Rachel is a G - she was so sweet and funny! Best service ever and the food is BUSSIN! Definitely worth what you pay too cause they PACK that bowl and I bought some lemonade- it’s fire!

Hands down the best poke I’ve had so far! The fish was super fresh and full of flavor, and the crab salad that came with the bowl was a great bonus. I got the medium size, and it was much bigger than I expected — definitely a good deal. Surprisingly, the place was empty when I went, which is unexpected given how good the food is. I do wish they had more add-on options, but even as is, the quality and taste are more than enough to bring me back.

As a local, I’m always looking for fresh poke, and this new spot in Santa Barbara really delivers. The ingredients are so fresh, the bowls are delicious, and the staff is super friendly. I’m definitely coming back!

Visited Santa Barbara for a summer getaway before my children return to school. Noticed the grand opening sign of the POKE HOUSE. Their food is both fresh and delicious. The employees were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. I will certainly revisit this establishment when I am in the area. I love Santa Barbara, such a cute town with lots of small boutiques.

The only reason I gave it a 4 star is the guy helping me wasn’t even paying attention he seemed out of it idk and I had to keep repeating and he made me feel rushed. After every item I added to my bowl he asked me anything else which made me feel like I wasn’t able to get the items I fully wanted .

Lured here by 2g2g, paid $5 for a bowl with rice and protein, retail listed as $15 - definitely not a good representation as they do not include any toppings. While the protein tasted good, it was just odd that they wouldn't part with any toppings and to me that takes away from the dining experience especially for poke bowls, the toppings play a huge part on that. They should clarify on their listing that it comes with protein/rice only with no toppings. Thank goodness for apps like 2g2g as nobody should be paying $15 for just these two items.

I’ve ordered from them on UberEats maybe 6-7 times… the food is delicious, literally one of my favorite spots to order from! So why 2 stars? Well, I’ve tried ordering their salmon & rice miso soup 4 times because I had it at another location near SF and loved it. 3 out of 4 times, I got tofu instead of salmon, The weird part is, I know they had salmon available because I also ordered a salmon hand-roll with the soup, and got it (I do love salmon, maybe too much lol). Then today, I ordered a spam roll and a salmon roll to change things up, as I’ve never tried spam before. They sent me 2 salmon rolls instead… I guess I got my salmon at last lol, but I was sort of excited to try spam :( On top of that, I always forget to request a refund, or gave up trying to get it from UberSats, so, at this point, I’ve wasted around $36 on foods I didn’t want -_- That was my primary driver for giving 2 stars instead of 3 🤷‍♀️ It’s probably great in-person, idk, but did not love the lack of communication about substitutions
