Traffic mitigation strategies. What are some of yours? One of mine is just temporarily surrendering, pulling off the stinking freeway 😡, and finding literally anything else to do for a spell. Therefore, all that I really asked of Yellow Belly was to be my sanity break from that parking lot formerly known as U.S. Highway 101. Well they ended up being far more than that! Their “Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich” was crispy and delicious! Although I was satisfied with the portion I was provided, I seriously wanted another one. Not because I was left wanting, but because I just wanted that dining experience to continue. Their “Fig + Goat + Bacon Burger” was also outstanding. The figs and goat cheese provided a sweet and savory combo that matched the saltiness of the bacon wonderfully. Their dining environment is on the minimalist side of the spectrum, but they offer fairly substantial outdoor dining opportunities. There is absolutely no way that I could fail to mention the typewriter found in the restroom (multitasking anyone?). That is just the right about of quirkiness to appeal to me and engage my imagination. (And for those who may be wondering, that is NOT where this post was written. 😉) I really enjoyed the 70’s Funk and Soul they were dishing out during our visit. 🎷🎶 The next time I’m visiting Santa Barbara it won’t take another California traffic jam to get me in here. 3rd stop on our Santa Barbara Lagerville trip, Carms and I hit up Yellow Belly craft house. Order at the Bar or have a seat and enjoy a lovely selection of fine craft beers and local wine. They have pizzas, salads, wings, and vegan/vegetarian options. Atmosphere is cozy and on point service. Prices are reasonable! So far, so good! We're batting 1000%

Quaint and cozy➿ Staff enjoys other staff company.🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️ Staff is super cool🕺🏼 There might be locals only parking in back🚙 Elsewise parking is in the street🚗 Breakfast menu is yummy🤤 Proportion size is appropriate and not grotesquely large👍🏻 Menu is chic and well done in a modern culinary fashion. ⛾ The design theme is well done Bohemian hodgepodge. 🔘 Good beers on tap and ciders🍻 Had a good time here would take Mom and Dad🧓🏼👵🏻 Great al fresco dining experience in front or back.🏖 Great place for date night👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩 Clean and well organized. 🚾 Great tea selection 🍵

This is a great place off the main streets of Santa Barbra. We came for the pizza and the cookie skillet and were not let down at all. Huge selection of pizzas and patio for the puppy!

This is a small little place, so if you go during the peak hours you may have to wait up to 20 minutes, but it's worth it! The restaurant staff are extremely helpful and kind and the environment is amazing. There are lights hung up and water is served to you in trendy glass bottles. But the best part was the food! The menu is relatively small, but that's because everything on it is superb. I ordered the Eggs Benedict the last time I wish and I can easily say it was the best one I've ever had. If you're looking for a cute spot to have brunch, lunch, or dinner, this is the place!

The best neighborhood bar that’s ever existed with top notch food!! You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Staff is super friendly and help you feel right at home!

They made a clear mistake on their end, and when I called them out on it, they fixed it. I love transparency when people make an error because you won't get that from every business. Great food and beer.

We went to try the burger special, Paddy Daddy. The burger itself was good, but the corned beef on it was pretty tough & chewy. Loved the slaw & homemade pickles were awesome. Buffalo cauliflower was also very good. Loved the quirkiness of the decor & the mismatch of S&P shakers. Definitely will come again to try the pizza & other menu items.

The rockfish tacos were amazing — and the fish-and-chips tacos absolutely hit the spot! Everything was so fresh and full of flavor. The service was a 10/10. Manny, the chef, even came out to our table to talk with us about the fish, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Yellow Belly Burger is a thing of pure delicious beauty. Finally a place that allows you to order medium rare without freaking out. I ordered delivery and everything was juicy perfection. The burger was almost hard to hold it was so big. The fries were crispy heaven. The burger was so enormous I didn't even eat it in one sitting (which was exciting to have more left for later.) If you are serious about a Real Burger with a huge juicy patty on crip Brioche this place will become your go-to. Chef's Kiss. 🍔

Great pizza and a good selection of beers. The staff are great and the inside has a comfortable vibe. Sit out back to take in the sunshine.

We love the Brussel sprouts. Mmmm bacon! Onion rings were very crunchy and delicious, with a spicy Chipotle dip (yummy). Vegetarian pizza options were tasty and large portion. Great black and bleu burger was juicy and flavorful. Great crunchy fries! My partner swears the grilled cheese is the best in town, with tomato soup to dip it in. Chipotle chicken sandwich was solid offering. You pay at the front and they bring you your food, clear the table. Not the same as a sit-down table experience but was good. The back patio had heaters, so even though the weather was cold, we were comfortable. Recommend the tasty food here and we will be back again!

A great, locally owned pub with a nice selection of beers that sometimes has a tap takeover by a brewery to showcase their beers. Relaxed atmosphere that is family and dog friendly and very friendly service. They have nice Happy Hour deals and weekly specials and a menu that has burgers, salads, thin crust wood fired pizza and more, a deck in the front with heaters, bar and table seating inside another covered deck in the back and a tented area in the back as well as a fenced in kids play area. They also have a fantastic brunch.

Always pleasantly surprised to find Buffalo cauliflower on a menu. This was a huge, tasty portion. I did find the mac and cheese to be a smaller portion for the price and would have liked some other protein addition options, hence the 4 stars. Chicken sandwich was solid, per my compadre.

Chill environment and great service. Had a decent chicken sandwich and my partner had a fantastic royale burger. Good seltzer and beer selection. Clean bathroom and lots of seating.

The chicken sandwich was good. Nothing impressive but was good. The pizza was so thin and greasy I could not finish more than two slices. I was excited because the reviews seemed pretty good.

Food is bland no flavor they burnt my bread for my sandwich. Had no flavor whatsoever. I’m better off going to McDonalds.

Over priced fish tacos that they need to state ARE MINI TACO $18 for 3 fish tacos( that weren’t all that great) each taco was maybe 2 bites at most , tortillas were eh and the avocado sauce was almost flavorless
