Omgggg everything was so delicious! We had the Kyoto fire, Tokyo signature, bbq chicken sandwich, Korean cheese sticks, house fries, and chocolate peanut butter milkshakes. My tastebuds are screaming right now!! Service was super friendly, especially the little Asian lady who helped us. Can’t wait to come back and try more flavors!!

Yummy food.I got the build your own hotdog.I added American cheese,mayo and grilled onions.I got it with a combo which came with fries and a diet cola.The employee was very nice.Pleanty of parking as it's in the mail

Delicious food for all!!! I was intrigued by the name and the menu did not disappoint . The friendly staff, the scrumptious food and the absolutely delicious shake will bring me back again and again.

I was so surprised to discover that this hot dog place actually has an extensive clearly labelled vegan selection. Do t remember which one I tried but it was really good. Highly recommended for hot dog lover who want to chose the animal friendly way while still enjoying a solid hot dog

I personally didn’t like the cheese corn dog (which I had a few bites of thinking that the hot dog was somehow hidden in the cheese) but the regular corn dog was really good! Definitely amazing service for making me a new corn dog after mistakenly giving me the wrong one.

My cousins, my sister and I ate at the food court in the mall a while ago and I had a regular corn dog from this place. Definitely amazing service for making me a new corn dog after mistakenly giving me the wrong one.

For the premium prices they charge, I expected near perfection. At 9 bucks each that was sadly not the case. Let’s start with the main attraction: the sausage. I ordered a classic Chicago and a Coney. Both featured jumbo all-beef franks with a coarser grind, closer to a bratwurst than the smooth texture of a wiener. Crucially, they lacked much flavor. The toppings on the Coney were all out of proportion (see my photo). If it isn’t overflowing with chili then what’s the point? The mustard should have been an accent rather than the dominant flavor. And the onions were a bit skimpy to my taste. The Chicago had the same problem with the toppings ratio. I count on my favorite, the bright green piccalilli relish, to pack a sweet-and-sour punch. I was let down again. Both buns were warm but could have been toastier or, even better, steamed. I hated to say this because I’m an ardent supporter of local businesses, but this is a failed concept that doesn’t deliver the gourmet hot dog experience. Originally called Umai Savory Hot Dogs, I think the extensive menu choices could be the trouble. If they focused solely on dogs rather than the additional choices of hamburgers and fried chicken sandwiches (their previous menu also offered noodles), they might be able to hit it out of the park

As disgusted as everyone was, we were certain the restaurant would take this seriously and handle it professionally. It took a few days to get ahold of anyone, but once we did and explained what happened, management chose to ignore this and not engage. I think anyone has better things to do than try to extort a business like this one for money and "stage" a dead rat in their food. Management displays such a level of immaturity in so many of their responses to customers on this page, it's not a surprise that they clearly don't know how to run a sanitary business.

I have had a horrible experience with this store. I placed an order on Wednesday, December 3rd for the following items : Order : 1x F&F Meal #1: 2 Dogs Combo LA Dirty, New Yorker, Large Seasoned Fries, Chicken Frank Sausage Bites, Chicken Italian Sausage Bites $40.58 Payment Google Pay 12/03/25, 2:07 PM My order arrived, bag stapled shut mind you, with a DEAD RAT IN MY FRIES. Since that day I have attempted to contact the restaurant to explain my grievance. Wednesday and Thursday I never got a response from calling the number. It was not until Friday that a supervisor was able to answer my call. During the call they took my information and forwarded it to a manager. I just got off the phone with said supervisor, who told me that his manager asked him to ignore/not follow up on my complaint. This is incredibly unprofessional, rude, and unsanitary. I will proceed to post pictures of this rat all over social media until I get a satisfactory response.

Disgusting !!! I ordered beef corn dog and the color of it and taste of it is chicken. The staff insisted that it was beef without even touching the box we had tried to show them. The employee didn’t even try to look. Then turned us away. I would have never gave a 1 star and been happy if they tried to fix it. the employee was dismissive. they could have been nice to ask for a remake or a refund. Refund would have been best and I would not have wrote this 1 star review if they would have listened to our concern. Disgusting!!!
