We just stopped by, and the milk foam coffee was absolutely delicious. The smoothie was also great and very satisfying. What really stood out was how warm and friendly the cashier was. If I come back, it’ll definitely be because I remember how kind the staff was. Thank you!

Came by Gong Cha after a few drinks at Barebottle brewing. I haven't had Gong Cha in awhile, so decided to try it out! I ordered: QQ passion fruit green tea $5.75 sub coconut jelly for boba large +$0.50 30% sweet 25% ice Drink was $6.25 in total. Boba was cooked well, not overly sweet, and tea flavor was just right. Definitely will be back! Plaza parking, otherwise, you can park across the street in the garage.

I visited twice and was impressed both times. The first time, I tried their iced oolong milk tea with less sugar—refreshing and flavorful, perfect for a lighter treat. On my second visit, I went for the brown sugar smoothie milkshake with Crème brûlée foam, which was indulgent and delicious. Highly recommend both options! Just be careful don't add extra brown sugar or ice cream, they are already included in the brown sugar milkshake.

First time at this location. Parking can be an issue if going during busy lunch or dinner hour. There is 15 minute parking nearby but I don’t know if they enforce it. Credit card only right now. You do not need to read your card aloud, they have a machine to put your card in at the door. I always get panda milk tea. Never disappointed.

1st time at this location. Very cute decor and clean inside. No line when we came here on a Sunday afternoon, which was a pleasant surprise. The brown sugar milk tea is delish!

I really love this place. The costumer service is great and their boba tea is delicious. The people working are EXTREMELY nice and it just gives an all around good vibe. I totally recommend and although the menu is a tad confusing and complicated, it’s very easy once you get the hang of it.

Came here because we were in the area and suddenly wanted some milk tea. This one was the closest that has higher reviews. The drinks were not bad. We ordered one Pearl milk tea and one Milk Foam milk coffee. The milk tea was hustling average compared to other boba places, but their milk foam milk coffee was actually good. For that, I’d give you 4 stars. The place was decorated cutely.

I circled for a long time, and sometimes you're just stuck because it's gridlocked by all the other cars looking for parking. Ok now to Gong Cha: Drinks are not consistent with other Gong Chas. While my Strawberry Milk Tea was right in taste, my friend's Jasmine Milk Tea was very light almost no flavor. The pearls however were cooked well and brought sweetness to the Jasmine Milk Tea, but you could not ignore the lack of jasmine flavor. Service was great! Friendly staff who enjoyed talking about reusable cups. Interior is really small. Not a sit down and drink Gong Cha. However they have a cute IG wall I recommend. Overall, once they get their drinks down, it'll be a good Gong Cha.

Loved their Marble Mango milk tea and mochi waffles. Delicious and creamy milk tea. They let you customize sweetness and ice too.

We went to support a school fundraising event and surprise to get a receipt that did not state any charge code for the school. Instead- I heard two cashiers communicated with each other- just do the transactions as normal and put the receipt separately. On the drink - we asked for min sugar in the drink and they told us that the lowest is 50%. So the drink came out overly sweet for us. Very disappointing trip!

I got a hot medium, and the black tea tasted burnt and the strawberry syrup did not come through at all 3. The hot medium cup does not have a straw hole. I would appreciate a cup that I could drink boba pearls through please. 4. There were barely any boba pearls

Their store is closed for covid and there's only single parties, they don't ring up the next person until after they finish the first order. While watching though, a family before me was getting terrible service. This heavier girl with a lisp was giving them attitude and was impatient, she didn't even try to hide it. The mom was just asking if the toppings from an advertised drink was included or extra, which is a valid question in my opinion. The mom asked her kid which drinks she wanted and described them in fruits for her but the cashier was tapping her finger and visibly irritated. I was the only other customer so it's not like they were busy. When I got inside, it took them the entire time they needed to make the order from the family before I was even helped. Not even a greeting or a hello or a "I'll be right with you". The cashier returned to just stare at me and waited for me to just order. She treated me a bit better than the family but still impatient for some reason.

The drinks are so bad every time! We got pumpkin milk tea and it’s just pumpkin syrup at the bottom, NOT MIXED. Why not mix it with the tea? the staff forgot to add milk foam I had to remind them. They seal the cup so you can’t drink the milk foam… someone needs to teach them how to make drinks. Also the menu said hot pumpkin milk tea has pearls but staff said it doesn’t. Very misleading.
