Everything was great, the animal fries had a great proportion of sauce to fries. The double double was great and made to order. Lettuce is crispy and fresh.

Much higher quality than the typical fast food burger joint. Excellent made fresh to order burgers and fries.

Place is pretty good. I usually get the animal style fries. The cheese is a bit salty but it's very good overall. The menu is pretty simplistic. Drive through service is pretty on point. So much better with somebody else communicating on front of you.

We were there Sunday night Labor Day weekend so it was crazy busy. They handled the crowd well and kept the orders moving even with the super long drive through line. We had a wait but. It was ok. The Palms outside were cool!

We ate dinner here in May after a fun day at Great America! The restaurant was clean, with plenty of seating. The employees were fantastic! It was very busy! Our dinner was delicious, and I absolutely loved the lemonade.

I can see the reason why almost every branch is crowded: the place is clean, employees are nice, the burgers are very delicious and freshly-made. Hope they open branches in the east coast soon!

Always a great experience with In-N-Out. We got 5 burgers, 4 french fries, two shakes, one drink and some Animal sauce. Everything was amazing and delicious. Everything came out fast and fresh too.

My main issue with In-n-Out is the line. However, due to this In-n-Out's location in a corporate district theres basically no line. We went at noon on a Saturday and there were only like 3 other cars in line. Otherwise, food was good, generous on the lettuce and buns perfectly toasted (they can get burnt if its too busy at other locations).

Love In-N-Out!! Perfect everytime, never ever have they got our order wrong and we have come over 100 times!! Staff is over and beyond the nicest in all fast food!!!

You can never go wrong with in n out IMO. Todays visit in Santa Clara came after a long night at Levi’s Stadium. Everyone knows the deal…wait in line, talke to friendly staff and order your custom cheeseburger fry beverage combo. Love this place! I am from Florida and anytime I travel out of state I make sure to search for In-n-out. I was lucky enough to have one right down the street from my hotel on my trip to California. I wish I could have eaten there everyday. It's the best fast food burger on earth. The shakes are also really amazing. I remember them being so much more affordable last time I was out west, but no matter the price I'm getting some dang in-n-out if it's anywhere nearby. This location In particular was really cool. I wanted a 6x6 but they wouldn't make a burger with more than 4 patties. So the guy behind the counter told me a way to hack the menu and make it myself. I definitely hope to be back again someday to eat more delicious burgers.

This is my first burger when I came here. In-N-Out is still my first choice if I want to have the burger. The price is excellent, Burger and fries with spread, and shake is just about $8. What can be better in term of good and fresh ingredients fast food.

What's not to love about a double-double. Coming for the east coast it's always one of my first stops for a quick bite too eat. The staff is always the friendliest and goes the extra mile to make sure your order is exactly the way you ordered it. I'm glad I live so far away from kne, otherwise I'd eat there way too much! Kudos for always killing it!

Parking is a challenge, however it makes the eat experience interesting. Great young Hustlers in Customer Service at the front registers and food pickup.

My go to spot. The double double with extra crispy fries. I don't recommend animal style as it ruins the simple flavors the in and out is known for. Fries are potato-y and starchy compared to other chains but that's what I like about the fries. The fries complements ketchup which is key to it's success.

Great hamburgers and meals, When its rush hour can get pretty busy and the wait time aswell.

Not sure why, but the burgers at this location are much tastier than the 3 other locations near by . Better trained chefs must be the reason . It can be too crowded with teenagers on weekend ; avoid that time zone if rowdiness bothers you. About 3pm weekdays you can eat relaxed.

It is a good option for people working near it, or to come by car to their drive thru. The prices are the same of others of the same franchise. Recommended.

Visited In n Out as a cherished memory during my recent travel to Cali after 5 yrs. It hasn't changed in years. it's still so amazing. I can't believe how they are managing to keep the prices so affordable with such fresh and tasty food. McDonalds Learn. The place was clean and gave the whole authentic american fast food place feeling. Ordered a burger and asked for extra lettuce on the side. The staff was so generous that they gave two extra sides with No charge! I mean, who gives something for free in today's world! This is a very good In N Out restaurant. Been going here for over a decade and they never disappoint. The food quality is always good, the service quality is good, and the staff are friendly. Although my only complaint is that it gets too crowded at times, which is common at In N Outs. Service does take a while for orders due to a huge amount of orders during lunch and dinner hours.

I appreciate this In-N-Out location for its location at a plaza with a huge parking lot (the Sunnyvale one can be a nightmare when it's extremely busy). Quality of food is consistently good whether dine-in or takeout, staff are nice, interior/seating is clean and the food comes out pretty quickly, in my experience. I also always have to get the fries well-done + animal style (grilled onions, house spread).

I had 18 orders ahead of mine, got my food in 8 minutes. I drive through that was around the block would have been shorter.

The tables and chairs are mostly secured to the ground, thank goodness! Cause the a-holes fighting outside the front entrance would have used said chairs if they could have. I saw one of 'em look at a chair, and I could tell what he was thinking! I saw that look in his eye!! Or, maybe he was cleaning his contact, but that's beside the point! PSA: Please don't fight outside friendly establishments where people want to eat greasy food and drink sugar and smile with each other. As usual, I scarfed the animal fries and 2 refills of a "mix all the soda options in 1 cup and squint when you take your first sip".

The service is awesome and the food is good! Right next door to the movies so I try to get a quick bite before the movies. Next door is Mission college too. It has a drive through . They have a puppy patty for you dog lovers 🐶!

The double double remains fresh and delicious but the fries have gotten slightly soggy. That said the staffs are so friendly it warms my heart and the clean restaurant is all one can ask for in 2021. Between 12-12:30 is pretty quiet when I left at 1PM it was packed with kids and drive-in had gone all around the parking lot.

For fast food, this is a pretty good burger. It's much better than MacDonald's and Burger King, and it's on par with Five Guys and Culver's. However, fries suck. I'm glad I finally got to try the famously hyped burger. Prices are very affordable, but the wait is horrendous I'd come back if I have a desperate craving.

Meal was great - as always. I had the cheeseburger mustard grilled, no pickles with peppers and fried onions...a long with fries. Employees were very nice; place is clean (I went through the drive thru). The only reason it is not a 5 star is the incredible wait in line. No idea why they can't speed it up! Otherwise, awesome.

Food was phenomenal for a fast food chain. Fresh, delicious and wondermous. Staff was upbeat and on the ball each time we went, a total of 3 times in 3 days. :) The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was cleanliness. At no time was there an actual clean table. Napkins were often missing, and my drink of choice, iced tea, the container was empty 2 out of 3 times. But the place was slamming busy so these small things were understandable.

I have been hearing about this franchise forever, finally I get to try it out. Just an okay for a burger, I liked the sauce but the meat itself is so thin, like you can barley taste any meat in the sandwich. Fast service, no matter how busy they get.

Had In-N-Out for the first time. Ordered the double-double cheeseburger meal. Asked if I wanted onions on it and I said yes. The onions’ taste overpowered the taste of the burger. Next time I will order without onions. Noticed that my burger was waiting for the fries for a couple of minutes before serving to me.

It’s a burger, it’s not the best burger you’ll ever have in your life and it’s not the worst burger you’ll ever have either. It’s just a normal burger. But its in-n-out burger. You can’t go to California without trying it. By all means have a meal or two while there (Hint: don’t forget to order the animal style fries, also ask about other items that are not on the menu)

Ordered a Double-Single burger. It cost $4.95 + tax. The patties are very thin, so I do not think it is worth the price when compared to other fast food restaurants. The taste was okay. Seems like they structure the food such that you need to order fries to fill you up. Or maybe order a 3 or 4 patty burger, but then the cost will rise quite a bit.

There’re teenagers screaming so loud and disturbing, and the staff did nothing. Bravo, inn out offers free cocoa to these kids and earn the annoying teenagers. They literally ruined my day.

Priscilla is a horrible manger and a lier. When I turned into the drive through from the stop sign, she refused to take my order “because the car behind was upset” and confused about how cars get into drive through from a stop sign. She said she could take my order from drive through but serve me in front of the restaurant but when I got there she refused to serve me. Such a nasty and discriminative act.
