Avis sur Jin’s Bakery & Coffee Santa Clara
Absolutely adore this cozy coffee shop! It feels like a home away from home, with such positive vibes. The coffee and other drinks are simply divine, but the pecan cookies and their biscotti steal the show every time! Such a delightful treat to accompany their delicious beverages. Plus, they host a variety of cute workshops, adding an extra layer of charm and community to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a warm, inviting atmosphere, fantastic treats, and fun workshops to enjoy!
Great cafe with friendly baristas and delicious treats to purchase. They also host events worth trying, such as the Latte Art Event, which is perfect for anyone wanting to learn latte art. Be sure to try their Red Velvet Latte.
This place is incredibly interesting. The cafe, part of a yoga studio, has a very comfortable atmosphere and a super cute dining area. The coffee is tasty, and the pastries are fresh and delicious. I would recommend visiting this aromatic place.
Cute and decorated cafe! They had variety of cold tea options. I had Rose and cheese tea- topped with boba and lychee jelly. It tasted delicious. Blueberry muffin was soft and less sweet. Ambience is nice. Service was great. Few seatings inside.
Trendy & discrete little neighborhood cafe tucked away in a quiet Santa Clara neighborhood. They have great coffee, a welcoming atmosphere, plenty of parking, and offer things other than coffee such as yoga and latte art classes! The vibe here is generally relaxing and comforting. We enjoyed getting coffee here late on a Sunday afternoon. The place can be a bit hidden and hard to find, so make sure you have your GPS on!
Jiaren cafe is a small business cafe that is located close to SCU. There’s plenty of parking in the parking garage but limited out front They have solid boba and tea, but their matcha is a little watered down (granted i got it when they were busy with their latte art class) They have a lot of different classes that you can check out and sign up for Might be hard to grab a seat inside when they’re teaching Overall great experience and fun place for classes
Jiaren Cafe is a cute hole in the wall cafe located behind their yoga center on the main road, so it’s easy to miss. I really enjoyed that they make every tea with care over the few times I have been there. I recommend the Strawberry Matcha that I customize with oat milk, unsweetened, and add lychee / strawberry jelly. They are a little more expensive than other boba places, but I believe it’s worth it.
I took a latte art class there today! It included 2 cups of (espresso and matcha) latte for $30 and it was the one of the best classes I took. The latte was tasty and pretty. Finally I checked off my bucket list for making latte art myself. Definitely recommended. It's also a great way to meet friends since I became friends with the people who took the class with me. :) Their lattes and other drinks are cheap and beautiful as well. A lot of people are studying, reading or enjoying their drinks at the shop. There is also an yoga studio that's related to the cafe. My routine would be latte and then yoga :D
Coffee boba (and yoga?) shop with lots of unique drinks. Overall I recommend their coffee drinks as they are really rich in coffee flavor. In my opinion I would avoid any of the black charcoal drinks as they are gritty. Yin yang milk tea (not pictured) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: surprisingly rich and creamy with a nice coffee flavor. Tiramisu latte ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: I didn't get a chunk of tiramisu but the latte was delicious. Black charcoal red velvet milk tea ⭐️⭐️: initially really excited for this drink since it was unique but the charcoal was just really gritty and I didn't really taste much red velvet nor tea. The boba was also a bit old as it was hard on the inside.

The teas are all freshly brewed & coffee is excellent! The baristas are super friendly and happy to adjust drinks until they're perfect! My fav drink rn is the coconut cloud matcha, unsweetened. Jiaren is a great place to study or hang out, highly recommend
Highly recommend Jiaren Cafe and cardmaking classes hosted by Sheila! My kids and I enjoy the cozy atmosphere and appreciate the friendly staff. There is a wide variety of tasty teas and coffees. We also love attending the cardmaking workshops located inside the cafe. Sheila does an outstanding job designing simple and lovely cards, no experience needed. She prepares all the materials and makes it easy and fun. It is such a great way for us to connect with new and old friends in a warm and welcoming community.
The matcha and hot chocolate were excellent. You do need to specify the hot chocolate in a “for here” mug for better presentation. You can order from a self-ordering kiosk for maximum efficiency. (February 2026)

Jiaren Coffee Shop is a cozy local spot that feels very much part of the community. Lots of locals stop by, and it’s pet-friendly, which gives the place a relaxed neighborhood vibe. The coffee tastes good, with plenty of syrup options to customize your drink. I also liked the professional latte art that comes with every cup — a thoughtful touch. Overall, a really nice place to grab coffee and unwind.
Jiaren Cafe is a very interesting spot. I thoroughly enjoyed the boba and pastry I got, and the staff were quite nice. It was quite challenging to find, however. It’s tucked away in the back of a shopping center, and the entrance to the back of the building is quite hidden too. On top of that, the parking back there is really confusing, and the business itself is labeled as a yoga studio. After you get through all that strangeness, though, it’s pretty solid! Haha
Jiaren Cafe is a cheery spot for a variety of coffee, tea, and other drinks. I've sampled a few and have been generally satisfied. The Mocha and Dirty Ube Latte were well-made, and I was refreshed by the Strawberry Black Milk Tea. The more unique drinks have been hit-or-miss though. For example, I was a bit disappointed by the Yin Yang Coffee Milk Tea, as it was a bit under-sweetened (even at 100%) and the flavors were a bit confounding. I'm also unsure if activated charcoal is anything more than a fad. As far as other aspects, Jiaren Cafe is pretty good too. The staff are friendly & welcoming, and I've enjoyed sitting down and getting some work done. Maybe the interior could use a refresh. I also appreciate the classes, workshops, & other experiences they offer to the community, though I've not yet taken part. Overall, I think Jiaren Cafe is worth checking out, and I will probably return to try more items.
This place is cute and cozy. Good service and pleasant ambience. Both indoor and outdoor seating space is available. Pay for Print service available in the cafe which is sweet. Apart from traditional coffee they have Japanese and herbal tea. Ample parking space available near the Cafe.

staff friendly and happy drinks tasty loved my good to go pick up. It was slightly cluttered around shop and it was hard to find . It's behind yoga studio - door in back.

Great choice for coffee … the girl who works in she made the coffee with love
I've been coming here since probably around the time this cafe opened. They do a couple things that other cafes don't, like the dirty hojicha (my favorite, with oat milk and boba), or their charcoal series. I admit their baked goods selection is ok, but the gluten free option recently added is pretty nice, with a few items being dairy free as well (I'm lactose intolerant). I also have yet to join in an art workshop, but they're frequent and seem very friendly. Service is nice, the baristas are friendly. The dine in mugs and dishware are customized ceramics, which I appreciate as a ceramic artist myself.

Tried their coffee for the first time. Their ambience is cozy with plenty of cute souvenirs. Their service was quick and amicable. We got the dark chocolate mocha and coffee latte both hot. The flavor was good and it was refreshing. I wish I had ordered it a bit hot but yeah it was a great experience. Not that crowded for a weekday afternoon. The location is tricky as the shop is on the other side of the road.
It's a quiet and small cafe. I found it while looking for a dessert cafe after eating, and there were a lot of very unusual drinks. Especially Chaity Latte had such a strong artificial taste as cosmetics that it was a little difficult for me to drink. Santa Clara University is nearby, so students seem to visit it mainly.

I go to the cafe often but today they had sprayed way to much disinfectant in the store! They were doing a coffee class. My drink tasted like disinfectant left my mouth burning after. I spent like 22 dollars all our drinks were left a burning I. Our mouths! So very disappointed! We bought there different drinks! I checked out the OMG Boba shop next door they had no spray! I wish I had gone there instead!

Unsweetened request was ignored. I ordered a delivery for Jiaren Signature Fruit tea unsweetened. The first slurp was a big chunk of syrup at the bottom. It was too sweet. I mixed it well and the whole tea tasted like sugar water, much sweeter than usual. The tea makers definitely need to pay more attention to the requirements.
