Nice clean McDonald's, fairly new inside, has a larger newer play place, and the employees actually care about customer service. I was eating in and a nice employee offered to take my trash, and dropped off some stickers for the kids.

I came here to this location with my two grandchildren ages 17 mons. & 4 yrs. old and my wife. Miss Gaby provided great customer service with a smile. She was polite in asking for our orders and read our order back to us to make sure our order is correct. Which our order was correct. Miss Gaby is a good asset to Mc Donald’s restaurant. I will continue to come to this particular location. The atmosphere is happy. The location is clean. The food is served fresh and hot not cold, except for the soft drinks, ice-creams, frozen drinks. Thank you McDonald’s for your high quality standards, great food, great customer service.

Instead of drive through, I went inside the store. I provided a feedback on McD and they sent me coupon code. My daughter loves Mc Chicken and she likes to eat with ketchup. A few times she picked it through drive through and they did not give ketchup. She could not eat in the car and we had to come home all the way

Honest Opinion

Great team and very fast service. Super busy all the time so expect to wait with everyone else. Love the holiday decorations and lights. We took great pictures inside.

I go to this McDonald’s all the time and Gaby has been very helpful. All the other mcdonalds does not have the service that Gaby and her team offers here at this place.

Drive-thru is insanely fast - friendly and efficient. I’m pretty sure my wheels don’t stop turning as I’m going through it. The workers have always been very kind to me despite the quick interactions.

They unfortunately changed the playplace from the previously pictured structure. New one is much smaller and does not accomodate smaller children well.

They even have playground for kids. I used to take my kids here.

I heard about the price increase but experienced it for myself. I could get a whole gallon of Dryer's ice cream for less than a medium McDonald's with a sprinkle of cookie pieces. The hamburger had a tiny patty for $9. The staff was nice and friendly, but I'll cook at home before I pay these ridiculous prices.

At drive thru I ordered a drink and was told to pull up and wait at number 3 well I waited no come out so I went in my drink was just sitting there one girl passed by looking I pointed at my order I shock my head and she as well shame poor customer service anyway the drive thru was longer returning to my 🚗.

Zero stars. Edit: now charging $1.70 for "cheese" that isn't even real. Got our order wrong 4 times in a row. Waited 30 mins for 4 wrong orders, when I went to complain and get a refund she said I would get it free next time. Just tried to redeem that and she said just a free meal . Not replacing what they messed up. Didn't give us anything. Not to mention the prices are double now. Gaby is losing you customers.

What is McDonald’s turning into. It’s fast food yet the food is expensive. That makes no sense and now they want you to do their job if you go in and order. No one in the counter will help take your order. You are forced to do it at the machine so you might as well go through the drive thru. Make sure you tell them you want your food freshly cooked. If you’re going to be paying so much for fast food now might as well be fresh. I used to work at McDonald’s it only take a couple of minutes for fresh meat because they will leave meat there till it’s cold.

Very poor management at this store. They make their own rules and have very poor communication skills. The Hispanic lady who works breakfast was very unprofessional. I come at 10:25 to eat breakfast and she shut it down 5 minutes early. The day before my order was completely wrong from the same manager. After being turned away I went to the McDonald's down the road from them at 10:45 am and they were happy to serve me a breakfast. Homestead McDonald's needs to hire more professional English speaking managers. I will take my business elsewhere. Unhappy customer

Incompetent staff. I have lost track of how many times our order has been messed up. They are constantly forgetting parts of our orders. It doesn't matter wether it's drive through, dine in, or delivery. It doesn't matter wether it's day, night, weekday, or weekend. There have been several times that half of our order never makes it to us. When you're inside they delay your order because they're prioritizing the delivery apps. When you order on delivery apps they don't include the complete order. Yes everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but here it is EVERY SINGLE TIME. Corporate needs to step in and fix this restaurant.

Food is good but today I went during night time and the store manager just YELLED at me for trying to use my rewards points for an ice cream cone. He was super rude to the employees too. They do not honor the rewards app which just makes me mad. I cannot stress how rude he was to the employees taking the order in the drive through, I felt so bad. I just wanted to leave ASAP before he continued with that attitude. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Never coming again.. :(

Worst mcd around here. Never dine in because they cant balance drive thru and dine in. Their priority is obviously drive thru, so even if u order 15mins ahead drive thru customers get theirs first. Hilarious LILO instead of FIFO.

Do not go here. They park almost everyone in the drive thru, bring out 3 cars worth of food (yes car #1’s food waited and is cold). They say it’s to make your food, but as the only parked car this morning I can attest this isn’t necessarily true. My food was cold, hashbrowns soggy room temperature, cheese dried and coagulated on both breakfast sandwiches and a very cold round egg. Seems that they just don’t care about quality, food safety, or customer service. I may live closest to this location, but I’m going to start traveling further just in hopes that my breakfast is actually hot or even warm. Normally I wouldn’t review a McDonalds. However after my experience of being yelled at and berated for scanning my rewards QR at the beginning of my transaction, I felt that a review was necessary. The morning manager flipped when I scanned my QR code after she asked how she could help me, for reference I do this at McDonalds across Oregon and California, and she quite literally flipped and told me she is to take my order first, and I am to wait until she tells me to scan my phone. She then proceeded to complain about me (in Spanish) to her employees- “I can’t believe he did that, it was so rude and he has to wait until I say he can scan or else he will get someone else’s points” is the rough translation of what she said. Then her employees told her that she was wrong and I didn’t break any rules. That I had done the same thing everyday for a week straight. Her attitude changed slightly, but no apology or in anyway acknowledging that she was wrong and shouldn’t have berated and belittled me in front of several customers… She really shouldn’t be a manager… and to think at one point I thought she was a respectable person.

Soda machines are never cleaned. Drive thru soda tastes like a mix of all the flavors and the inside soda machine has mold i removed the nozzles to check. Absolutely disgusting. Honestly, I am contemplating calling food safety on this location.

The drive thru manager is terrible, items missing, having you wait in their pull up area for 10 or more minutes because they've forgotten about you. There are 3 locations each about 15 to 20 minutes away that are better.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone too, every single time I go to this place I’m always missing items or they’re always messing up my orders. They do not pay attention to detail and are very sloppy with everything they do . I ordered a (McDouble) and they give me a (cheeseburger) inside of the (McDouble wrapper) . P.A.T.H.E.T.I.C ! I order chicken nuggets and ask for extra ranch and they give me “none” witch i than have to go inside and wait as more than just one employee walks pass me without saying a word just looking not even approaching to see what is wrong. McDonald’s corporate really needs to go and coach this place up to “decent service”

I told them, I ordered it wrong, because I don’t work there, and I’m not familiar with their kiosk.then she said she was available. I’m having to now argue with her about the kid telling me I could only use the kiosk. Took about 45 min all together. I had no idea McDonalds corporate could mess this process up.

Sticker on table says “order on the app and we’ll bring it to your table.” They did NOT. Barely heard the shout from the play area. They want you to order on the machine that makes you take a table number tent. They do NOT bring it to the table either. Order on app for curbside pickup; wait is about 10 minutes. Order drive thru; about every other car is asked to park in “reserved drive-thru.” I have a lot of kids, it ALWAYS happens to us. Yet we come back all the time 🤦‍♀️. I hate the service here. At least it always looks clean and they have an indoor play place.

GO TO TACO BELL! I wish I could recommend this place, since it has the last Indoor Playplace in Silicon Valley. I can't, however, because it is always too cold, regardless of whether it's the hottest day or the coldest day outdoors. Even worse, their last rebuild went out of their way to put in the most uncomfortable seating they could find! The latest thing is that the kiosks don't even work half the time, so the lines are long, often with no cashiers So, unless you need the Playplace, just go to the nearest Taco Bell. They are always warm, comfortable, and inviting, unlike any McDonald's except the one on Capitol Expressway. Oh, and just when I thought they couldn't get any more annoying, they found a way! They have added a super-bright LED security light to the parking lot which is annoyingly on all day and blindingly bright at night.

Very ungenerous service. Got 3 big mac, and one happy meal, and all napkins we got was as you see. No ketchup either. Had to wait in line and get 4 small packs.
