It's been a long time since I visited Wingstop and by chance we were near the place and we wanted to eat some wings and we went to the place, we ordered and they gave me a 10 to 20 minute wait, the girl was super nice, she took my order with total confidence and repeated it at the end I returned after 12 minutes to refill my drink and she personally looked at me, maybe I had already returned, she called me by my name and gave me the order, the truth is I loved having returned since I had a good experience.

I had ordered a Team lunch online and the website was having some issues. I brought it up when I can to pick up the food and Joanne was so unbelievably patient, kind and understanding. She immediately fixed the problem and jumped into problem solving mode right away to ensure future customers don’t experience the same issue I did. Top service!

The staff is always patient and kind. The food is always delicious. I probably eat here once a week. I always get it to go, but the place is always clean, and I enjoy the soda machine. It allows you to add flavors to your drink like cherry or vanilla.

Read the recent reviews and decided to roll the dice. This is probably the most standard wingstop I’ve seen in a while and meets all expectations for good wings. Clean inside nice coke machine with the make any drink combination feature. Saw a lot of people waiting in their cars for their food so maybe show up slightly later unless you care a lot about peak freshness.

I ordered Wingstop for delivery. Wings were delicious as well as side veggies with ranch. I had also ordered brownies and drinks which did not arrive. However, the manager was right in top of it and handled the situation to my satisfaction. I am happy to say that he took care of business. Thank you Juan!!! I appreciate the great customer service you provided.

They were really nice men this place. It was clean and organized. The servers helped you out as much as they could and fast and prompt. I got my meal and left and when I got home they didn't put my dessert in the bag call them and they said they would give it to me tomorrow if I come down and get it. That was really sweet of them they remembered. Very good food.

Real honest fast food must be Under New Management because the people behind the counter a lot more friendlier then when I was hear year ago the chicken wings were very good 👍 I'll return to this wingstop next time I'm in this neighborhood

Well... I gotta say, Yerali was super nice and attentive and made sure I did not forget anything. I made 2 separate orders. I was about to leave with just one of my orders, but Yerali was just about to run out the door to get me, to hand me my second order before she noticed I was still in the store. She was in relief that I did not leave yet. Such great service from her. The chicken wings were good. I ordered spicy Korean wings. It was ok. And I ordered lemon chicken, really good. Fried perfectly. They gave me sweet potato seasoned fries, not my choice. Did not ask for that. Yareli did not take my order, (note). I prefer regular fries. And I ordered Cajun corn, was old, not fresh. But this was at 11pm at night. I was greatful they were opened that late. Thank you Yerali and staff.

I go out of my way to drive to this location even though there is a closer Wingstop to my house due to the fact that, for some reason, the food is always more fresh here. The employees are always friendly and helpful as well.

Even during lunch rush hour, my food came out pretty fast and there were only two employees working at the time!

Well... I gotta say, Yerali was super nice and attentive and made sure I did not forget anything. I made 2 separate orders. The staff is not customer service friendly. If you use Doordash they may lose your order then tell you that you are at the wrong location even though it is the only wingstop on El Camino in Santa Clara. If you can go to another location do so or you will most likely have a poor experience.

After waiting ten minutes passed my scheduled pick up time I proceeded to purchase two extra dipping sauces and paid with a $20 bill. After I counted my change I was $5 short. I informed the young lady helping me and she proceeded to call me a liar and a thief. Then after she magically found the extra $5 tucked in a peculiar area of the cash register where it couldn't have gotten to naturally she gave me my change and the started talking bad about me and calling me unflattering names in Spanish.after informing her that I spoke Spanish the person she was talking to apologized for her attitude. Not good enough.

Never recieved a refund and the owner thought the appropriate thing to do was to send a $5 virtual gift card. Either change your hours or be open when your website and storefront says it is.
