Unser Hotel Resturant ,dass auch für Touristen geöffnet hatte, eine wirkliche Empfehlung!Alle Speisen sind sehr frisch zubereitet und entsprechen der gehobenen Küche.Das Frühstück war als Bufet angerichtet,es fehlte an nicht es besteht die Möglichkeit Rührei oder Spiegelei sowie Pfannkuchen frisch zubereitet zu bekommen.Desweiteren gab es frische Fruchtsäfte.Die Gerichte zum Abend waren a l carte auch hier empfehlenswert wenn man nach dem Tagesfisch oder der Suppe frägt.Ps Knoblauchbrot nicht vergessen.Die Kellner sind sehr zuvorkommend es fehlte an nichts

Wir hatten heute dank der bisher schon sehr guten Rezensionen das Glück den Abschluss unseres Hochzeitstages hier zu genießen. Das Restaurant verfügt über einen großen Parkplatz und nach wenigen Metern wird man bereits ausgesprochen herzlich empfangen. Wir waren um 19 Uhr ohne Reservierung da und konnten noch gut auswählen wo wir sitzen wollen, später war das Restaurant gut besucht. Unsere Wahl fiel auf Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten und Ente confit, vorher Bolo do Caco mit Knoblauch. Alle Gerichte waren wirklich perfekt zubereitet und ausgezeichnet gewürzt. Dazu der Blick auf's Meer und das tolle Ambiente, alles wunderbar. Ganz besonders positiv sind uns aber die beiden Angestellten im Service aufgefallen! Die Dame und ihr Kollege waren von so ausgesucht herzlicher Höflichkeit dass uns das extrem aufgefallen ist. Unaufdringlich, immer mit einem Lächeln und mit genug Zeit für eine kurze Unterhaltung, wir wurden bei der Auswahl gut beraten und haben uns dank dieser beiden "wie zu Hause" gefühlt. Wann macht man schon ein Selfie mit dem Personal? Natürlich nur wenn es schön war. Danke an die beiden für perfekte Gastlichkeit ❤️. We were fortunate enough to enjoy the end of our wedding day here today, thanks to the already very positive reviews. The restaurant has a large parking lot, and after just a few meters, you receive a very warm welcome. We arrived at 7 p.m. without a reservation and were able to choose where to sit; later, the restaurant was busy. We chose spaghetti with seafood and duck confit, preceded by bolo do caco with garlic. All the dishes were truly perfectly prepared and excellently seasoned. Add to that the view of the sea and the great ambiance, everything was wonderful. But we were particularly impressed by the two service employees! The lady and her colleague were so exceptionally warm and polite that we were immediately struck by it. Unobtrusive, always with a smile and enough time for a quick chat, we received good advice on our selection and felt "right at home" thanks to these two. When do you ever take a selfie with the staff? Of course, only when it was nice. Thanks to both of them for their perfect hospitality ❤️. Tivemos a sorte de desfrutar do final do nosso casamento aqui hoje, graças às avaliações já muito positivas. O restaurante tem um amplo estacionamento e, depois de apenas alguns metros, recebe uma recepção calorosa. Chegámos às 19h sem reserva e pudemos escolher onde nos sentar; mais tarde, o restaurante estava cheio. Escolhemos esparguete com marisco e pato confitado, precedido de bolo do caco com alho. Todos os pratos estavam realmente perfeitos e perfeitamente temperados. Acrescente-se a isto a vista para o mar e o ambiente incrível, tudo estava maravilhoso. Mas ficámos particularmente impressionados com os dois funcionários! A rapariga e a sua colega foram tão excepcionalmente simpáticas e educadas que ficámos imediatamente impressionados. Discretos, sempre com um sorriso e tempo suficiente para uma conversa rápida, recebemos boas dicas sobre a nossa escolha e sentimo-nos "em casa" graças a eles. Quando tira uma selfie com a equipa? Claro, só quando estava agradável. Obrigado a ambos pela hospitalidade perfeita ❤️.

DER Geheimtipp schlechthin. Ziemlich leer, da kaum jemand in das Hotel reinfährt der kein Gast ist. Freundlicher Service, gutes Essen (eher Sandwiches, aber auch Pasta), super Blick, preislich absolut im Rahmen (Pasta 12€) Den nahen Flughafen hört man nicht.

Great place! We went to grab a quick lunch just before our flight and that was a good decision. The restaurant is at the 5-star hotel, the prices are ok, a bit more expensive then Funchal but quality is very good and service was excellent. Also there is a nice view as a bonus.

Part of the 5 star Albatroz Hotel & Spa the Restaurante Hibiscus is located right on the coast with lovely views over the sea from the terrace. Very good food with slick service and you can even watch the planes coming in to land.

Jantar de familia fantástico Um ambiente calmo e relaxante com uma vista deslumbrante sobre o Oceano Atlântico. Pratos muito bem confecionados, deliciosos e e com excelente apresentação . Por fim um serviço irrepreensível, com atenção a todos os pormenores e irradiando simpatia, executado por excelentes profissionais como a Cláudia e o Tony. Magifico Altamente recomendado.

Das Frühstücksbüfett ist hervorragend, frische Früchte, kleines Gebäck, auf Wunsch frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen und Pfannkuchen. Frische Säfte, portugisiesches hausgemachtes Brot etc... Große Auswahl. Gerne wieder.

Just enjoyed an excellent dinner here. My husband and I got the pepper steak, pallaird chicken, soup, shrimp tempura and bread. Everything was delicious and both meats very tender. We were too full for dessert but saw some brought to a neighboring table that looks amazing. The service was impeccable as well. The waitstaff were prompt, friendly, and continually filled our glasses with water. To top it all off, we had a stunning view of the ocean. We loved our dinner and highly recommend Hibiscus!

Really liked the food here. Especially the filet minon and the red snapper. The service from Fabrizio is also excellent. Most of the mains were priced at between 12 - 20 euros each.
