I actually really liked Jack in the Box’s fish sandwich. It is better than McDonald’s fillet-o-fish in my opinion.

Just had the most delicious, best made fajita pitas I have ever had. I did not even know they were supposed to have grilled onions! The one in Hitchcock can not hold a candle to the quality! Fast friendly service! Fries were great! Fresh, hot and good oil!

Today, Sunday 10/16/16, Employee ( young guy) was very helpful and smiling faces. Took our order very quickly.This is what makes you want to come back. The food was very hot and delicious. Truely will be back with family.

Customer service was great! I'm allergic to mustard, so my order had mustard on it. No worries it happens all the time, with every restaurant 😊. Anyways the Lady took it back and the chef made me a new one only mayonnaise. All smiles and no looking at me sideways through the burger slide lol! Thanks guys ✌️

It was 6:30 Am. I placed my order and went to the window. I was greeted by a very nice young man. He had the biggest smile on his face. While they were preparing my meal we had a nice chat. Even though he was 30 minutes past due to go home, his personality was phenomenal 👏🏻 Thank you for starting my day off with great service!!!

Usually every time I’ve gone to Jack in the box they get our order wrong. It never fails. The person at the drive through usually seems to hate their job and have a horrible attitude. Tonight, was different. We had the pleasure of meeting Kyler and honestly I hope he’s working the next time we go back. He was sweet, efficient, got our order right and had an amazing attitude. He was by far the only good employee we have come across working at Jack in the Box. This man deserves a raise with the way he was working his butt off too. The drive through was busy and he was hustling. If they had more employees like Kyler they might actually get more good reviews. 5 stars for Kyler (I hope I’ve spelt it right).

So I'm from South Carolina and we don't have the luxury of Jack in the box 😬 The food has always been great the service is outstanding. I have been on a project working overnight and Kyler has been amazing!!!!!!! I really didn't know what to get and he explained the menu and some of his favourites to try. I have literally been eating there every day for the last 3 weeks. Excellent service is hard to find in the fast-food industry. That's why I had to make sure I wrote a review. When inside because the drive-thru was very busy. I waited two minutes for my order to be taken and I was only one in there. That was a little bit of a problem but I think everybody was helping in the back with a drive-thru.

I’ve had mixed experiences here. Usually they are slow and can’t get the order right, but we just left the drive thru in and out in 5min and the staff looked all new. Order is correct, hot, and the window ladies were very nice.

Looks clean on the out side order a #12, jalapeño poppers and a chocolate overload the number was good just wish I’d gotten ketchup the jalapeño poppers were either over cooked or old and the chocolate overload didn’t come with a fork at least I got to enjoy my sandwich.

They got good service , good food most the time but tonight me and a friend tried to come in and the restaurant was open drive thru was open there were two other vehicles waiting and no orders were being taken we waited 15-20 minutes hungry and no service , also there's no where between here and Santa Fe open at 2 am

Me and my kids some sharon she is sweet and awesome. Get are food done and correct in santa fe tx now the other people has screw my order up not once but twice. First time sharon fix it no problem second time she wasnt there so ill give her 5 star but jack in box are lacking... On the food that people ask for or barely get what they want. Tonight i got about 6 french frys with barely any cheese and not at with bacon. 👿

Food tasted fine but the guy at the drive thru window kept getting our order wrong and it took 6 times get it correct , then gave us attitude and we only got part of our order. We wanted 4 plain sausage and biscuits, which should have only cost appx $6, he was charging us for the sausage egg and cheese biscuit for $4 each, every time we told him that was not correct, he'd ring up the same thing again (5times), we tell him no 5 times, finally some one else rang it up correctly. I understand if he was new or didn't know how to ring it up correctly, then ask how to when the customer is telling them over and over it's not right and they keep doing the same thing and then give the customer attitude. Take him off the window because no one wants to deal with that after waiting for almost 10 minutes for him to take your order and then get it wrong repeatedly. I would have just driven off if there weren't cars in front of me and a line of cars behind me. I love it when David is at the window, order is always right and he is always friendly and smiling.

Our family had the Jumbo Jack cheese burger. While I had no issues and while the food tasted good, it was a different story for my mum the following day. She has the loosies. 😔 Unfortunately will avoid this place in the future cause of this. Can't afford my parents getting sick like this.

Food was good as usual but the length of time it took to get 1 item(a breakfast burrito) was a bit ridiculous. Just under 20 minutes. The customers that ordered food after me got their orders before me as did the entire drive through line(which is why I went inside). Otherwise employees where nice and the store was clean. Just need to be a bit more "on the ball" with making a single item.

Came by at 11 am, drive thru had a line of about 4 in front of me. Drive thru guys were polite. 1 Star. Paid bill and was asked if I wanted any sauces, I requested ranch. Asked to pull around and waited about 2 minutes max. Got home. No ranch No marinara for the mozzarella sticks. Half of the fried cheese was freshly cooked.. Curly fries were old Tacos, coffee, and wedges correct-another 2 Stars Earned I live in the area and hope this helps management

Not a good choice of restaurant in Santa Fe. People are nice but entrance windows are all stained Bathroom is not clean tables not clean, Cost , seems to be creeping higher and higher 🤔. Staff need to fix at least the atmosphere (Windows and bathrooms there if they are going to charge these prices . I want to go here but they are making it difficult?

The NEW DOUBLE CHICKEN combo was very dry, I even asked for extra Mayo. My curly fries were cold and over cooked. I think the spicy chicken sandwich is much better! Best thing was the coke!

20 min wait for i think 4 cars which 1 left after like 5 min.Had food wrong from intercom (the $6 stacked burger meal please!)even after repeating it still wrong at the window he repeated what he thought he heard. I told him no but I take it im tired of waiting... Get down the road spilling drink. On me leather seats & beside cup holder finding lid not on... Only my 2nd time this year at this Jack in the box . Im sure it will be the last for a while. Food is ok. Poor guys trying but it seemed like hes a 1 man show with a bad head set.

Check your taco lettuce, this day it is old, in fact so old it is dry literally crumbles and turning brown. On the inside the lettuce is gushy and smells bad. I tried to call 4 times, and no one answer, no voicemail either. I just wanted to let them know to check the lettuce for future orders. I am already back at work so I cannot get back over there. Window service was good so 2 stars, but no phone answer and whoever is making the food is not checking product.

I used the drive through for my order, I drove all the way home and discovered that my order was incomplete. I had to drive all the way back to the location and explained my frustration. She completed my order, dropped it in a bag and just said “sorry about that!” She offered no compensation for my trouble, not even a cup of water. The customer service seemed very unprofessional, I can certainly find somewhere else to spend my cash….

My wife and I ordered six tacos in total. Two tacos mummy wrapped, two large, and two regular tacos. We received our order and drove off. I know, should have checked it. Once we returned to the house, I realized our order was incorrect. I immediately went back to this establishment and asked them to simply correct the order they messed up. The response I got from the window was, I watched her make every taco correctly, you (as a customer) are wrong. I once again, asked if they would correct the order saying take the bag and look for yourself. The next response I received was "I'm going to call the cops"!!! This establishment is unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone order here. Don't get me wrong, I love Jack in a Box, but this one definitely needs new management!! Good luck!!

Waited 30 minutes for 2 burgers and a 10 piece chicken nugget. We are visiting family and had to spend that time away from them. We were handed two bags after waiting half an hour then as we left they told us we probably didn’t have our whole order. It was actually our first time at Jack in the Box and we will not be returning to this location.

I don't like the one here is santa fe . It's very dirty. The workers and management are rude. And the food is not great. I came 5hru one night and they one had one person working and 12 a.m. the worker said that everyone called in and he was it. The managers would not come in and help. Just a very disappointing place.

Do not eat any chicken products from there tonight!!!! My boyfriend and I both ate there tonight but he had a chicken sandwich. He’s now so sick. I’ve tried to call the location multiple times in the last couple hours to ask if anyone else has had the same issue but they’re not answering. :(

Employees talk bad about you in Spanish if they think you don't understand Spanish. I am a bit overweight but I don't think I deserved to be called gordo followed by racial slur. You ain't speaking some mysterious language people it's 2022.

Spent 20 mins trapped in a one lane drive thru line with 3 cars in front and 2 in back of us before even placing our order. Finally ordered and it took another 8 mins to get our food. The store was short on employees. The girl at the drive thru window was also taking orders at the lobby counter. The frustration of the employees was clear

This location has been AWFUL for years now, and is steadily getting worse. From REPEATED wrong orders, to UNDERCOOKED or OVERCOOKED meat. Even ordering off of UberEats, they give wrong orders, giving someone who paid $50, a $12 meal, definitely NOT the first time it has happened. Then Refuse to answer the phone.

Wouldn't you know, I'm going through the drive through since my passengers requested it, I decide to get something for myself as well, but the guy taking orders denied service because he won't allow separate orders in a vehicle. Strange. Am I supposed to have the passengers pay for it, or buy their meal in addition to my own? He said that I must drive around and re enter the line after the first order. I've literally never heard of this in my life. I understand there may be a wait because it's late at night, just allow me to place orders then wait however long is needed. Perhaps the single most puzzling instance of awful customer service I've ever witnessed at a fast food location.

In line at the drive thru at 9:50 pm with six cars in front of us. An employee blocked the entrance after we were in line. When we reached the order screen we were informed by an employee that they were closed. We asked if they could move the truck blocking the drive thru entrance so we could leave and we were ignored. Every vehicle in front of us was able to order and be served which caused us to wait in line 20 minutes to be able to leave!

Got a big box popcorn chicken and it was supposed to be 50/50, fried and drink, there was NO regular chicken and only 13 popcorn chicken and half of that was so hard I couldn't even eat, so I called up there cause like wheres the rest? They said sorry we can't control that. What!? Long time customer and u can't make it right!? I'll take my business elsewhere.

Irritated and food terrible. First off, my order was wrong even though I was the only one in line. So I had to turn around and go back. Then as I'm driving and bite into my spicy chicken sandwich, it tasted as though it had been out all day. Like rubber... but I couldn't turn around this time bc now I'm late to work!

Went in the drive thru, it took a while to get through which would be fine could actually get an order correct. Asked for tacos without cheese, I got cheese. I asked for a dollar chicken sandwich, I got some kind of chicken sandwich but not the one I asked for. Only thing correct about the order were the fries and drinks. There needs to be better communication with the cooks because this happens almost every time I go this thrive through. Do the words, ‘no cheese’ get lost in a void before the order reaches the cook or what guys? C’mon.

I'm a regular here, and I can say it is horrible. They get new employees almost every day for almost every shift. Sometimes they are okay, but most of the time it's so greasy it messes the food up completely and it tastes like one of the workers ate it, regurgitated it, and threw it at your face. Rarely change the tea, causing it to become sour, and sometimes not even putting it in the right tea holder. Although it may be the cheapest thing besides McDonald's on that road, regarding food. Complained once because it was so bad, and ~to my surprise~ the workers weren't there the next day. -5/10 horrible, but a small chance of having really good food.

Went through drive-thru. Gave the place another chance. Should have known better. Waited over 15 minutes for our order. Got home wrong order. Order sourdough grilled chicken receive sourdough hamburger. This is the WORSE JNB ever. I won't be back.

The girl who gave me my order looked miserable. They took a little bit to take my order and give it to me. Ordered a salad and she gave me no dressing. Salad looked like it was old. The topping ma looked so gross. Also found a few hairs in it... very gross.

A terrible franchise amongst mediocre franchises. Sometimes they aren’t even there. I was wondering why the people in front of me were honking and then I realized it was bc nobody was even at the window. Just gone. No service. No sales. If this wasn’t the only late night spot here in Santa Fe it would def be out of business. It should be.

This place is trash. The girl running drive thru was rude as hell, came to the window with food hanging out of her mouth, and chewing with her mouth open. They forgot things in our order and I had to go back to get them. Then get home and our food was cold, chicken was hard and bread was hard as a rock. Eggrolls were cold and soggy. It won’t be long before this place is shut down! We will not be returning!

Ordered a Sourdough Jack, curly fries, and sweet tea yesterday evening. Sick all day, and I couldn't believe the filth in the dinning area, and Woman's restroom. Thought to make a phone call, or email Health, Food, and Drug Administration. I will not eat there again.

Stood inside to order since I'm a truck driver and can't use the drive thru. Cashier told me she wasn't sure they were allowing inside orders. After all the employees saw me standing at the register not a single one had the courtesy of mentioning anything. I delivery to the dollar store next door almost every week. Will definitely be walking to sonic across the way from now on. Never again.

Thieves! Thieves! Thieves! Went through the drive thru at the Santa Fe, Tx location, back in Dec. After I gave the girl my card she quickly told me to pull around the front to get my order. Got back home realized I didn't have my debit card. Tried to call and they wouldn't answer the phone so I went back up there and asked if they had my card, they denied having it. I had locked my card, but not before an employee took my card to a gas station down the road and put over $180 on my card with gas and Vape products. Filed a police report, reported it to the manager and also a district manager. They knew exactly who did it and said they were going to fire her. Well yesterday, three months later, the girl that stole my card is still working there. They are all in on it. Don't go there. The food is always cold and they can't get your order right anyway. I haven't been back there since and will never go there again! Thieves all the way from the employees to the manager and district manager.

Its gross and they sold me an old crisp supreme croissant. It made me sick almost immediately after eating and they turn the phones off at night so you can call in to ask for it to be fixed. I wouldn't go back .

Second of all, if the lobby is closed, your Google should reflect that versus 12:00 a.m. Third, it is diabolical to embarrass someone by raising your voice in front of everyone else in the store to tell me that I have to go sit in the Drive-Thru line to wait on a bag that's sitting right in front of me less than two feet away, when you have eight vehicles in the Drive-Thru and I ordered my food 20 minutes prior. Not that you guys care though, it isn't your money or your business. Terrible experience. Thank you to the worker who seemed to be embarrassed for me and handed me the food that was sitting right there, if my arm was a foot longer I would have been able to reach it. The older lady raising her voice could have spent the 3 minutes arguing about being closed by just handing me my bag. I have now been sitting outside of the front door for 10 minutes to leave this beautiful review, and they still have not locked the lobby. I have never been so embarrassed.

The Jack in the box in Santa Fe has gone WAY down! This used to be a reliable place to enjoy your food. Now they are constantly running out of food, service takes forever and the staff is rude. I ordered a teriyaki bowl and i waited forever to get to the window just for the girl to tell me “we don’t got any rice”. I asked for 2 tacos she said “we don’t got tacos”. Since this is a jack in the box inconvenience you think she’d be nice about it. This place constantly disappoints me. When they actually have food it’s made wrong and just gross. This place NEEDS new management or something.

I ordered garlicz Parmesan wings and they were dry. I bought these in the morning and save for lunch. But they was wrong so I missed lunch and expected to return to get what I ordered. I went back after work to return the untouched wrong order and was denied replacement and was told I have to talk to morning manager. 24hrs. Later . I went back later on same shift I bought them from with the intentions the guy I ordered from we be on shift. He wasn't and they was advised to tell me to see morning manager and don't give me nothing. This isn't fair at all and I don't know how the could treat a good customer this way

Absolute garbage location. Manager isn’t doing inventory properly so they are always out of items. The kids working here don’t seem to care about anything because neither does management or ownership. Problem is from top down. Owner needs to get control of just let it go. Edit: male cook in the back refuses to wear gloves. Disgusting touching everything with his bare hands and never washing them.

ALWAYS a bad place to go to no matter who is on staff, what time it is, or what day it is. It is the only place open 24 hours in this town and they know it. They will mess up orders more often than not, are always incredibly rude (probably passed on through training as a "culture" since I've worked in places like this and know what this looks like.) It doesn't matter who you get at the window, it will always be bad. The few good staff they've had over the decade I've been coming here as a last resort never last. Tonight, I had to swear off this place. We have a Whataburger being built down the street, and everyone in this town can't wait for it because we want to abandon this place for our late night fast food dinners. We just had the most disturbing and unprofessional experience from A FAST FOOD PLACE where the bar for standards is literally on the ground, and they somehow manage to do the limbo underground. WHY is it that there's a 5 minute wait and we HAVE to wait in the parking lot while you stare and laugh at us through the window while serving other people through the drive thru? WHY are you being snappy and rude while telling people they have to wait in the parking lot including saying "I CAN'T have you wait there! Go to the parking lot!" When it takes longer than 30 seconds for us to move out of the speaker area? If something is seriously going on and you're not just pranking people you randomly, WHY are you pointing and laughing through the window? We don't know these employees and have never caused any incidents that would have brought this behavior out of anyone. We don't know what was going on and we were offered no explanations. We had to just leave. What did we do that warranted getting laughed at? Are your employees just lazy and getting their kicks doing this? It's midnight! There was one other car there who only ordered a shake and we watched you give it to them *in the drive thru* in front of us! I've already sent my "feedback" through Jack in the Box's reporting system. So, no dinner for us tonight, I guess? We get to go somewhere else in a town that has no other late night options after long days of work? They couldn't be bothered to come out to the parking lot they told us to go to or explain what the heck was going on so we left after the second 5 minute wait because we weren't going to sit there and be blatantly laughed at through the window of the dining room when we didn't do anything or even talk to them other than saying "okay" when they told us to go to the parking lot. When Whataburger comes to this town, this location is going to go out of business. Take this as an actual warning because your reputation in this town is and has been terrible for over the last 5 years. Everyone in this town is sick and tired of dealing with this location. There really is no other Jack in the Box this terrible and I've been to nearly every one in the county. This location WILL go under the second there is any competition because we just can't take it anymore.

I ordered 16 tacos and was told to pull around to wait. When I got my food the tacos were cold, none of them had taco sauce, and half of them had no cheese. And all of them were overfilled with lettuce, cold, and had hardly any meat. I guess they overfilled them with lettuce thinking I wouldn't notice the lack of meat, cheese, and taco sauce.

Drive through chick kept glaring at us like we pissed in her frosted flakes. My tacos n curly frys were cold (microwaved them when I got home). Egg rolls were hot but a lil burnt but still edible. Don't recommend, it used to be a hell of a lot better a few years back. What happened?

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered 2 value meals and 6 tacos. Tacos were good. The value meals both orders of fries beyond cold. I had regular he had curly. My sourdough jack was not hot nor was his spicy chicken. Employees to busy messing around to be bothered.

Coming in its clearly dirty including the windows. Staff had no since of urgency to get food out. Had to wait almost 40 mins to get our food. That was only after getting onto them about the wait. After getting the food the order was wrong. What little food was correct was old and soggy. This Place need a serious management change as a whole. 10/11/23 This is coming from a prior fast food manager.

I ordered food from Jack-in-the-Box and there was caterpillars in my lettuce. When I contacted the manager at Jack-in-the-Box she said that there was nothing that they could do about it because they know that they clean their lettuce. Refused to do anything about it. said that they would give me another chicken sandwich but why would I want another one when my first one had bugs.

Our hash browns were so old they were hard as rock. They couldn't even get a simple ham, egg, and cheese sandwich right. Worse breakfast ever. We just wanted something fast and simple! Never again !
