First I would like to say is the girl that took my order was very polite. Second the young man named Juan gave me excellent customer service. He cares about his job and the qualityof service. This pizza was the best pizza I have had in a long time, we order the divine swine and the Mexicana. This is my new pizza place I will be back soon.

Delicious pizzas and great pastrami sandwiches too! Pizza was loaded with toppings- they are not skimpy when you ask for extra and it was all for a really good price! The crust is cooked perfectly every time

Tucked away in the corner of Santa Maria Town Center West, you'd never know it was there. GREAT pizza! Tastes REAL, unlike the chain pizza places. Friendly folks and very affordable. So glad I found it!

Absolutely 💯 delicious. The Wings are amazing and the pizza 🍕 is hands down some of the best Pizza in Santa Barbara County, period. Great Service. Great prices. Must have if you are in town... locally owned. Great food and portions.

I have been to La Vera Pizzeria many times because it is the best pizza in Santa Maria. It is owned and operated by a local family who has been around for many years and far surpasses all of the pizza chain restaurants in quality and price. La Vera is the only pizza I get in Santa Maria at this point. My favorite is the combo pizza because they load it with so many toppings! The cheap price does not reflect the quality of the ingredients or the generous servings. To mix things up, I recently tried a sandwich from there too. This had not been my go-to sandwich place in SM, but after having their pastrami sandwich, I will definitely be going back for more. I never go out of my way to write reviews on the internet, but I was so blown away by this sandwich and their family has been so good to me for so long that I thought this was the least I could do. Oh and don't forget the buffalo wings! And make sure you get some of their homemade ranch dressing for dipping your pizza, wings, and salads!!

Usually just two people working one taking orders another cooking. They take forever to take your order, the lady in front doesn’t care if you have red peppers or cheese. Not a great costumer service and the food quality is not the same that it used to be.

A large La Vera Specialty, added jalapenos, and an order of spicy wings (asked to have them extra crispy). Pizza was perfect, AS ALWAYS. A 10 OUT OF 10. The wings weren't as crispy as I would have liked...that's why I didn't give a 5 STAR. But the taste was really REALLY good.

Ordered takeout: A simple dbl pepperoni NYC style XL pie based on Google reviews and the fact that they were located not far from my hotel. Price was reasonable, pie was prepared in a timely fashion(about 20 minutes). I and my family thought it was pretty good: Dough had nice flavor and chew without being tough, sauce was slightly sweet, loved the flavor of the large pepperoni slices. It was still pretty tasty the next day cold also, very impressive. That's a winner in my book. I would order from them again.

The pizza should be made as soon as the customer place the order. Service needs to change for now I will go somewhere else.

The food here is genuinely delicious and worth coming back for. Unfortunately, my experience with the cashier wasn’t great - they came across rude and unwelcoming. I hope this is something that can be improved because the food itself is excellent.
