I had such a great experience at Café Dialog, and a big part of that was thanks to Hector. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome with his warm smile and positive energy. His service was professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly without ever feeling forced. Hector really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. It’s rare to meet someone who combines efficiency with such natural hospitality. The atmosphere at Café Dialog is already cozy and inviting, but Hector truly elevated the whole experience. It’s service like his that makes you want to come back again and again. Came here a few weeks ago with a party of 6 and it was AMAZING food and coffee were phenomenal I ordered the cesar salad with chicken, and a latte! (If you like your coffee sweet ask for extra syrup!!) We had an amazing time, and Hector was so sweet as was the rest of the staff! I can’t wait to dine in again

Dialog is a timeless classic. Great for breakfast or brunch. The line and wait is super chill midweek. The service is friendly and efficient. They have a solid iced matcha 8/10. I feel like the strawberry oat matcha would have been a better choice. Food absolutely slapped. Hector was taking care of us outside, and was the right amount of attentive but also gave us plenty of space! He sprinkled in his classic Hector humor which we loved! The Brisket Bowl was incredible. My friends got the salmon bagel with avo, and the brisket verde burrito. Haven’t been to Dialog in some time and was so pumped to be back.

Absolutely outstanding service from Hector at Dialog Cafe. From the moment we sat down, Hector was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He struck the perfect balance between being present and giving us space, checking in at just the right moments and making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. You could tell he truly cares about the experience, not just taking an order. His energy elevated the entire visit. Friendly without being forced, professional without being stiff, and clearly someone who takes pride in what he does. Perfect spot for everyday from breakfast to dinner. The tallow fries was my favorite! The waffle and the Chinese chicken salad were also great. The owner also gave us a tiramisu to try. Everything taste fresh and high quality. Will definitely be back!

Trendy cafe in West Hollywood. While there is a line but it moves pretty quickly. The format is you order first and then you pick your table for them to bring your food to. The turkey sandwich was pretty flavorful and a decent size although a little pricey. The orange juice was good as well. Since it is West Hollywood the parking is difficult but there is street parking. Pretty good plans though.

After a nice dinner in West Hollywood, we wanted to find a good coffee shop around the area. We ended up at a cafe and they served lattes and sweets as well as food. Service was super nice, the shop was very clean and our vanilla lattes and cookie was phenomenal! Not too sweet, just the way we like it! Highly recommend!

Dialog is my go to place for Breakfast / Brunch in LA. The vibe is really great and the staff are attentive. There’s mostly always a line, so you know it’s good! They’re known for their breakfast burritos, but I’m a big fan of their açai bowl and protein bowl! The whole menu is a hit, you won’t go wrong. Coffee is nice and strong too!

On top of the amazing brunch, they surprised me with a Makeup by Mario blush and a cute gift bag with my purchase. which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch! Sweet enough to flirt with your taste buds but not so sweet they’re trying to marry you. The music? Just the right mix of ‘I’m cultured’ and ‘I could dance on this table if I wanted.’ If you want mediocre coffee and a boring corner, keep scrolling. But if you want your caffeine served with a side of sass and your soul slightly uplifted, Dialog Cafe is your spirit animal. 10/10, would sip again and judge my life choices while doing it.

Hector was very nice and helped me pack my food. The coffee is great as is the food. I ordered a grain bowl and miso salmon and was very well prepared. I also appreciate everyone’s friendly and warm demeanor. Food is great and the atmosphere is very community oriented. I was here for a couple hours on my laptop working and they were nothing but attentive. Will be coming again.

Great little cafe and brunch spot off Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood. Seems to get really busy very quickly and would strongly recommend to come before 8am to not have to wait. Coffee, matcha latte, breakfast burrito, waffles all were great. Would come again.

Love this cafe. Definitely one of the best cafes and restaurants in West Hollywood. You have to try their Brisket Breakfast Burrito, it’s so good. I also tried their Peanut Butter Coffee Smoothie. It was delicious. The staff is also so nice. Everyone was so helpful. Our waiter Hector was very kind and so helpful and made sure we had what we need. Thank you, Hector!

Summary: Had to try this cafe as it is as close to 5 stars as it can be. And tbh, I can’t really understand why. Everything here is pretty mid. Mid-ness: West side breakfast - eggs, bacon, toast, hasbrown. All good. Standard. Mid. Hasbrown was very crispy. Otherwise you can literally imagine the taste. Big cookie - is a big cookie. Coffee - yeah sure it’s good. Worth 30$ including tip? 🤷‍♂️ Servers are friendly, good at dealing with the crowd. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but I just don’t get the hype. Groups of more than 2 will probably need to wait.
